    Great!!!! He was very friend, informative, and also willing to go the extra mile to try to see if he can get some things corrected from when it was installed. ( NOT BY HIM) and the unit was only installed in 2017. He will definitely be my person for all jobs pertaining to his skills. Rates are very reasonable. You will never go wrong calling him. Definitely he is someone who CARES! On a scale 1-10 he is a 11.

    STEER CLEAR!! I recently had these folks come out for a normal seasonal tune up for my 6 year old carrier heat pump system, everything was functioning normally. Minutes after their arrival the man came down from the attic and said casually that he thought there was a leak in my evap coil and gave a rough quote of over 2800 dollars to replace. He issisted on having his ���supervisor��� (David Leroy Himself) come out and ���verify the diagnosis���. Upon Mr. Leroy���s arrival he proceeded to the attic where I heard him spend very little time verifying and lots of time praising the technician and discussing financing while they believed I was out of earshot. Mr. Leroy later confirmed the quote the original technician supplied but suggested I do a full air handler replacement or better yet a full system replacement quoting 5k and 8k respectively. Needless to say I was skeptical to say the least. Before making such a large investment I decided to have their sketchy ��� diagnosis ��� verified by another company . After having F M Berkheimer and Zimmerman to my house who disputed Mr. Leroy���s findings after extensive checks, it became clear, there was NO issue. I contacted Mr. Leroy who provided his contact card after his quotes and confronted him the information I had gathered. I requested that he refund the money I had paid for his ���tune up��� since I had now spent twice as much to check his work, finding nothing. Mr. Leroy refused any type of refund without coming back out to my residence, something I refused to allow after all of the shady dealings up until the current. Mr. Leroy was emphatic that his diagnosis was legitimate and said they test in ���special ways��� that other company���s do not, providing no specifics. He said that I could come with him to the attic this time and he���d show me what was wrong, something both of the other company���s had already done. After I made it clear I did not want him at my residence he became upset because I wasn���t being ���fair��� at which point I ended the conversation. Stay away from this company!

    We had a gas leak at our house, in the winter the gas company turned the gas off we needed the leak fixed right away so we could get our heat turned back on. We have baseboard heat, they came out right away fixed the problem. We had them come back on work on the boiler once the gas was turned back on. They were prompt and curtious

    I had a lot of questions which he did answer. He sort of let me know what brands would be better to buy. I didn’t go with them because they were higher than I could afford. He did answer some of my questions regarding that and an air purifying system for the house. He was very helpful. I did like him, he seemed like a good guy. Their price was fair. I didn’t dislike anything. He did answer a lot of questions, not only about that but about getting clean air into the home. He answered all my questions even though he didn’t know if I was going to choose his company or not. He answered all my questions before he left. Yes, I would consider using them in the future.

    Mr Brubakere is a very likable and honest individual. He was hard working and prompt. He was very thorough and did not waste time. He cleaned up after the job and even repaired something that wasn't part of the contract at no extra charge to me. He tested the central air system before leaving and instructed me on how to use the new thermostat. He also included a warranty on the product and the work. He has a good rating under the BBB and HomeAdvisor. I would recommend him over most contractors in the area.

    Perfect, and didn't try to upsell me for some uneeded product. In fact, they advertised "waive service fee for local zip codes". I imagine the unit disassembly and clean was by itself an $89 value. And that's all I paid,,, not $89 plus a $69 service call

    Poorly. I have rental units elsewhere, and have used many drain cleaning services. This job should be less than an hour, especially with 2 guys (who were very polite and knowledgeable). There was a 2" cleanout, and a 3" cleanout easy to get to. They decided to use the 3" and quoted me $499. I asked what was the $99 special they advertised and they said that was for an outside cleanout. Seems the special is always for something besides what you have. Anyway, $500 for an hours work was to rich for my budget so I paid the trip charge and sent them packing.

They were able to schedule an appointment that same day, diagnosed and resolved the issue with my pellet stove (jammed auger), provided recommendations on how to prevent this occurring in the future, and serviced the stove. Will be using them exclusively moving forward. A+

    I was a customer for over a decade. There are definitely better HVAC companies to select, and the slight price advantage Comfort Zone offers is not worth it. I had a few issues with repairs over the years and was especially concerned with the company after the install of my furnace 5+ years ago when UGI came for a routine inspection and red tagged the new furnace for a safety issue of not having an external shut off valve. I called about the issue, and it was promptly fixed. So, I let it go as an oversight. However, last season when I had an issue with a thermo couple unit going bad, an inexperienced tech sheered off the part, taking my $25 repair to a several hundred dollar one to replace a valve. I called in another HVAC company who confirmed the botched repair attempt. I discussed with CZ owner, Aaron, and he said the tech just could not get the part off but offered no apology or compensation for his tech's lack of experience. A new thermo couple unit was also added by CZ at the same time as the valve replacement, and the thermo couple went bad a couple of weeks later. This time, I insisted an experienced tech be sent, who knew how to install the thermo couple unit. Ironically, the inexperienced tech also came to watch the thermo couple install. Several days later, I was billed for the replacement of the thermo couple unit. When I called to ask why the part would not be under warranty, I was told to forget about the bill. I forgot about the bill until I received a 2nd one a couple of weeks later. I again called and was told to ignore the bill. Fortunately, I had no additional issues for the rest of the heating season and my service contract and can now switch to someone I trust.

    I had a problem with the thermostat and they send someone out, he gave me hard time about it and I had a mechanic  come in and change the thermostat.
    They come out the guys know what they are doing and they were very polite and take care of the work that has to be done.
