    Unbelievably horrible warranty product and service! After less than a year my range had a problem covered under my purchased protection agreement. A service person came, assessed the problem, ordered the parts required for the repair and scheduled a followup in-home appointment to install the ordered parts. That was Sept 22 2015. I received follow up messages that the part was back ordered and a long time passed with continued push back on the part availability date. The part was the front control panel. So much time passed that at one point the repair scheduling people told me that under my warranty/protection agreement I qualified to have my range replaced. I agreed to pursue it since it wasn't clear when the ordered part would arrive. I subsequently received word that they would reimburse me $1500 toward the replacement range.  The problem was that replacing my range would cost $3000. They argued that the $1500 could buy a range with the same specs (WRONG). The problem was that I purchased both a Kenmore Elite slide-in gas range as well as a MATCHING Kenmore Elite convection microwave. The replacement range would OBVIOUSLY need to match the microwave and there is only one model that works and it costs $3000. I spent an enormous amount of time in endless and frustrating conversations with the warranty folks. I finally gave up and said "JUST FIX THE RANGE". Today ( DEC 23 ) I received a call from the repair folks stating that they would not be able to complete the repair because the part is unavailable. The told me I had to call the replacement folks again. Long story short is that they told me the most they can reimburse me is $1500 and they stubbornly would not budge. I am handcuffed!!! I paid for the Sears protection plan, my range needs to be repaired for a covered repair, they can't repair it AND they expect me to shell out $1500 of my own money to get the replacement that is also covered under the plan. I call this the WORST WARRANTY AND PROTECTION PLAN IN HISTORY!!!
    STAY AWAY FROM SEARS AND THEIR PROTECTION PLANS. THEY ARE HORRIBLE, DISHONEST CHEATS. Tomorrow I call my lawyer to demand replacement and compensation for the enormous amount of time I've had to spend and the grief they've put me through.

    Roger was great! I called him in the morning and he said he could be at my house by 5:00 that evening, he was running a little late however he did call to let me know. He knew exactly what was wrong with my dryer and even had the part with him, my dryer was fixed within 20 minutes. I will be sure to call him again for any future applicance repairs.

    I have a Samsung dryer that had a broken belt and, apparently, is difficult to find someone who works on Samsung appliances.  He did not have the belt I needed, and steered me in the direction of someone locally who might; they did, and it really could not have gone better.  After I bought the belt, Roger offered to come to my house and look at it, and would not charge me if he couldn't fix it.  Well, he did fix it, and it works wonderfully.  He was very professional, punctual, honest, and reasonably priced.

    Roger did everything he could to repair our ice maker.  It turned out the problem was internal to the refrigerator and he could not access it, but it sure was not for lack of trying.  He came back repeatedly to try different things.  When he finally could not repair it, he refused to take a penny in payment.  Great guy!

    Front load washer was making a loud noise in the spin cycle. I was having a difficult time finding someone who would repair a front load machine, so I called the service center where I purchased the machine. They scheduled an appointment with Appliance Service Center for the next day. The service representative arrived on time and fixed the washer. He was professional and knowledgeable. I would use Appliance Service Center again.

    I would have rated this guy excellent except he was not as neat as I would have preferred, nothing real bad but melt water was running on the floor and he didn't seem too concerned, but he responded quickly, showed up on time, did the work relatively quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem and was reasonable cost wise. I will use him again if need be but if your very picky about neatness he may not be your perfect service. If you want your refrigerator fixed quickly he's your guy.

    Job was not completed do to our refusal to let them complete the work. This was a simple water control valve assemble on the Fridge and would have taken about 10 minutes to fix. Their price was $235 which is outrageous!!! Net result is I have fixed it myself getting proper part for a repair parts store for $47.
