AUnited Garage Doors 24/7I used United Garage Doors (302-414-9220) and they repaired it very fast and efficient. I spoke to AJ (owner) he sent Ray the next day and installed both springs for a very reasonable price in about 30 minutes (I did ask for the price and a senior discount over the phone so I knew and agreed to the cost before they arrived ) I would use them again in a heartbeat and already recommended them to a neighbor down the street whose spring broke the day after mine.- E R.

ASecure For Sure LLCGreat! He was on time, explained everything he was doing and what it meant for the repairs needed. Everything was very reasonably priced and he even covered the difference in the cost of the springs, because the ones he quoted the price for were not the size required for the size doors we have. He never pushed the most expensive options for replacement parts, but recommended what would help extend the life of the motor. While completing the work he even fixed the esthetic things that the installer did not do. By the end everything was fixed and worked better than it had previously.- eric s.

FThere's a lot of "A" ratings here and a few "F's." There is a reason for it. The "F's" all have something in common -- professional indifference. I booked an appointment with a 2-hour window. As the window was about to close, I called and was told there was backup and delay that Apex knew about but didn't think it was important enough to phone me. They said they would arrive at my service call when the previous call was settled. They never arrived. Even worse, Apex never called. A day later, they still haven't called. Won't ever use them or endorse them again.

AEverything went great!!! The tech arrived on time (in the snow). Fixed broken cable and lubed all the hinges on both doors. Now they are 100% quieter (who knew?). I asked for a quote to get an opener for my 2nd door. Price was fair and I scheduled appointment, just 2 days later. Thank you so much for your help. Also thanks to Angies List for having such good quality companies available to choose from.

CI called for an appointment and was told they were busy but would call when an appointment became available. I didn’t hear back for quite a while so I had another company do the repairs because I could not open my garage door and I needed equipment out of it. When they finally called at the end of a day, the day before they wanted to come, I had to tell them I already had the work done because I hadn’t heard from them.
