    They have very reasonable pricing for state inspection and emissions testing. Much less than other local garages and car dealerships. Very professional. However, when you arrive it is a bit hard to figure out where to go in for service, then once in, find the the desk. A bit a an odd set up.

    I dropped it off on my way to work, so I don't know how long it took. The workers that I came in contact with were professional, and they let me know everything that had to be done to my car. I don't think there is anything they should work on in the future. My car was very clean when I got it back. They had paper on the floor to protect the carpet.

    They had a problem with the manufacturer's windshield. They sent another guy out and he broke it, so they had to get another one. I went through about two weeks to get my new windshield put in. They wanted to use their windshield; I wanted to use the BMW windshield. They just couldn't understand that I wanted to pay for a manufacturer's windshield.

    I was visiting my ill Mother-In -Law. On the trip up from SC the air conditioner on my truck stoppped cooling.  550 miles in the heat! Asked several people in the area who they might recommend and they all said Evans Radiator.  Called and made an appointment. I was pleased that they worked me into their busy schedule. I dropped the truck off early in the morning and 2 hours later they called me and said the truck was ready. All that was needed was for the clutch on the compressor pulley to be adjusted. I was amazed only $31.80!!!! In a case like this it would have been very easy to charge several hundred dollars for a minimal amount of work, but not this company!!!! They are HONEST & deserve more business!!   AAAAAAA

    We own an old 2003 Chevy s10 pickup that was past due on inspection, in need of numerous repairs that died in our driveway. I looked on Angie's list for good automotive repair shops and Oakmont Auto stood out for its great rating and many good reviews. It certainly lived up to its reviews!! When I called and asked if we could have it towed there, it was no problem. I told them what was going on, and they said they would call when they started tearing it apart. I spoke to Chuck, the owner, the next day and he gave me his recommendations. He kept us up to date every day about the progress, made great suggestions and fixed that old truck! We told him we needed to get at least another year or two out of that truck, and with Oakmont Auto I feel assured we will. He is a very nice man that doesn't talk to a woman like she is dumb about car issues. My husband and I will wholeheartedly recommend this business!

    I went to work one night and I got a flat tire and I called every which way I could but nobody would come out that time of night and so I called Steve. I looked in the phone book and got his phone number so I called his house and he came down there. They came down to where I was working at, put in a spare tire and he got me back on the road 'til I could get home and I got myself a new tire and they put in the new tire for me. I got a lady friend and one time, she got stuck somewhere and he went and picked her up. There was one time when I went downstairs in the garage to get into my car but the battery was dead so I called them and they came over and Steve drove my car back to the shop, put in a new battery and they other guy came back and picked me up and took me back to the shop. They just go the extra mile for their customers. It is a good customer service. I've been using them for over 10 years. They're right up on the corner from my house. Sometimes, the price is a little expensive but for what they do, I don't mind. I'd rather get my car done by a good professionals than go to some back alley person and save a couple bucks and then you're out there and then your car breaks. They're so good. He advised that I get a new car because I just keep putting money in my old car. If he was a flyby, he would have just kept taking my money and wouldn't have advised me to get a new car. I've never had any trouble with them.

    Purchased a 3 year tire alignment package.  Service provider always scheduled appointment promptly and completes work in a timely manner.  I have gotten alignments every 6 months during the term of the contract (and sooner when needed) at a fraction of the cost of paying for each individually.  Saves on tire life and keeps our family safe.

    Cary, the Service Department manager is terrific.  He is always pleasant and very accommodating to my schedule and needs.
    The work is done professionally and always within the promised time.  I purchased my 2005 Trailblazer at Nick's and they have consistently provided excellent service.  Would not hesitate to recommend them.

    Wonderful! I have a 1998 Chevy Malibu that I do not feel the need to part with.

    But it was making noise when braking which concerned me.

    So Steve and his crew repaired all and my car is still running like a champ.



    Prior to this job I had lost my exhaust system in 2010.

    Steve replaced complete exhaust system and the struts which were rusted.

    That was only major work ever done on the Malibu and he advised it was worth the repair

    since the car was in good shape.

    This is a family owned business and I had originally purchased my Jeep there in 2007.

    It was Verona Jeep Eagle at one time until GMC downsized and they lost their Jeep dealership.

    But I bought 2 Jeeps here and always had my Jeep serviced or inspected here.

    they have always been great with fair pricing.
