    My father years ago worked with the grandfather and now it is the grandson and it is just a small town thing. Everybody knew everybody and that's just the way it goes. They are very friendly. We have not had any complaints. I think that the price is reasonable. They will call you if you are scheduled and if there is a cancellation they will try and move you ahead. If they are running late, they will give you a phone call. They are very nice people.

    Heating system stopped working, Friday, March 21. Klings sent a service man. He advised that our system was in bad shape. He was able to restore operation. System stopped working in the wee hours of Monday morning, March 24. We decided to replace entire Heating/AC System. Klings assembled the various units and finished the job on Thursday afternoon (March 27,2014).

    A long story with an excellent ending.  Without going into too much detail we had a reoccurring problem with our furnace shutting down, usually in the early AM hours with temps dipping down to near zero outside.  Each time the repairman arrived the furnace had recycled and was functioning.  
    On the fourth call the repairman installed a temporary part until the exact part was available.  The last visit our repairman took other temporary steps to keep the furnace running.  In the meanwhile he checked on the possibility of a free replacement furnace even though the warranty was more than two years expired and we were not the original owners.  He managed to present a case that prompted the furnace manufacturer to offer a free replacement!  
    In the end we had a new furnace for the cost of two voluntary upgrades (a two stage furnace with a brushless motor) and the installation.  The install was completed on time without incident.  Both of the technicians were efficient, professional and very courteous.  
    Total cost to us- about $300 in service calls reduced from $500 plus since the repairs didn't hold and $1700 for the upgrades and installation.  More than fair.
    It never occurred to us to even ask about the warranty since it had long since run out.  So thanks to the initiative of our service repairman we have a brand new furnace that is far more efficient that the old one heat several "cold spots" in the house that we had grown used to and accepted.
    If you are in the need of HVAC services we would recommend Regal unequivocally.

    Very courteous staff, appointment was made only a few days prior.  Very prompt, efficient. Knowledgeable plumber.  Fairly easy jobs, but done well, when I needed it, for a reasonable price. Offers a "club discount" for future jobs.    The business offers a wide variety of services and I will use them again.

    He found the problem and showed me the broken piece which needed to be replaced. Then he gave me a price and got my air conditioning back up and running in a short period of time. He also tested how cold the air was that was coming out of the vents which showed me that the problem was indeed fixed. He was friendly and efficient and I would definitely call them again if I have a problem with my ac or heating.

    Heating unit would sometime blow only cold air and no heat. The technician was very professional and knowledgeable. He checked over the entire unit and made several tests. Then explained what could be done and the cost along with his professional suggestion.
    Based on his suggestion he cleaned and serviced the heating system and re-checked its operations. It has been working fine since and was not as costly as replacing various parts.

    Gas heat would not ignite so I called Regal Inc. Within 2 hours a technician was at my door, even though I was not a current customer. The technician called when he was on his way and arrievd within the time he had indicated he would be here. The problem with the heater was intermittent, which can be difficult to determine and the heat was working when he arrived. He cleaned the unit and checked several things and he and I were both comfortable that he found the problem and corrected it. As this is an intermittent problem I won't know for a few days if we are correct, but as of right now I am extremely sastified with the service and will definately call Regal Inc. again if I have any future service needs. I am also inquiring about an annual service contract to keep my system running and hopefully avoid future same day service calls.

    They were here on time when they said they would be. There were no bad surprises and I will use them again in the future. They charged us for two service calls even though they only came out one time. They said that was kind of standard; which I thought was pretty stupid but other than that things were okay.

    My home was built brand new in October 2008 and these guys are the ones who installed the HVAC in my home. One day in November the heater went out. They came and tested it, and found a bad burner. It was replaced on the spot and they moved on. A week later it went out again and they returned one more time to check it out. They ran some tests so they replaced ?sensor. I had them stay for 30 minutes after they replaced the sensor to insure that it was fixed and if wasn't. They ended up tearing the entire system down and re-piping the exhaust and intake lines feeding the combustion system. The heater fired up and the winter progressed with no repeat issues so I was satisfied. That was until the summer came. In July 2009 my A/C went out. Now this was a bit frustrating as I had already taken off work twice for this to work on my heater. I called to get them to fix it and they couldn't come out for a couple of days. Fine when they arrived they checked it out and said that the unit was low on refrigerant. They filled the unit and the A/C returned to normal function. 3 weeks later, it stopped working AGAIN! Now I am highly frustrated. ?This would be the 4th service call in less than a year!! Needless to say they came out AGAIN and I was told that this unit had a bad coil and that it needed to be replaced but they didn't have one in stock and that it was on backorder. They charged my unit back up to get it cooling again and said that they would call when it came in. This was in August 2009. ?The weather cooled off pretty quickly and I didn't need the A/C so I let the coil slip my mind until September. I called them and couldn't get a callback about the coil. No one never returned my call about the coil. It wasn't until November that they finally called and asked if they could come and install the coil. SURE, another day off work so they can fix my unit! ?They came out as scheduled and replaced the coil into my unit. Then I got the news that that it couldn't be tested because it was too cold outside and that it would damage it if they did. So I was told to call back in the spring and they could come out and recharge it. ? Winter came and I didn't have any issues with my heat in 2009. Finally spring came and I called them for a recharge and I was told that they couldn't come out for 4 WEEKS! After all this trouble they can't come out for 4 weeks! ?I scheduled it and they came out and filled up my unit and got it fully tested. After 5 days off work working with this Heat-A/C unit and it seems to be working just fine. ?I told the guy when he left that last service visit, that the next time it breaks I want an entire new system. Time will tell.
