FHandy is a nightmare!! I will never use this company!!! I had an extremely important event in May, hired this cleaning service and the evening before the event, I received a text one hour before the scheduled cleaning that Handy had nobody available to clean my home. No other cleaning service is available on a Saturday evening This was my first nightmare with Handy and this only gets worst!! I cancelled service with this company and now I’m being charged for service and cancellation fees for services I didn’t have!! Big mistake giving Handy my credit card information because now they are charging without authorization and it’s impossible to contact them. Only can I make contact through email and the reply is a computer!! Don’t give this company any credit card information, they will spend and spend on your credit card like it belongs to them!! Never had problems with a credit card until this company got my information. I will probably have to hire an attorney just to get my card back on track!! This is absolutely the biggest nightmare I had with a business!! Do NOT use this service!!

FLiterally the WORST company to ever do business with. They charged $370 for a terrible job. The tech told us a return went to “no where” when in reality it was a long run they didn’t want to do. When communicated the find with the business they blamed us, the customer. Then wanted to have us pay $180 to fix their mistake. When looking at the returns farther we could see there was so much debris left. We will have to have another company fix their awful job.

CEsther Moore was very pleasant to deal with. However, the two ladies that came did a very poor job. This was a one-time cleaning for a 2300 sq ft 3-bedroom 3-bath house. They were done in two hours. After my initial review one of the toilets was not completely cleaned, there was obvious dirt on the kitchen counters and on the floor. When I complained to the ladies about this one of them griped at me like it was my fault. She was not happy. They cleaned again. Later that day I came back and noticed that there was dirt in one of the kitchen drawers. There was also dust on the blinds that they said would clean but in reality it is not a cleaning. I called Esther again and asked her to send the ladies back again and she did right away.
