I was expecting it to be a long job as it was in a difficult location but he completed it in no time at all. He was amazing to work with, very friendly, and super accommodating. AHartel came highly recommended by some of our neighbors, at least 8 of which used them for their basement renovations. Now that our job is done, we can understand why! Martin and his Team did a fantastic job assisting us in the development of our space, making reco's and providing photo's of past work to help us make our decisions. They were prompt, precise, and kept the job site clean. They met our timing needs and were extremely flexible. Our project included adding a Powder Room, Bar and TV area as well as a space specifically for our gym equipment. We finished approximately 900 square feet of our basement area. The job was well done on time and at a fair price. Our basement is beautiful and will be a great space for sharing good times with family and friends. We will happily recommend Martin and Hartel Construction Group to others...in fact we already have. Great job!

CIt took a few tries to get Dean out due to running long on a prior job, once he did make it, we spent an hour making a list, taking measurements, recommending additional things that should be done. He said he'd try to get the estimate done in 48 hours. That was the last we heard so we hired another company. I don't know what the disconnect was- the office staff is lovely on the phone, Dean was very personable, seemed very capable. We just fell through the cracks of being busy i guess.

AMy wife and had put out numerous bids for quotes to have a roof built with lights, ceiling fan and plugs installed on our patio and we chose J Murphy Contracting Inc. Bainbridge, Pa. I can honestly say John and Joe did all the work very well, as a matter of fact they they even impressed our Township Codes inspector with their work, who said that he’s been doing codes inspecting for years and thought John was doing a very good quality job. John and Joe did the wiring and also the siding and finishing. All. The work this company did was all TOP NOTCH . If we ever have any other jobs that need done we won’t hesitate to call J Murphy Contracting . I can highly recommend this company.
