Excellent company, excellent help. Not only were they immediately responsive, efficient and very reasonable cost, for no extra charge gave me advice on options and what to do regarding smoke infiltration problems. I will definitely hire them again.

They called me within hours of my purchase to schedule the installation. On the day of the appointment we had very heavy rain and they called to say they were running late due to the weather (completely understandable) but would be there within the hour. Once here they began working right away inspecting our chimney. We knew when we bought the house that our chimney was an issue. They were able to show us pictures of exactly was wrong and the best, most affordable way to fix it to make our chimney usable again. Lee and his co worker were incredibly friendly and did not delay in getting any of the work done. Lee presented us with all of our options on how to go about fixing our chimney and gave us what we have found to be a very accurate quote for the work that needs to be done. They installed the chimney cap and cleaned our chimney (we did pay extra for this happily). He left us with all the information on what we will need to do and expect to pay when we decide to move forward with our chimney repair. We will definitely be hiring DNG for the work once we decide to go ahead with the project.

It went well! I had contacted other vendors, and Four Seasons was the most professional. They were easy to schedule an appointment with. The prices were reasonable in comparisons to other vendors. They showed up when they were supposed to. The service went well.

Nick the service technician arrived on time and was very professional. He removed shoes when in the house and did an outstanding job cleaning the chimney. He was very thorough and removed. cleaned and reinstalled the damper to ensure that it was fully operational.

I was pleased when I got a phone call approx. 15 mins. prior to the arrival of the crew. They arrived, but only one man left the truck to do the job. When the job was completed that man showed me pictures of the interior of the chimney & the cracks in the capping. He recommended a new liner & cap, then quoted a price. He said he had everything on the truck and could do it immediately. I agreed. The other man came out of the truck and the two of them worked on the installation. When most of the work was done the second man went back to the truck while the first one finished. I was horrified when I went into the heater/hot water heater room. The wall where the chimney entered was knocked out with a huge hole. The worker was slopping a grayish sludge into the hole and was dripping the mixture over my hot water heater and the copper piping for the furnace, and the hot water heater. The man then told me that my hot water heater was in the wrong place and that it made the installation very difficult. Just about that time the second worker came in and informed the first man that the office was calling about when they would be finished. The man slopping the goop said he was finished and would be charging my credit card within five minutes. His slopping then became nearly frantic, with more of the goop dropping onto the floor. Then he announced that he was finished. I mentioned the goop all over the pipes, and was told that it would not hurt the pipes. I was in shock. I paid and the crew left. When I later went in to inspect what had been done, I was horrified to find that the chips of wall & cinderblock that had been knocked out to insert the liner were left in the corner behind the water heater. True the room isn't a show place, and the trash isn't easily visible; but the crew had a shop-vac and could have cleaned up the debris. In all fairness the house looks horrible. It had been empty for several years, except for the occasional stay of several of my college aged grandsons. There is clutter, there is dust---but I am working **** ** rehabbing the house. I see no reason why I must clean up after a crew that offered to do the job when they had seen the conditions in which they would be working. If the hot water heater was that much of a problem, they could have deferred with only telling me that the job would have to be done; but not telling me that they could do it at once. I hesitated to post this, especially at this time of year. The workers were pleasant enough, and seemed competent. However, with the price I paid, I believe that I could have gotten a much more professional job. I wish I were more technically gifted, I would post a picture of the disastrous conditions in my furnace/laundry room.

It went great - Chuck was running early - called to see if he could head on over. He did - he evaluated the situation and gave me a reasonable quote. He said I didn't really NEED to get anything done until spring - but I wanted to just make sure it was clean. It needs a chimney cap and there was a small gap within the chimney he is going to seal up. We scheduled for him to come back in December. He was flexible with dates because I could only do weekends. He was very nice, clean, professional and I've already referred him to a close friend.

NEVER SHOWED! So frustrating! Waited and called for over an hour and never heard anything back. I had read another review that this happened and thought surely no. Oh but it did. They never showed! Would not recommend!

Al is very prompt and did a lot more work then estimated with no extra charge. He repaired and painted a corner of foundation and also painted furnace chimney at no charge and also cleaned all of my house gutters and swept leaves off of roof, n/c. His crew was very pleasant and did a great job of cleaning up as they went. Everything looks great.Al goes above and beyond for a very fair price. I would hire him again and highly recommend him.

Not well. Damaged home. They seemed to be mad that I did not get the extras, but I called my homeowners association and they cover those items and what they were charging was not appropriate. They brought the price down a lot (50%) but I still felt it was high. When they left I saw the damage. I called them about one thing they damaged and he said they will come back to see and fix. Never called me back.

What a great company! They scheduled quickly, and arrived when promised.  The two gentlemen were personable and efficient.  They found a dead bird in my chimney that had to be there for at least 12 plus years! They used a video camera to inspect and clean the fireplace and chimney.  It was like a colonoscopy for my chimney.  They were dog friendly too :) Thanks! We will be using them for our yearly inspections/cleanings.  Will definitely refer friends and family to them in the future!
