  • Bella Brothers has been so wonderful to work with. This was our first time ever doing any renovations, and we'd heard all of the horror stories about working with contractors, and we cannot say enough how impressed we've been with working with them and the end results. From meeting with Arsan and Tom to having Eric oversee our projects, to all of their crew, we've been really impressed with the professionalism, responsiveness and commitment to getting everything right. They recently completed a master bath/suite renovation followed by a kitchen/dining room renovation and we love every inch of it! Looking forward to more projects with them!

  • Dennis did a great job. The bathroom looks great. It turned out just as we hoped it would. Dennis was very professional, polite, and respectful of our home. It is difficult to find contractors who are knowledgeable, professional, and dedicated to the work they do. Dennis was all the above. His pricing is reasonable and he completed the work in a timely manner. We plan to hire Dennis again for our other bathroom remodel. We highly recommend Pacetti Tile Pro for your tile needs.

  • The provider contacted me ask for pictures, asked when I wanted the work complete and asked to come see the job. I provided all the information and that was a month ago so I guess they don't need the business. How they got a super rating is beyond me. Service never provided.

  • We had a previously finished basement completely remodeled which consisted of several rooms. The work included replacing the tile ceiling, lighting, repainting the walls, installing a new wet bar with Granite countertop and new pump installation and relocation for the sink. Before this could be completed, the old seating bar was gutted and all debris was removed in a clean, efficient manner.? The very large floor area now boasts beautiful porcelain tile with design cut-ins. The tiled backsplash over the wetbar coordinates with the floor tile and the workmanship is perfection. The exquisite wooden cabinetry is a perfect match to contrasting accent paneling.? Wooden baseboards were replaced and stained so that the tiling extends behind the baseboards as opposed to meeting the edge. Tiling was even included inside closets. The cement floor was leveled and sealed before the tile installation. Of special note is that the cause of a small leak that caused trickling water along the floor was identified and solved after having several contractors come up at a loss for the cause. The work was completed on time, in a clean, professional and exacting manner.

  • The entire experience was wonderful. Granite Transformations is an amazing company - total quality results - with the best customer service! I love my countertops and the plumber Adam came back a couple of times to adjust the faucet. Finally, after we gave up on the faucet which we purchased Adam recommended a replacement faucet, and the company sent him back to install it. Everyone has been so courteous and accommodating. I would recommend this company to all.

  • Birju patiently guided us through all of our choices during almost 6 hours over two days. He is very knowledgable about the store's products and is very friendly. He provided valuable advice while still making sure that we chose what we liked best. It is quite a task to chose tile for floors, walls, accents etc. Birju also helped us pick miscellaneous items like towel racks, toilet paper holders, soap dishes, shower niches and thresholds. He also explained what type of adhesives should be used and how to care for the tile. The tile is scheduled to be delivered to our house on Wednesday and we know all of the rooms will look great!

  • It went great, Gerald was the guy and he did a fantastic job. They came out a week after I purchased the big deal. He had a good personality, did good work, and overall we were very satisfied. He was on time, polite, clean and did good work. I will be talking to him about doing our carpets.

  • Excellent and fast service.  Personnel who measured were great - installation was right on time and done very well.  Quality was great.  Only took about 1 month from order to installation.  Highly recommend the folks there.

  • We knew when we bought our house a few years ago that a kitchen remodel was in the plan and decided to get it done this year. For a little background, we are particular about house projects being done well and about how our money is spent. We have had a lot of work done for various things over the few years we've been in our house and there have been few contractors that have not been disappointing. We are very pleased with Luxury Bath & Kitchens and would use them again and recommend them to others.

We found LB&K on Angie's List and set up a meeting with Nick Kornea and with another highly rated company (with which we were not impressed) in May, of 2014 and based on those decided to go with LB&K. During the initial meeting Nick asked us what were looking for, what kind of style we liked, and what we wanted to spend. We went on and on, showed pictures of stuff we liked, and he said he could put together some designs if we wanted to go ahead. For the initial and numerous subsequent meetings Nick was always willing to meet with us after work, which made things much more convenient for us. Several of these meetings went on into the evening, so we appreciated this flexibility. We contacted Nick within a couple of days and he was ready to meet with us again within about a week to show us what they had come up with. He showed us 3 designs of increasing complication and price, and we went with the third (was a bit more than we wanted to spend but also would give us a lot more functionality than the others). Because of our summer schedule we wanted to start in July, and we opted to have the front door lock changed so that they could come and go as they like during the renovation.

Everyone who came to the house to do work was pleasant, professional, and careful with cleaning up each day (special props to Rob for his woodworking skills and attention to detail). We found Nick to be easy going, straightforward, responsive, and very easy to work with. He offered numerous times to meet us to look at tile, granite, etc (and really meant it), hauled away the cabinet remains that Habitat for Humanity wouldn't take, and addressed all of our concerns after the main work had been done (most legit but some probably overly picky). Any issue that came up he was willing to take responsibility for and resolve without ever making us feel like an annoyance. At this point we just need one dinged cabinet door to be replaced, and it was promptly ordered and has been scheduled to be done at our convenience, well after we have paid in full. We are very pleased with our new kitchen and we're very glad we took the plunge!

  • We were very pleased with everything from start to finish. We wish all transactions and work could go this smoothly. After purchasing our deal we went to Kol and Marble to pick out our granite and schedule installation. The office staff were very professional. Somebody came on a Saturday to measure and we were set up a few days later. We had to pay a bit more than the originally deal price of $1499.00 because we had additional square footage. The workers came right on time, took out the old countertops, and installed the new ones. They left no mess and everything was very professional. We love our new countertops. We would use this company again.
