    On time, friendly staff, efficient.  Dr Zaccaria knows what he's doing and is quick about it.  He listened to my concerns, answered my questions, and explained what was going on with my feet and how they affected the rest of my body.  I have orthotics to try and already notice that I am standing straighter and walking with much more ease.  I recommend him to anyone with foot trouble.

    My experience has gone very well. I have been seeing the doctor for a while now. She is very professional, helpful and knowledgeable in her field. The office is clean and welcoming. I would highly recommend this doctor to others.

    Update - 9/21/2012 The primary doctor in this practice eventually became so over booked that he began to be rude to his patients i.e. kicking them out of his office if his secretary had not booked enough time for the appointment. These happened to me at least twice, he was yelling and screaming at his office personnel to kick me out of the office. Later, this doctor, I guess was getting underpaid by the insurance industry, and had to reinvent his practice to maximize his income. He now has some fully integrated office whatever that means. He has three kids to put through college and so he was extremely stressed out about money. He hired a couple of goons to run and manage his office for him. I do not believe these goons have any medical experience at all, only legal experience. They are there to protect the main doctor from legal liabilities or other kinds of losses. After 20 years as this doctor's patient, I trusted him implicitly and relied on him for all of his advice and medical treatment and care. Suddenly, he began treating with me much disparity and disrespect. He began laughing at me right in my face when I expressed something that was bothering me. He began pointing his index finger to his head and twirling it, in the universal sign for "loco" to his receptionist, secretary and staff. In short, he humiliated me to the point where I could no longer trust him, I could no longer have him as my doctor. Eventually, he finally wrote me a formal letter of discharge, without any references whatsoever to a new doctor. When I did try to find a new doctor, he disparaged me and my personality to several potential new doctors, and those doctors refused to see me based on his references to them. I still, after over one year, do not have a new primary health care doctor. I have been devastated by the loss of my trusted physician, humiliated by his treatment of me, and basically black listed by him from obtaining a new doctor. I would advise anybody joining this practice to get a lawyer in place immediately, because there is a strong possibility you will need one. The goons he has running his office are nothing short of stupid. And, the doctor is so profoundly stupid to follow their advice.2 Previous Reviews: Show all and raquo;

    The doctor was fine. But getting an appointment is extremely difficult. Last time I was sicj I was told it would be a week before they could get me in and I ended up at an urgent care clinic. This is the second time this has happened to me because they had no available appointments. Then, on my last visit, they couldn't verify my insurance, so I paid cash. When they finally were able to verify my insurance, they submitted a claim and I was notified by my insurance that it was paid. I still have not been reimbursed by the doctor's office and it's been at least a month.

    The first time I had an appointment with him 5 years ago, I waited in the waiting room for well over an hour. Got p***** then walked out.
    Second time I thought I would give him a second chance because my friend raves about him and he seems to be the go to person for integrative medicine in the area... anyway, my wait was well over an hour again. Then by the time I was taken back to the room it was another half hour at least until I saw Dr. Lipton. When I did finally see him, he was in and out in less than 20 mins. I was then told to go have blood drawn for allergies/hormones etc. by one of his staff. This is where it gets good... It took the guy over 5 mins to draw ONE vial of blood. I seriously almost fainted it was so bad. Then another gal came over to give it a try and she wasn't much better.
    After paying out of pocket for a visit since he doesn't accept my insurance, I left with a bitter taste in my mouth. Then I waited well over a week for my lab results. No one calls you, you have to email to get them yourself. Which is just weird. But regardless, once I got the results I told Dr. Lipton that I would not be coming back in an email. After I explained of my bad experience, he offered to do a follow up visit for free. Which he totally wouldn't have had to do if he had an efficient staff.
    I went back for my free follow up visit so that we could go over my results and he could prescribe me a prescription and as I am leaving the two women at the front desk were fighting with each other, all bitchy and catty like. Really nice. I would say that this place is hit or miss, but I just keep missing. The only thing that I am thankful for is that I got my prescription. I don't know what I am going to do once I have to renew my prescription...

    I have been seeing him for about 10 years.
    I go to him because of the excellent care, diagnosis, and over all advice that he has suggested for my feet including moisturizing and treatment of fungal growths on the nail.

    I have been going to Lower Merion Family Medicine for about a year and selected them because of high ratings on Angies list. My initial experience was good but not great. They scheduled a office visit for a time when their office was closed with no follow up. This last visit was about as good as asking a pharmicist for an over the counter medication to help me.

    Dr. Chain is nearby and always willing to make an appointment as soon as he is available. He has always been consistent with that matter. He is a single practitioner and his wife does the administrative portion of the work, so it is a small practice.

    We have been very happy with her. We've found her to be a lot more personable than the doctor we had been going to. We feel we are valued as patients. She is very involved with her patients. We are very happy. It is easy to get an appointment.

    My wife and I have been happy clients of LMFP for several years now. Personal and attentive care, fairly punctual (for a medical practice) regarding appt. times, a great front office staff. Highly recommended. Note: The $20 cost is our insurance copay; A.L. requires a cost input.
