We knew when someone was coming to measure, when to expect the windows, and how to prepare for installation. Emails, text messages, and phone calls kept us informed about the progress of our order and the dates for installation. We had adequate time to prepare for installation. The installation team arrived on schedule and were a delight to have on our property. We soon felt like they were friends and not just technicians doing a job. The team worked efficiently and cleaned up thoroughly. The windows look great and create a quiet draft-free environment. Window Nation made a positive impression on my wife and I. CIt took a few tries to get Dean out due to running long on a prior job, once he did make it, we spent an hour making a list, taking measurements, recommending additional things that should be done. He said he'd try to get the estimate done in 48 hours. That was the last we heard so we hired another company. I don't know what the disconnect was- the office staff is lovely on the phone, Dean was very personable, seemed very capable. We just fell through the cracks of being busy i guess.

FThe estimate was a sham - it took two and a half hours - the expectation was, once you put in all of that time, how would you just walk away from a renovation that was more than double of any other estimate, Then, the car -dealer borrowed sham - call into manager to get a better deal - twice!!! And the price was still way over market. But - if you booked it right then, $10,000 less than next day; $20,000 less than 9 months hence. The contractor would not provide an estimate, until you walked through every decision the bathroom renovation would entail. This was disgusting. I think also a sham for seniors. I would not recommend.
