    They ordered the part that afternoon and returned the car to me the next day. The car is working great again. Very honest and Very Reasonable price for the repair including towing charge. Highly recommended this shop.

    They don't even deserve one star but to put up an honest review that's what you have to do. I also wanted to report on here that this is the most dishonest towing company. Everyone that I spoke to about them say they're scum bags that nobody likes them they really don't even want them in their town. I've filed several complaints with places the Better Business Borough and I'm filing a formal complaint how this professional company has workers and the wife Angie Zold is very verbally abusive and the co-worker Kimberley is physically abusive she punched me in my face. I'm filing both physical and verbal abuse complaints against all of the workers at this company, they accused the passenger of being on drugs well we went to a hospital and had a blood test done to proof that she was not using drugs so that will be another charge against them for falsely accusing her and also that she had no legal right to search the car and I went to my lawyer and also filed a lot of charges. Giannone Towing. I would never recommend this towing company ever. And they steal money from innocent young people. Karma will come back to each and everyone of them for treating people the way they do. After doing a review with the Montgomery county criminal dockets which are made public the owner of this company has been confined several times to the Montgomery County Correctional Facility for IDENTITY THEFT, BURGLARY, THEFT FROM MOTOR VEHICLE, FALSE IMPRESON PRIVATELY EMP LOYED, RECKLESSLY ENDANGERING ANOTHER PERSON and the list goes on and on. GO ON GOOGLE AND PUT IN MONTGOMERY COUNTY CRIMINAL RECORDS CLICK ON COURT RECORDS/E-FLING CRIMINAL THEN CLICK ON PA. UNIFIED JUDICIAL SYSTEM SEARCH UNDER SEARCH TYPE SELECT PARTICIPANT NAME PUT IN THE OWNERS NAME "" CARMINO MICHAEL GIANNONE "" UNDER DOCKET TYPE SELECT CRIMINAL AND THEN HIT SEARCH AND ALL OF HIS CRIMINAL BACKGROUND WILL BE DISPLAYED FOR ALL TO SEE. OR YOU CAN JUST GO TO GOOGLE AND PUT IN (UJSPORTAL.PACOURTS.US) and then put in that same name CARMINO MICHAEL GIANNONE. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER. Also this is the wrong address their towing company is located at 908 DEKALB STREET BRIDGEPORT PA. 19405 not the address that's on this site.

    I left my car at 8AM. At 4 PM they had not called me. After 2 tries I finally got through when they told me $800 for replacing calipers and other components on both rear wheels. I told them no, just the driver's side rear wheel. They argued with me and said they recommended to do both sides. Again I said no, just the one side. They said OK, and the van would be ready at 6PM. 6:30PM came and went with no call from Sport. I went up there 7PM and my van was ready but the bill was $800 anyway. Only the cashier was there and she knew nothing so I went home without the van. The next morning I went there to question why they quoted me $800 for both rear wheels but charged me $800 for one ($809.26). They argued with me and said "That's what it costs". I paid the bill but they will never see me in there again. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS. THEY ARE DISHONEST THUGS WHO THINK IT IS GOOD BUSINESS TO SCREW PEOPLE AS MUCH AS THEY CAN !

    When I called Art & Marks Auto Art answered the phone in the most pleasant tone out of anyone who has ever answered the phone in my experience interacting with mechanics. I have worked at a Honda dealership for 3 years so I have dealt with my fair share of mechanics. Anyways I wasn't sure what to ask for so I just said what I wanted done and he told me what I needed without any change in his pleasant tone. I then said I really needed it done that afternoon and I called at 3:55 when they closed at 5:00. He told me if you can get here in 10 minutes that would be no problem. I got in my car and made my way over there, didn't make it in 10 but I made it in 15 and he said it was still not a problem. They got my car on the lift, tested everything, and gave me a thorough list of what they found. Because of their service I felt more than comfortable purchasing the car I know own. (2009 Mini Cooper S) I will now make Art & Marks Auto my go to mechanic. I recommend this shop to anyone with any sort of car issue at all. Their mechanic are extremelying well versed in all makes and models as well as a pleasure to communicate with. Thank you so much To these guys, they have been an excellent group to work with.

    This garage was recommended to me by a good friend. My friend is a good friend just misguided, but this garage is not a good garage. The owner takes advantage of women. Over charges and also charges for incompetent work. He does not stand behind the work his mechanics do. Look at his history. Good with men customers but treats women ignorantly and tries to take advantage of them. I followed my friends��� recommendations and took my car there for just an inspection and new battery. He charged me $210.00 to fix my trunk which had been damaged a month earlier by a rear end accident. Lights were not broken and worked fine. I never asked him to fix the trunk. I have a body shop that I have used in the past and they are very reasonable and do GOOD work. For $200.00 more I would have had a new looking and working trunk because they know what they are doing and they do great work. He called and told me After the trunk work was done. STUCK....I went to pick up the car and looked at the trunk and was disgusted because I thought they had made it worse. They claimed it was fixed but I could see the only thing that was different was the bottom lid. On the bill it stated Repaired deck lid and latch. I felt discouraged because I had been taken advantage of again. I told my friend that I didn't know why they even touched the trunk. He wanted to see it so I use my key switch and the trunk open and a large black plastic lock cover fell down. I don't know much about trunks, but I know that is not what I should see after paying $210.00. I looked at my friend and said Great Repair Job and shut the trunk. I drove the car several times. Kept it parked it in my garage during the winter months never using the trunk. I have another primary car that I was using. I did not try to open the trunk until last week. The trunk wouldn't open. Left a message and owner called me back with a major attitude. I explained what happened and he immediately claimed he never said it was fixed. (Then why did I get charged $210.00 for a repair?) I explained the latch cover had fallen off while my friend was standing there. I didn't know the trunk would end up being locked. He got a sarcastic tone and said OK bring it in and we will take a look at it. I got a gut feeling he was already planning to charge me again. This time I didn't ignore my gut. I mentioned to him that I didn't want to pay him more money to fix my trunk after already spending $210.00. Again he claimed he never said it was fixed. (Hello...what kind of an excuse is that?) He then changed tactics and said OK, bring it in. He said, "You are telling me that if it needs any more work or parts we will just tape it shut the same way it was taped when you dropped it off" Right"?. I never said that.... but he remembered the trunk had tape on it. Amazing how selective his memory was. Again I had my own body shop I was going to use and he is not a body shop. How ignorant can a business owner get? I was being honest and this is how he thought he could treat me because I was holding him accountable for charging me for repairs that his staff didn't do correctly or completely. I have had to wait and save additional money for the body work because I lost $210.00 on his wannabee repair. Why would I take a car back to a garage that had already taken advantage of me and when the owner was openly treating me this way? I did not ignore my gut feeling this time. I will have to take the loss but good mechanics are hard to find. Greedy mechanics and garages are easy to fine. Check out the news you will read about and hear how easy it is for a garage to overcharge and lie to make a profit. I am going to tell everyone man and woman what he did to me. Perhaps a man can deal with him and call him out and not take his crap when he tries to shovel out the bull and attitude. Better yet, just say away. Your time is better spent looking for a good mechanic.

    I WILL NEVE GO TO THIS SHOP!!!!
    He got mad at me because I told him that I had direct fit parts, and that all I needed was labor. He didn't want to give a straight answer, got frustrated after I asked him how long it would take, or how much their shop charges per hour, and hung up on me.
    He was rude, and unprofessional, I am SO HAPPY THAT I DIDN'T WASTE MY TIME GOING TO THIS SHOP!!!!
    HORRIBLE FIRST IMPRESSION, AND THE WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!!

    I have been going to George and his father for a few years now.  I would recommend them to anyone in the area looking for a good honest mechanic.  He is always fast and helpful.  George Jr has even driven me home on occasions when my car was being worked on.  I cannot recommend him strongly enough.  Our family is moving 30 minutes away and I am still going to use George as our Mechanic.
