    We were away and our condo watchman told us our HVAC system wasn't working. Called Day & Night and they sent a technician out the next day. The technician diagnosed the problem quickly. The company checked to see if the part was covered under warranty (it wasn't ) . However, the part was replaced within an hour and things were back to normal. I've used this company for 5 years and they don't disappoint. They are honest, fair and trustworthy. They are the only HVAC company I use in Naples.

    Hahn installed the HVAC unit at one of my condos along with a wifi thermostat. Had a heat problem at my other condo and they sent someone out the same day. He diagnosed the problem and replaced my thermostat with a wifi unit. Hahn gives great service at fair prices. I'd call them again in a second!

    Have s maintenance agreement with Alberts. Brad came out and inspected my system. He noticed that the original installer (another company) did not wire the system to operate as a two stage. Brad fixed the problem at no additional charge and now I will get the energy efficiency benefits at no additional charge. Good mechanics are hard to find and Brad is a keeper. I've been dealing with Alberts for over two years and they don't disappoint.

    Punctual and tidy. Thought it was going to be a 2 day job, but had three techs working on a Friday to get the job done. Finished by 3pm and they stopped for lunch. Very professional. Didnt cut any corners. Would recommend and use again.

    Called this company on the recommendation of a friend. Purchased a condo with a 20 year old system and replaced the entire system including a WIFI thermostat. The company is very professional and reasonable. They are honest and fair with their customers. The installers were friendly and took pride in their work. They put down a runner on the floor and cleaned up after themselves. They went over the operation of the new system with us. A good experience.

    The service technician arrived on time an went straight to work. Removed the blower from the air handler and hooked up the vacuum. Removed all the vent cover and cleaned them. Brushed and sanitized all the vents. They cleaned up after themselves. Day and night gave their pricing over the phone. This company also installed my new air handler a couple years ago and I have a service contract with them. I have always found them upfront and professional. Their prices are fair and reasonable. Their technicians are trained and competent.

    Had an issue with my electronic air cleaner and called this Albert's based on Angie's List reviews and was not disappointed. Brad came out and quickly diagnosed the problem as an unattached ground wire and fixed the problem. Since he was here, I asked Brad to inspect the high efficiency heating and air conditioning system. He replaced two hoses that were originally installed backwards. He also inspected the A/C system. Bought a service contract and Brad included this service call as a contract call. This company is honest and professional. I would not hesitate to call them again.

    Wonderful! I had asked them for an estimate for a new unit. Another contractor had come out two days before, restarted the unit but suggested I should buy a new one. The technician offered to have the salesman come out that afternoon. I felt a little pressured and decided to call Alberts because of the positive reviews on Angie's List.
    The owner of the company, Albert, came out the next day, gave me the estimate, and asked why I needed a new unit. When I explained what the other contractor had said, Albert suggested that the unit might just need a tune-up and a new starter kit. It was still running from the other contractor's visit, so we agreed to have someone come out the next week for the tune-up and installation of a new starter kit.
    Unfortunately, the unit stopped and wouldn't start again, so I called Alberts to see if his technician could come any earlier. The technician arrived within an hour or so and cleaned the unit and started on the repairs. He identified the problem right away and was very diligent about correcting the wiring. (The tech from the other contractor had left a damaged wire in place, and it shorted the unit between the two phases.)
    Albert followed up personally to see if I was satisfied with the work. More than satisfied, I think I was excited to find someone so good! Throughout the entire process, I was impressed with Albert and the tech's knowledge of the equipment, honesty, and their candor. (They could have bashed the other contractor for the shoddy job, but they never did.) I had mentioned to Albert that I had to replace the ignitor in the furnace every three years, and he recommended a different type of ignitor and even told me where I could get it
    I would highly recommend this company to anyone and will definitely be using them in the future.

    .I have had dealings with this company for 25 years, so I trusted them.  This company installed a new furnace and A/C system in 2010.  I later learned that my sister and mother got a much better price ($1,000)  from another contractor for essentially the same system.  For the past 6 months, I have tried to get the company to come back and repair a problem with the electronic air cleaner they had installed with the system in 2010   The system is under warrenty.  The owner of the company originally said he would send a service person to fix the problem.  The service person never showed.  Since then, the owner doesn't return my phone calls.  

    If you plan on have any work done to your furnace or A/C, do yourself a favor and call someone else.   I let my guard down and didn't get bids because I trusted this outfit and lived to regret it.

    Original contracted purchase and installation:

    I contracted with Deramo's in 2004 to install (2) systems in a home my wife and I were building. The lead technician on the job demonstrated poor judgement in all areas of the installation.  Initially during the installation of the attic unit, he severed 11 trusses that support the roof in his attempts to install the trunk lines that service the duct work. In addition he selected to install the outdoor heat pumps under an exterior doorway where a deck would be installed. (This later led to multiple compressor failures. The units had to be relocated at my expense.) In addition the location of the upstairs thermostat made it impossible to regulate temperature on the second floor. Airflow to two of the upstairs bedrooms is insufficient to this day despite numerous attempts by them to resolve the issue. 

    Over the years service technicians have come and gone which is expected however ALL of the service technicians comment on how horrible the installation was. None of them can believe the work that they see and the complete lack of foresight to serviceability and proper function. 

    The technician performing my most recent service issue for "no cold air", was unable to troubleshoot the evaporator coil due to the attic exhaust vents preventing the cover from being removed to access it. There is significant labor costs associated with relocation of the exhaust runs and Dermamo's will not stand behind their installation to make it right. 

    Ongoing service:

    It has been my experience that all of the technicians sent to my home are at the junior level in their troubleshooting skills. The professionalism demonstrated by the visiting technicians leaves a lot to be desired. Many of the service calls result in guesswork and random parts replacement without solid root cause being identified. Most recently a technician tracked mud onto my stairway carpeting while servicing the attic unit upstairs. When I pointed this out to the technician he said his employer does not provide "footy covers". 

    Summary:

    While Tony is generally a nice guy, it is clear based on my experience that his company is not capable of resolving even basic system issues. While Deramo's initially did their best to make good on the incidental damage resulting from improper installation, I am still paying the price for those mistakes. Deramo's is no longer standing behind their work as issues continue to arise.  

    I wish Tony the best of luck but I feel it is my duty to provide feedback on my experience to members of the community.  I will no longer conduct business with Deramo's as I feel they are not competent to service my systems.
