    The service was fine from NHAG, but just like the previous time there, they tried to charge me for something that I did not buy.  I asked for a conventional oil change and they charged me for synthetic.  I would not give them a negative review for this except that this has happened that last two times I had my oil changed in their shop.
    I have always been satisfied with them from a sales perspective, but their service department has issues.
    I have bought several cars from them.  This one may be the last.

    During negotiations, the finance manager mentioned that although we would be unable to buy a warranty for the vehicle there was a 3 month bumper to bumper warranty on vehicle. She even joked that if something would go would be within 3 months. We were not given any paperwork on the details of this warranty. We believed it to be included in price of vehicle. A couple days after purchase, vehicle was stalling at an idle. We took vehicle back to dealership to see what they could do. At first they told us we had  no warranty. When salesperson realized what finance manager had told us, he said we had to go to a garage the warranty company worked with. Service man at garage warned us that warranty company was a joke.  So after repairs, we were not shocked to discover warranty company covered nothing. So much for bumper to bumper warranty.  I contacted Twin Pine to express my frustration and disappointment in their obvious deception regarding this warranty which I discovered we paid $575 for! Twin Pine has elected to ignore my requests for an explanation. I believe they should reimburse us the price of the "warranty" or at least cover the repairs that were done.

    UPDATE: This car is a LEMON. We never should have purchased an "AS IS" vehicle in the first place. Since May there have been so many more problems with our car. Problems that, if honest, NHAG should have found and corrected in the first place. At this very moment, and what prompted us to join Angie's List, our car is at our garage being "fixed" again for other very expensive things that should have been fixed by NHAG. We wrote a letter to the owner, but are still waiting for a reply. It's been 9 months since we bought our LEMON, we really don't think we will get an answer. We need a new car, we need to junk this car as fast as we can and get one from reputable, honest, decent car dealer; It won't be from New Holland Auto Group.

    I got lost in Lebanon while looking for a Saturn to tow behind the trucks I deliver. Pitt's had a Saturn that I stopped to look at but in talking things over with Steve he recommended a Mazda 626. He scrambled so I could pick it up in a days notice to get it all ready to go. Good folks to deal with. I gave the price a B becuase I think with the cosmetic damge the price was very fair but not dirt cheap. The professionalism got a B because we had to travel to do the transfer. Didn't bother me any but trying to be fair.
