  • Chris is an excellent hire, this is the second home I hired him to reparge old crumbling basement walls. He is a hard worker, responsive, cleans up, punctual and does a great job. I will be hiring Chris for other masonry jobs in the future!

  • Always a great experience working with Sean and everyone at Sharp Stream. They do a terrific job, super guys doing the work, scheduling is easy and price is very reasonable. I'd recommend them highly!

  • We had Manfredia's come out to do some stucco work on our house, the work went great and in a very prompt manner. We were on a bit of a time schedule with some up coming renovations but they took great care of us to ensure the work would be done on time. Looking foward to working with Manfredia's on some up coming projects! A+

  • I highly recommend Freshlook and will definitely ask him to do more work for us. He was quick to visit to review the job and has a very user-friendly online system for providing a quote and gives great detail about what he is and isn't quoting for. He showed up when he said he would and completed the job as planned. He is honest and reduced the final invoice to allow for work that didn't need to be done or didn't take as much of his time.

  • I find that Bryan and his employees are GUILTY OF MULTIPLE CODE VIOLATIONS, FALSE ADVERTISING, BAIT AND SWITCH, NON-COMPLIANT CONTRACTS AND INSURANCE FRAUD, on top of the DAMAGE YOUR EMPLOYEES HAVE DONE TO MY HOME. Photographs and all communication documented. Note I’ve found they also go by T and T Remodeling, T and T Incorporated and TT Home Renovation. Check out pa court dockets for additional lawsuits and there are now many negative ratings against Bryan and T and T. As of June 2017 he moved to Cherry Hill, NJ so do your research!

FALSE ADVERTISING: T and T’s web page and mailing showed an A+ rating on Angie’s list and the Better Business Bureau (not even a member, BBB filed complaint against them 5/2/12).

CROOKED WINDOW INSTALLATION: I requested a new window be cut into my exterior kitchen wall. Without permits, an oversize, crookedly cut opening was made and an inexpensive, much smaller, unframed replacement window was installed with caulk (not even screwed into place), no header, and trimmed with rough furring strips inside. The crooked pressure points made it very hard to operate. Black cinder dust and grit ruined my recently painted porch and newly installed soffit. Bryan responded to the Attorney Generals letter that “Although the window install was not 100% perfect, the customer was unwilling to accept anything less.” I paid 100% for quality workmanship, why should I accept anything less?

DANGEROUS ELECTRICAL: I witnessed hazardous “flying splices” (open wire connections which may come undone, wires could be nicked leaving an open path for electrical arcs), twisted long stretches of wires behind where cabinets were to be hung, ungrounded live wires and multiple buried live electrical outlets hastily covered with unnecessary drywall. Was told “We’ve been doing this for 20 years and this is how we always do it.” If I hadn’t been home to witness this precarious wiring job, my home may have been in danger of an electrical fire.

BAIT AND SWITCH: Cabinets, exterior and storm door were thoroughly discussed, models/brands chosen, then Bryan provided very inexpensive substitutes quickly installed. The exterior doors were attached with drywall screws and putty in a beat up, 70 year old frame; Bruce said they couldn’t use the frame the door came with. You could see light around the old frame from the many cut out hinge marks. INSULATION: New drywall was quickly being installed against carelessly broken plasterboard and cold, exterior cinderblock walls; was now told insulation couldn’t be done, although other contractors said it could be.

CABINET INSTALLATION: I questioned Bruce and helpers why shims were not used to level the cabinets, the bottoms of which were shredded when pushed into place across construction debris, when I know my kitchen floor is not level. Later the tape/spackle contractor questioned why the cabinets were installed over drywall that had not been taped or spackled and in many places open to cold, exterior cinderblock walls.

NO PERMITS: After I halted the 2 day job due to the numerous infractions above, I called the Radnor Township, PA code inspector to ask where the permits I repeatedly requested from Bryan were, and was told they’d never been ordered. Bryan kept stressing to me “everything to code”, and “I’ve been doing this 20 years” (I suspect to other seniors and naïve clients who many not have been home to observe the dangerous hidden deception).

INSURANCE TRICKERY: Advertises he is “fully insured” but Bryan has a “self-insured retention” policy which essentially covers nothing, only if home is seriously damaged by Bryan himself doing the electric or plumbing, except he never did any physical work on my kitchen. He’s apparently just a very good high pressure salesman. Bryan is also the only employee listed on this policy, yet at least 7 others were on site damaging my home.

NON-COMPLIANT CONTRACT: Hand written in script on self-carbon paper, my 3rd page copy is very hard to read. Bryan was making promises and assurances the whole time I was trying to review the contract before signing it. I’ve since sighted at least 9 infractions under the Home Improvement Consumer Protection Act 73 P.S 517.1. Bryan Brusilow and Bruce Rossi owe me over $24,863 in unused deposit monies, promised repayment for items I was told to buy to correct employee mistakes, and compensation for damage done to my home. I will settle for nothing less than full reimbursement for their actions which has led to this extreme financial hardship. Photographs available.

  • The entire home was sanded and prepped prior to painting. Repair was needed on the newer addition. Their carpenter did an amazing job making sure water would no longer get under the siding, then the painters returned to complete the job. Every worker professional, courteous and thorough. We were always kept up to date on the progress and who would be arriving at our home. We definitely would recommend Colorful Remedies and use them in the future.

  • We selected this Angie's list recommended contractor. We hired Douglas DiTomo, who said he was a 3rd generation mason however the people on the job are other novice people, many were not experienced bricklayers. The brick work looks very sloppy, different color mortar, cement everywhere, on the brick, on the surrounding ground. The contractor has had multiple different people on the project, It has been more than two months since we started, We had some weather delays, however there have been many sunny days when no one shows up. The project had not gone well, we have a party coming up and the backyard is a mess. I would not recommend this contractor.

  • Outstanding. Andrew the Sales professional walked me through the variety of products available and the start to finish approach that take for customer Service. After we agreed to a far price for the work I had timely follow-up from my assigned Project Manager for the role. The crew that performed the work was meticulous in their attention to detail and worked extremely hard in some cold cold temperatures to complete the project as efficiently as humanly possible. I am very please with the end result and complete look of my brand new Cape Cod Siding. You will not have a better overall experience in hiring a remodeling company.

  • Steve and his team were very efficient and did quality work. All his subcontractors-- for carpentry, tile, plumbing, waterproofing, and siding did very high quality work. We were not as happy with the electrical work, however, Steve was incredibly accommodating in the budget based on that. The extras were charged fairly. He might be a little more expensive, but it is absolutely worth the quality and not having to deal with multiple vendors. His recommendations for the tile and bathroom fixtures were also perfect. Additionally, Steve and his team worked with our schedule. They took a break in the middle of the job when we had house guests and even rigged up a temporary sink for us till they restarted the work. Overall, we were very happy with his work and recommend him highly!
