The remodel went according to schedule it only took 3 days. Very meticulous and detail oriented, takes pride in his work. Does the job like it was his own. Along the way he made suggestions that ultimately led to a better job that was completed is a shorter time and under budget! He did a whole home remodel that was previously destroyed by renters. When Ronnie was done it looked like the model home it once was. We got a sales contract within 24 hours in a large part due to his dedication. FThe estimate was a sham - it took two and a half hours - the expectation was, once you put in all of that time, how would you just walk away from a renovation that was more than double of any other estimate, Then, the car -dealer borrowed sham - call into manager to get a better deal - twice!!! And the price was still way over market. But - if you booked it right then, $10,000 less than next day; $20,000 less than 9 months hence. The contractor would not provide an estimate, until you walked through every decision the bathroom renovation would entail. This was disgusting. I think also a sham for seniors. I would not recommend.

AI was most impressed with Jason and his crew. Besides being very personable, they clearly know their stuff. The work was finished on time, budget appropriate, and every night I came home to a totally cleaned-up area. The quality of the work was excellent despite having at the last minute to change and revise our plans for the week. Jason was very communicative in learning about our needs and meeting them. It was a fully positive experience and I would not hesitate to use them again.

AThe 2 gentleman that came and did the work were great. They listened to what we wanted and provided options on how we could do it. They were excellent at clean up and it did not seem like we lived in a disaster zone while the construction was performed. I am extremely happy with Par One and will be using their services again.

CIt took a few tries to get Dean out due to running long on a prior job, once he did make it, we spent an hour making a list, taking measurements, recommending additional things that should be done. He said he'd try to get the estimate done in 48 hours. That was the last we heard so we hired another company. I don't know what the disconnect was- the office staff is lovely on the phone, Dean was very personable, seemed very capable. We just fell through the cracks of being busy i guess.

AOur second bathroom remodel was an impressive transformation. It went from being a cold, uninviting place to spend any length of time into a warm, inviting, modern and efficient sanctuary. Everything went smoothly and we were beyond pleased and impressed with the results. Dan pays attention to the details and is quick to adapt when things don't go according to plan (delayed deliveries, wrong fixtures, etc.) Highly recommend!
