    Dustin contacted me twice with updates to his arrival time. He was extremely courteous and installed the new battery right there. Every time I deal with these folks, they are a pleasure to work with and everyone is professional and gracious.

    I will never take my car there again. They way overcharged me, way overcharged me. They charged me $90 for a diagnostic. Which is ridiculous. All they do is use a machine, plug it under the dashboard. Pick up a code and look it up and it tells you what is wrong with the car. I waited there 3 1/2 hours just sitting there waiting. The guys comes over and tells me, they are not going to charge me for each hour because the diagnostic took a hour. He said there wa a $50 credit. I ask for what, he just shrugged his shoulders. How can you not know what a $50 credit is for. I know what it was for. There was a recall on the emission from General Motors. But they way overcharged me. I would never go back there if I don't have to. I get letters from them all the time. One said, call this number to see what your car is worth so I called it. It said my car was worth zero dollars. This was just a gimmick. Then the guy called me back. I guess there was a number or code on the letter that you received which notifies them of the phone number to call. I told the guy, I would never buy another vehicle from them. I would be never use their services again. I told him why and he said, well I will have to talk to the manager. I would never go back there and I would never refer them to anybody. They way overcharged me. I was there 3 1/2 hours. You tell me to come in and then I have to wait for you to put a computer on my dashboard. I didn't like the company. I don't like the guy who said he did not know what the credit was for. I would rather go to the dealership, it is 45 minutes away but it is worth it.

    If I need anything fix in my car I take it to Wasson's or I take it to Norstar here which I will never take my car there again. (Wasson's) They are pretty good to me.  They don't rotate my car which I'm not happy about that.  I don't have any complaints about them. They did the oil change the time I had the inspection done.  They are pretty good, i'll go down there and if there's something little to be done, they don't even charge me. I'll bring my car there, they will drive me home, take my car back if it's gonna be there for awhile and pick me up and drive them back,it's a lot of trip but at least they bring me home and I don't have to hang there forever. They get me in as soon as they can.

    As soon as my warranty is over, I will probably just go to one of those quick oil changes near my house because they do it faster. You don't have to leave your car, they are just quick. You're in, you're out. This place they're quick, you check your car in, and then you sit in their lobby for a little while. Then they didn't do it right, they were didn't rotate the tires like they were supposed to, and then I had to wait longer. I just don't like that dealer much, I just am trying to get my oil change done there because of my warranty. They charge a fee to change the oil, they sold me some package for 3 oil changes and 3 tire rotations or something. There was some kind of fee for that, it was a reasonable price. The first oil change was free, but all the other ones have a charge. Their price was OK. I don't mind paying a little bit for the oil change. They did everything they needed to, there was just a miscommunication somewhere and they fixed it. They were pretty quick. They were as quick as they can be. They were professional. I would use them only if I had to have to go back to the dealer for. I don't like them. I don't trust them. They did bad work for me in the past on another vehicle. I just think they are overpriced, they have sold me pieces/things I didn't need. I don't like them, I don't trust them, I would go other places first. I wouldn't use them, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

    Excellent...I have been going to Carnegie Radiator for at least 5 years. Dee and Ken are fabulous. I will never go to anyone else!!!!! They are kind, professional, punctual, flexible and the list goes on. They are super efficient and very accommodating and reasonably priced. Other places could learn a lesson on how they do business here.. A real WINNER!!! Thanks Dee and Ken. I am sure there are other staff members that I should thank as well, but I don't know their names. Thank you to those people too!!! Keep up the great work!!!

    I use Rohrick Cadillac.  I have a lease with Rohrick Cadillac.  I'm still under warranty with them with my car.  That one was last month I believe.  I think it cost $60 because he not only did the Pennsylvania State Inspection, he did an emission inspection too.  So that was the total of both of them.  I don't know how long it take because they come down and pick my car up and they delivered it so I don't know how long they work on it.  I can't give you that answer.  Of course it doesn't take long for state inspection or emissions, especially if it's a relatively new car, there isn't much you have to do.  I didn't see the workers.  They had a valet, all he does is drive and pick up and deliver cars.  He picked my car up and he delivered it.  So I had nothing to do with it, I never went to the garage.  That was part of my warranty.  They provide that service.

    The service bay is fine they are lovely, they have a shuttle, they're polite, they wash your car, I've never had a problem I can say that them I love them. I guess what really irritated me about that dealership was I did not feel I got the best price I could have and I got pressured when I was signing all the paper work to buy some things that I shouldn't have done like that stupid prepaid service package at their shop. For their sales I would give them a C.

    Ive been there many times now for tune-ups, snow tires, miscellaneous items. I went in this morning at about 08:05 for an oil change and was out by 08:40. They have always been professional, good prices reliable and do exactly what they say their going to do.

    I couldn't recommend them any higher! And Great Guys!

    They just changed hands and I am satisfied with them. The prices are sometimes a little bit high, but on the whole... Anybody that does not really want to pay a lot might not need to go there. There are always there if I need them because I go all the time down there before they changed hands. There is never a time that I have called that they have not said come right down. I have been a regular.

    He is an honest person.  When you tell him you need something, he’ll do it.  I don’t know anything about cars but I believe what he says.  I have been dealing with them for at least 50 years.  They are a local family and they are good people.  He has always been very nice.  His son in law is taking over the business.  They are excellent.  I will continue to use them.
