    Little Lands Landscaping
Christopher was punctual and very well mannered when he greeted me, he started working, hes very fast and efficient. He even did a little extra trimming at no additional cost, Definitely having Little Lands take care of all my landscaping and tree work, best prices Ive found with great work.

    Leaf it to Me
I called him for one hose that was blasting water. I had to turn the system off, and I waited 4-5 days thinking they were going to fix it, but they did not. I thought "tune-up" meant they were going to fix it. I should not be charged to get an estimate.

    Knott Surveying, LLC

I contacted Knott Surveying LLC and spoke with the owner, Joseph, to get an estimate to conduct survey work on my property. At his request I emailed him a copy of our survey and indicated which property boundaries we were interested in having surveyed. I didn't hear anything back, so after close to a week I emailed him asking if he was going to provide an estimate. I received an almost immediate response "I attempted to do some survey work in that area a few years ago. Didn't have much luck. I don't think I'm interested in doing the work, sorry. Maybe (different survey company) has some information in that vicinity or you can continue to pursue (the original surveyor). Thanks for considering my services."

    Dave Dorr Lawn Service
Most lawn care companies won't even take your call during the fall unless you are an existing client. Not Dave! He was at our house within one day of speaking to him (even though he is as busy as everyone else out there!) We have a semi-circle driveway and had the leaves raked around the perimeter he pulled the truck around vacuuming the leaves and raking strays to the vac. It really was a pleasure to deal with and I would recommend his service highly.

    Ray's Tree Services
I would recommend them. However, I called the guy recently to give me an estimate to remove some trees. I called and left a message; so he called me back and I told him what I wanted. Then he said that he would be out to take a look and it has been almost a week, but he still hasn’t been here. He could be really tied up with something else. I would recommend his price to others. He was really prompt with stuff when he last did the job for me. The last time I used him was the only time I used him and I didn't talk to him directly. I talked to a woman and I explained to him that what I wanted wasn’t done. However, it maybe her fault and not his fault.

    Gibson Landscaping
We are very please with the jobs that were done by Gibson Landscaping.  Mr. Gibson is a perfectionist and he does a great job with preparing the ground properly before putting in the pavers.  We had no problems with the pavers that were done last year.  They stayed in place over the winter months.  Mr. Gibson is creative and his finished jobs for us are unique.

It is a fairly large koi pond of 12 feet by nine feet across and three feet deep and they spent about three days working on it. They came and did the work when they promised to do it. The work was satisfactory to our estimation. Everything was working okay and we were pleased with the final result. The only thing that we were disappointed with is that they charged me for 65 hours at $75 an hour. There were two guys working and I looked at what they had done and felt that there was no way that it could have been 65 hours. I think that they overcharged me by at least $500. I had also paid them for three days of lunch.

    Shaffer's Landscaping
They did a very good job. He did a great job on taking out a huge tree that was dead and in jeopardy of hitting our neighbor's house. This was a huge tree and had to be over 60 feet and very big around. It was in a precarious place and had to be taken down. Trees are dying around here because of the Dutch elm disease. He had to bring in his truck with a big high lift on it to get some of his workers to the top. It was expensive but they did a really good job. We had no choice since it looked like he was the only one who could do the job. He had the machinery and he was also highly insured. I was very impressed with him. We called him and I think he came the next day and took care of it. He seemed to be the most professional of all the others we have had in the past. I would highly recommend them to others.

John Dorr is the owner. He's very dependable and does a good job. His price is fair. His quality of work is excellent. He's very responsive, punctual and professional. I would continue to use him in the future.

    Gibson Landscaping
Prior to beginning a project Dale meets with us to ensure that we are all in agreement on the details.  On occasion he has made recommendations for changing one of our original concepts which has invariably turned out to be a better idea.  And when we have decided mid-project that we'd like to alter our plans, he has cheerfully compllied.  His rates are very competitive and he is very flexible, professional, and friendly.  He takes great pride in his work and it shows in his craftsmanship.  We are quite flexible with timelines, due dates, etc., but we have had no problems with him finishing a project within a reasonable amount of time.  Weather often dictates the schedule in his business.

Mr. Gibson has a couple of regular assistants that help him with the work.  Both of them are industrious, professional, and personable.  We have had to leave our property on occasion for appointments and had no qualms about the integrity of our home and belongings while we were gone.

We  also have a story like the AngiesList ad where the plumber walks the woman's Papillion.  My dad's Jack Russell often comes up to visit and "supervise" Mr. Gibson's work.  When it looks like Peanuts might get in the way and get hurt, Mr. Gibson will pick Peanuts up and put her into our kennel.  Our new Pomeranian rescue dog got loose recently, ran across the road, through the neighbor's yard into the next neighbor's yard, intent on some distant destination.  One of Mr. Gibson's associates stopped what he was doing and helped us chase down and catch our little runaway.
