    I want everyone that is using, has used or thought about using this pet care service to read about my first and only experience with this company. I scheduled this service to take care of my 2 dogs, 4x���s a day for 10 days while my family and I visited Orlando. Jamie came out to meet my dogs and we went over the services and such. I felt pretty good about leaving my puppies in Jamie���s care. I asked if she would be the one taking care of my dogs and she told me it would be a team effort. With that being said, to me it sounds like at some point she would be helping out. Later, while in Florida, I found out her and her family were on vacation. Really?! Anyway, the first couple of days were great. I was getting detailed updates and pictures of my dogs. Then, Saturday morning comes around. We have cameras in our home, like many people do, and I saw a little girl come into my home and start playing with my daughters toys. At first I was upset, but I���m a 15 hour drive away and our vacation pretty much just got started and I was trying hard to just let it go. I couldn���t. It really started to bother me. This little girl was not to be in my home. What if something happened to her while she was there? What if my dog jumped on her and knocked her over? All kinds of things started going through my mind. I watched more video and saw her in my driveway walking my dog! From the video she looks to be between 10-12 years old. But honestly, that doesn���t matter. What matters is this little girl is NOT an employee of Cherished Paws. ONLY employees should be in my home and taking care of my dogs. What if my dog pulled her and made her fall or what if that little girl accidentally let my dog get away?! The worst for me was to find out that a different employee ���helping��� out decided to bring her boyfriend along to her job. I saw a man get out of her car and I saw him in my home. I saw him snooping around in my living room and I saw him WALKING MY DOG!!! This woman (and her boyfriend) would walk in, completely ignore my dogs, go straight to the kitchen, turn up her music really loud and prepare their food. Later I would see her take them out. She wouldn���t talk to them or play with them. I PAID for her to play with them. She never gave me updates, she never posted pictures. I sent a message to Jamie about this and she said I have her word that this would not happen again. The NEXT DAY this man was back at my house! He did not enter my house, but he did walk my dog again! HE DOESN'T WORK FOR CHERISHED PAWS AND HE���S WALKING MY DOG!! My cameras don���t show the road, but my neighbor told me this man walked my dog across the road. I don���t want my dogs anywhere near the road! Again, what if something happened to my dog while this man was walking her? That day I got an update saying my dog growled and showed her teeth so the woman kept the harness on her. She���s growling because someone (the man walking her?) must have done something to her! She���s not going to growl just to growl! And to leave the harness on her?! She could have gotten herself caught somewhere and gotten hurt!! I���m told nothing like this has ever happened before. I���m not so sure about that. Not everyone has cameras in their home and that is why I am posting this. I want those of you that have been using this service to be aware of what may be happening or may have happened or could happen in their homes. I had all services stopped on the 6th day and return my key. I then had to bother family and neighbors to help me out. Our vacation sucked. All we did was worry about our puppies. I still am having a hard time believing this. I also have a hard time understanding how I only got a refund for the days they didn���t come out. The job was not done properly. I paid for playtime and attention for my dogs and they didn���t get it. I was told by Jamie that maybe my expectations were too high and maybe I���m the kind of person that shouldn���t go away because my expectations are too high. Wow.....just, wow.....No, my expectations were what I was told would happen and it didn���t happen. I will not recommend this business to anyone and I will be sure to let as many people as I can, know what happened. I have video footage of everything. There is more than what I mentioned here. I feel taken advantage of, disrespected, ripped off, uneasy, and very angry. I trusted them to take care of my puppies and they didn���t do it.

    They do a very good job. The medication is doing a good job. The attitude of the people there keeps us using their services. They're very thorough and they're polite and they're concerned for the animals. I think that's always a big thing for whoever we use. Their price is not excessive. For normal procedures, they are ready when we get there for the service.

    Jan 2012 - I took my cat to this veterinary clinic after her
    abdomen swelled up. After approx. $700 worth of shots, x-rays and blood-work,
    we left that evening with absolutely no diagnosis and instead a referral to a
    vet who specializes in ultrasounds in Marysville. They then left the blood work
    sitting for 5 days ��� rendering it useless by the time the pathologist received
    it. Rather than offering me a refund for the money I paid for the
    blood-work they let sit for too long, they offered me a credit.
    I have in fact returned to this clinic twice since this
    incident ��� This time seeing a new vet (Dr. Crawford?). I am still giving this animal hospital a good grade because we were all so impressed with Dr. Crawford (and his pricing) and it is my understanding that the vet referenced in my first paragraph has since left.

    Vet was open on a Sunday and didn't charge a surcharge for weekend hours.
    Very polite and professional.. made us feel very welcome. Pricing was substantially cheaper than our previous vet. These guys have our business indefinitely.

    Jamie took care of a highly stressed black lab/border collie female whose owner was hospitalized for over two months.  She was able to bond with the dog and ease her out of her depression.  We saw a major difference in the dog after Jamie had been with her after a few days.  We felt that she was a life saver!

    We have used their services a couple of times now. Our cat has diabetes and needs a shot twice each day. They ensure that the pets get the medication that they need. They seem to be a smaller business and appear to be a bit more personalized. They have done a good job.

    My experience with them went fine. It was a sad experience because we had to have a cat put to sleep, but they were very very understanding and sympathetic, and I thought how can they be this way, when it is gotten to be such a job and they see this all the time. I was impressed. They are very caring. The cat was seen by the doctor before hand and evaluated, and then he told us this.

    At first we were nervous because this was the 1st time we had to board are puppy.  Then we were told she would be placed in the hospital wing due to over crowning and be charged an extra $5 per day, but after expressing our concerns that was quickly changed. She was given great attention to from the moment we dropped her off!  We did surprise them by picking her up a day earlier, but to our pleasure she was upstairs playing with other dogs.  Our puppy slept well when she got her home and so will we knowing that can count on Noah's for our future boarding and spa needs.

    Home Sweet Home Pet Sitting
    We had used Home Sweet Home several times before with no problems. The owner and I had spoken on the phone many times and she was always pleasant and we chatted for a bit each time. The pet sitter had come to our home to meet us and our dog so she would not be a stranger when she came. We had no problem with her or any of the other sits.

    I had scheduled a sit for 8/6/11 around 6 to 7pm. When we returned at 9:30 pm our dog had no water and was panting and had to go outside very quickly. The note left for us indicated that sitter had her whole family at our home. I had specifically told owner I didn't want others to come, only sitter, because we had that happen with another company and didn't want it repeated. We do not want to be responsible if something happens to sitters family. Owner did not return call until the next week, after I left a second message.

    I was shocked and still in shock that the owner became very nasty with me and said she is going to return our keys and cancel our contract and the sit we had scheduled for a few weeks from now. The owner told me that she was here also, which was not mentioned in the note. Our dog has a medical condition that requires medication, special diet and supervised exercise. We have spent thousands of dollars on tests to find her medical condition and three years to get her stabilized. The owner said there is nothing wrong with our dog and we need to let her be a dog. I do not appreciate being told that we don't know how to treat our own dog. She also told me that our house was hot and that is why she didn't have any water. We keep our home A/C set at 72 degrees all the time and it is perfectly comfortable for us and our dog.

    The more we think about it, the more we are convinced that something happened here at our home that the sitter felt the need to call the owner and have her come over. We believe that whatever happened, the owner does not want us to find out about it and chose to end our contract rather than tell us, and we are not comfortable with that. She put us in a bind to find another sitter in a short period of time so we canceled our plans. We had our pet examined by our Vet and he said that she was stressed and her blood levels had risen, causing us to put her on medication yet again. I would not recommend Home Sweet Home to anyone after our experience. I am still in shock at the sudden change of character and will always wonder what happened. I wouldn't want anyone else to go through that experience.
