AELMER'S ROOFINGThis company was easy to work with from start to finish. I called for an estimate and they were here to look at the property, the roof, and decide on the job particulars. We received the proposal with all of the particulars about the job and the total cost.. We chose Elmer's after having received four other proposals. On the day of the installation, six young men were there at 7 a.m. The entire squad worked eight hours and diligently finished the roof in one day. They were hard-working, very professional, and extremely pleasant to work with. Our property was meticulously clean on their departure. AH - H Construction LLCI am an out of town landlord. It is VERY difficult to find people I can trust to do great work at a decent price without me overseeing their work. I felt very comfortable with Jim from the minute I called him. His communication is terrific- I received four phone calls and lots of pictures of his work. This guy means business and there is no question that I will be calling him again when I need work done. He also saved me tons of money. I had previously consulted with two other contractors - both of whom told me I needed a new roof. I knew that wasn't accurate and Jim never mentioned a new roof in his assessment of the problem. They provided us with samples, complete written comprehensive estimate prior to the job and were prompt in responding to questions. On the day of install the entire property around the work area was protected by tarps. The installers were professional and answered questions from my husband as they came up. They worked quickly and cleanly. On completion of the job they were extremely thorough on their cleanup. The finished roof is gorgeous!
