Excellent company, excellent help. Not only were they immediately responsive, efficient and very reasonable cost, for no extra charge gave me advice on options and what to do regarding smoke infiltration problems. I will definitely hire them again.

one day for scaffold set-up, one day for the job and one day for the scaffold removal - they also removed the roof jacks that was left by the guy that redid the shingles. Great job, very professional crew.

i asked for a reduced delivery fee b/c of poor mulch quality. they said no and they knew that i was in the middle of a building project with concrete being delivered in a few hours so they hung me out to dry based on immediate need. will not use them EVER again and should have taken the recommendation of my neighbors not to use them.

They called me within hours of my purchase to schedule the installation. On the day of the appointment we had very heavy rain and they called to say they were running late due to the weather (completely understandable) but would be there within the hour. Once here they began working right away inspecting our chimney. We knew when we bought the house that our chimney was an issue. They were able to show us pictures of exactly was wrong and the best, most affordable way to fix it to make our chimney usable again. Lee and his co worker were incredibly friendly and did not delay in getting any of the work done. Lee presented us with all of our options on how to go about fixing our chimney and gave us what we have found to be a very accurate quote for the work that needs to be done. They installed the chimney cap and cleaned our chimney (we did pay extra for this happily). He left us with all the information on what we will need to do and expect to pay when we decide to move forward with our chimney repair. We will definitely be hiring DNG for the work once we decide to go ahead with the project.

We hired mariani restoration company to restore our chimney, which was in complete disarray and leaking during rain. We were on a tight timeline due to the impending winter. Matt gave us a very reasonable price and did a phenomenal job. Our chimney looks brand new. He worked in the cold, on Christmas Eve to complete the job before the temperatures dropped too much and the snow came. We couldn't be happier with the work that was done and have since hired mariani restoration to complete other jobs for us!

Kyle came out and took the time to listen to what my wife and I were looking to accomplish. We needed our chimney repaired as it appeared to be almost leaning slightly as well as figuring out a solution to the water that was flooding into our basement every time it rained or snow would melt. Kyle offered suggestions as to what we could do and we came up with a plan. Ultimately, they dug a 6ft deep 30 foot long trench along the side of the house and repaired the wall and applied a waterproof barrier. After backfilling it they poured a new concrete walkway and pad and then graded everything away from the house . As for the chimney they tore it down and rebuilt it and it looks great now. Kyle was awesome in working with me on when the work would be completed and was easy to get a hold of whenever I had a question. The guys who completed the work were pleasant and professional and made sure to keep the work area clean the best they could. The work was completed in about 7 days from the time they started which was much quicker than I anticipated due to it being in December. We just had a couple days where it rained and there was absolutely no moisture coming through which is awesome. The simple walkway looks great and really improves on the mud pit that it was. Overall we are thrilled with the work perfomed. Absolutely will use Jamison again in the future.

It went well! I had contacted other vendors, and Four Seasons was the most professional. They were easy to schedule an appointment with. The prices were reasonable in comparisons to other vendors. They showed up when they were supposed to. The service went well.

The on site technicians said they could do the liner and cap that day. They completed the job, but there were some things about 'clean up' that were most dissatisfying. I wrote a scathing review of the business stating that the professionalism was well below standard. The very next morning I received a call from Mr. David Jarett, the owner. He made no excuses for the crew that had failed the clean-up effort. He apologized and asked what it would take to make to put things right. He offered to send the crew back to apologize and to clean up the offending area. Since I had already done the clean-up I chose not to have the crew return. Mr. Jarett took $200 off my $2300 bill and gave me a voucher for another service for my home or that of anyone I choose. He was most apologetic without attempting to justify the actions that had concerned me. All in all, he went over and above in making sure that as a customer, I was satisfied. I would not hesitate to use this company again!

I was pleased when I got a phone call approx. 15 mins. prior to the arrival of the crew. They arrived, but only one man left the truck to do the job. When the job was completed that man showed me pictures of the interior of the chimney & the cracks in the capping. He recommended a new liner & cap, then quoted a price. He said he had everything on the truck and could do it immediately. I agreed. The other man came out of the truck and the two of them worked on the installation. When most of the work was done the second man went back to the truck while the first one finished. I was horrified when I went into the heater/hot water heater room. The wall where the chimney entered was knocked out with a huge hole. The worker was slopping a grayish sludge into the hole and was dripping the mixture over my hot water heater and the copper piping for the furnace, and the hot water heater. The man then told me that my hot water heater was in the wrong place and that it made the installation very difficult. Just about that time the second worker came in and informed the first man that the office was calling about when they would be finished. The man slopping the goop said he was finished and would be charging my credit card within five minutes. His slopping then became nearly frantic, with more of the goop dropping onto the floor. Then he announced that he was finished. I mentioned the goop all over the pipes, and was told that it would not hurt the pipes. I was in shock. I paid and the crew left. When I later went in to inspect what had been done, I was horrified to find that the chips of wall & cinderblock that had been knocked out to insert the liner were left in the corner behind the water heater. True the room isn't a show place, and the trash isn't easily visible; but the crew had a shop-vac and could have cleaned up the debris. In all fairness the house looks horrible. It had been empty for several years, except for the occasional stay of several of my college aged grandsons. There is clutter, there is dust---but I am working **** ** rehabbing the house. I see no reason why I must clean up after a crew that offered to do the job when they had seen the conditions in which they would be working. If the hot water heater was that much of a problem, they could have deferred with only telling me that the job would have to be done; but not telling me that they could do it at once. I hesitated to post this, especially at this time of year. The workers were pleasant enough, and seemed competent. However, with the price I paid, I believe that I could have gotten a much more professional job. I wish I were more technically gifted, I would post a picture of the disastrous conditions in my furnace/laundry room.
