ADan Brown ConstructionFrom the very first phone call to the final walk-through the team at Dan Brown construction could not have been nicer, more down to earth, or honest. The quote was quick, easy to understand, and no b.s. Everything was very transparent and I never felt that there was any hidden agenda. Jess was great to work with and answered all my questions and dealt with all of my requests. Josh and Jason were wonderful in my home. Their work was amazing and efficient. They were punctual and courteous and really didn't interrupt my day to day life at all. They were kind to my cats who supervised the whole project and give their paw of approval. ABLANDING ELECTRIC INCWe called them on a Sunday, and received a response within an hour. The technician was able to diagnose the problem, but was unable to get a replacement part until Monday. Another tech came early on Monday to replace the circuit, much to our relief! Both techs were courteous and professional, and the response time was great, especially given that it happened on a Sunday. We will contact them when we have any other electrical jobs to be performed.- Joanne R.

AGene Olson Electrical ContractorsI trust him. He is efficient and fair. They come in to your house and you would never know they were there. They are very clean. He told me it would take 6 and a half hours and it took 5 hours and 45 minutes. He always lets you know what needs to be done up front. He is very straight forward.- Deneen S.

AArctic Bear Heating & Air Inc.The professionals at Arctic Bear found that our 55 year old boiler had a gas leak and was sending dangerous carbon monoxide into our basement. They immediately shut down our boiler to keep our family safe. Since it was still very cold outside, Arctic Bear lent us several electric space heaters to keep our family warm through the night. At 7 am the next morning the Arctic Bear team was on our doorstep ready to tear out the old boiler and install a brand new high efficiency boiler. The men who worked in our home were polite and professional. We have 2 young children who wanted to "help" and all the guys were super patient and engaging with our boys. When the team was done you would never have known that we had men working in the house all day. It was spotless!!! Drop cloths were put down over all our floors and booties were worn when walking on carpet. Friendly, professional, competent, knowledgeable and helpful. That's the team at Arctic Bear.- Claire P.

AEverything went very well from the first call to completion. Estimator was very responsive, professional and helpful. Project manager and foreman were very good also. The men who did the work were professional, considerate of our home, polite and did a great job and great cleanup. FHighly unprofessional. His communication is awful. His estimate came 2 weeks late after he quoted me a good price. When I signed it and returned to him he disappeared. No mail, no call. Nothing. He responded once I texted him, only to state he still planned to do the job before winter set in. When I asked me what date he would be here to start: no response, still none to this day. Don't waste your time!

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great

AMatthew was originally hired to assist my nephew in preperation for the Parochial High School Admissions exam. Building a relationship with Matthew was the best thing for my nephew. Matthew was very safe going into this situation creating a trusting a environment. Not knowing what he was walking into, Matthew quickly learned that my nephew’s academic inabilities were far more important than preparing for an high school entrance exam. Immediately Matthew begin working on creating a plan of action. He is very patient, yet intentional about holding my nephew accountable. Moreover, he follows up and send reminders for my nephew (I.e. don’t forget to bring your book home from school, remember to work on your math). Although we have a long way to go, it’s safe to say that we are seeing some progress. Thanks Matthew.
