AI have been a patient of Wallingford Smilemakers for more than 15 years. I have 'challenging teeth' and have felt that I have received excellent care from Dr Hayes and his staff. Recently, my hygienist (Nicole) did an excellent job with cleaning and performing normal preventative care. Every visit is seamless; the office organization is obvious the moment you enter the door. No one likes to go to the dentist ......but when you do (and we should) go........, I would give an enthusiastic 'two thumbs up' for Wallingford Smilemakers. They are the BEST!!!!! Today was a Post COVID visit (9/22/2020): Wallingford Smilemakers has invested in state-of-the-art HEPA air filters, room foggers (for sanitizing the dental suites), and very robust infectious disease protocols. Your visit will be safe, very efficient and painless. Top marks for Wallingford Smilemakers.

AThe work was excellent. I was treated with a cream and every other day I'm changing the dressing, prescribing antibiotics and getting some cultures. He referred me to a hospital wound care center. He's extremely informed and intelligent. He has certifications and his staff is well trained, professional and responsive. We have been his patient since 1980.

AShe is my new doctor -after my dr of 15 years retired. I am so impressed. I did not know I could be so fortunate as to find another caring, kind, thoughtful, smart and most important a dr who listens to her patients. The one difficultly new people will have is getting that 1st appointment. She is very sought after and often has no room for new patients unless you can wait for months. So I went to an urgent care until she had room for me and I couldn’t be happier. Worth the wait. When I’ve gotten sick, I have never had trouble getting a sick appointment. Once, at the end of her day she sat with me for and hour and a half until we had a plan for an illusive illness I was suffering with. Awesome dr. Younger than I am so I hopefully won’t have to change again. ( I’m over 60.)

AThey are very professional. It is a pretty painless experience overall as far as routine teeth cleaning kind of stuff. They are pretty responsive, they call you and make appointments, and the wait time is not really long. The staff is good. The receptionist is pretty proactive about reaching out to you, and coordinating appointments, and the hygienists do a good job. The dentist also does a good job.

ATypically in a firm like this the person who does this is not necessarily Dr. Panzer but a young person on his staff. My experience was good. Their examination room was warm. It’s the same thing when I go for a massage I want a warm room. It’s been pretty cold in Delaware.

FAbington Dermatology AssociatesI called the Old York Road office, where I am a patient, and advised the receptionist that I had discovered what appeared to be growth on my arm pit consistent with every picture of skin cancer I ever saw. I called because I was very concerned and because EVERY SINGLE TIME I was seen at Abington Dermatology in the past I was encouraged to call immediately if I had any issues. The receptionist advised that appointments are "booked out" until April. I told her I would be dead by then, in what I hope will turn out to be hyperbole, and she responded that maybe somebody would cancel. I responded that I would go elsewhere and she chuckled and hung up. The business appears to be doing so well that they feel comfortable treating patients like an inconvenience. I will assist as best I can by spreading the word on my experience so that they won't be distracted by any other skin cancer sufferers.- Kerry M.

FAccent Dermatology & Laser CtrDr. Klein, performed a biopsy on my elbow, by lying to me. She told me, she was testing my skin for diabetes ( Which no other doctor, have heard of, biopsy the skin on the elbow). I pleaded with Dr. Klein, if this procedure wasn't necessary, please don't preform it; because I'm allergic to a lot of antibiotics and get infections, easily! She insisted, and gave me Vaseline, to put on the wound. When the wound swelled with infection, Dr. Klein refused to address the issue. When the test results came back, for the results of the biopsy; I was told, the results was benign! This was confusing, because I was never told, I was being tested, for skin cancer! This procedure, has been done at least 3 to 4 years ago, and my elbow still hurts, till this day! I never had any issues with my elbow; but now, I get flare-ups! Dr. Klein, never treated the issues, I came to see her about! Dr. Klein admitted to me, she was not too familiar, with work with people of color! I advise, anyone of color, please do not visit Dr. Klein! I would go as far to say, do not trust Dr. Klein, for the reason of her deception, lack of professionalism, and incompetence, as a doctor! I know this is my opinion, but I'm going on my experience, and I hope no other person experience, the unnecessary pain, I'm going through! This pain will probably last me, the rest of my life! STAY AWAY, FROM DR. RACHAEL KLEIN, BECAUSE IM MAKING A LONG STORY SHORT!- Lisa M.

ACrawford, Dr. GlenIt has gone very well. I am confident that Dr. Crawford has my interest as his primary concern and that he has given me the appropriate treatment. I can get appointments easily and seldom have to wait long when I get there. He is personable and his staff is very good.- Mark S.

ASolotoff, Dr. Stephen A.I have been to the office twice now, and on both visits, I was ushered in within minutes of my scheduled appointment, and only waited a few minutes in the exam room. The exams were thorough, and Dr. Solotoff explains as he goes through the exam, alerting you to things you should know so you can do your own self exams between visits. He has excellent bedside manner, is polite, friendly and keeps you at ease. His staff is equally friendly and professional! This is truly an A+ experience in every aspect! First Time Tips: The office is inside a primarily residential building, so ask in advance about parking and access, as the lot / entrance can be confusing. They do not take credit or debit cards as payment. So if you have a healthcare plan with a some type of debit card, you'll need to request payment to the provider (or make it yourself and request reimbursement).- Christopher C.

AToporcer, Dr. Mary BDr. Toporcer has given me extraordinary care for at least 10 years. She spots potential problems before they become they become serious. She is excellent about teaching her patients what to look for in terms of spots on the skin that could become problematic and wants to see her patients immediately if they detect such a spot. Her manner is friendly and caring. Every year at check up time she gives her patients a list of products that she has used and recommends. These are sun screens, skin lotions and cleansers for all types of skin. The check ups are amazingly thorough. This remarkable dermatologist was recommended to me by very knowledgeable friends. Because she is outstanding, her practice is very busy. It is worth it to be put on a waiting list for an opening.- Peter R.
