    I have had Maid on the Spot cleaning done twice now, and have been extremely pleased both times. I would (and have) recommended them to others, and plan to have them come again soon. Both cleaners came on time, had all of their own supplies, and worked very hard to make my house shine. I also love that you can book your service right online. Excellent cleaning service!

    Then, they cleaned my grandson's room and a runner in my hallway upstairs. I checked the downstairs rooms, they were fine. I paid what they asked and gave a $20 tip. They left. I had 2 broken feet and was in heavy boots. When I went upstairs the next day to check my grandson's room, it was bleached and completely ruined. I called immediately and they sent 1 who had cleaned along with another worker. The one who cleaned acted like he didn't see a difference. I asked him to call his boss, Jeff and send pictures. He is the representative for zip code 15061. I called Jeff and said 'i'm not keeping it' and he said to send it back.' Three days later, it was brought by the other young man who had cleaned it originally and another young man. It was more bleached now, over 1/2 of it was bleached. The young man who had dry cleaned it said, 'it's in the nap' The tab said 'professioanlly steam clean.' I thought that was what Stanley Steamer did. He said, 'I don't see any difference.' The other young man with him said, 'well, then you're blind because I sure do.' When I called back, Jeff wasn't in the office. I told them to remove the rug from my house, and they did - in a very angry manner. So, when I called - I asked to speak to Jeff who wasn't in. The acting manager was Angela. I called her at 8:30 am and she was angry that I called so early when she was on the clock at 6:30 am! She acknowledged they removed the carpet and would not acknowledge why it wasn't accepted. When I asked her why she wouldn't write down the reason it wasn't accpeted, she just said, 'because I'm not.' I asked for the corporate number. She didn't know if there was a corporate number, then said she wouldn't give it to me. She contradicted herself. I found it and called corporate. It took me 3 days before they called me back. I spoke with Paul Randall at corporate. At which time, I was informed that it is called Stanley Steemer International, but each area has it's own franchise. So, there is no 'International'. So, corporate does not stand behind local franchises. Now that's false advertising as far as I'm concerned. Yesterday, Jeff said the carpet would be deliverred today. I asked how it looks and he said 'perfect!' The rudest young man I have ever encountered in my life came in threw the carpet on the floor and he just stood there. I said, 'aren't you going to get the wrinkles out?' He said 'no, it'll work itself out.' Now he sees a woman with 2 broken feet. I said, 'this is bleached and isn't acceptable. And, call your boss.' He stormed out of the house. He came back and said, 'I've talked to my boss and this is the way it is.' And left it. So, I called Jeff again. I have a severe deteriorating auto-immune disease that is aggravated by stress. So, I'm already out of breath. They kept me on the line for 20 minutes. Peggy, the receptionist was very nice. They said Jeff would call back which he did. He said they bought an identical carpet from Pier 1 (which I know they didn't) that matched exactly to my carpet other than where the dog had 1 pee stain. I have a 10 lb dog. If people didn't have dogs that have accidents on their rugs, Stanley Steemer would not be in business. He said, 'any problems were cause by your dog and I'm not dealing with this anymore.' He said, 'do what you want to do; I'm done with this' and hung up on me! If I didn't want someone to stand behind their work; I could have gotten anyone from the yellow pages or google for half the price! So, they are advertising they are corporate and are insured which is obviously false and misleading! I have pictures of my grandson's room before and after they left. It is NOT the same room and they refuse to make good on any of it! I am stuck on a fixed income and have to re-purchased the rug because this is not livable! Two workers when they 1st came said 'this is one of the prettiest homes I've ever seen!'

    They were very professional and came earlier than I expected! They even offered to help me with shoveling the snow from my driveway when they first arrived! They are very hard workers, and I was pleased with their first time coming to my house. I have discussed a few minor things that I need done differently next time, but I told them that I would like to continue getting their service every month. Great work at a great price! I already signed up on Living Social for next month! **Update 3/21/2016** I have had to reschedule three times for my second appointment. All three times they haven't called and they haven't shown up. After they didn't show up for the second visit I figured out that I could reach out to the supervisor by text. She reached back out to me to schedule the third appointment which they also missed. They still owe me another hour from the first deal and I'm disappointed that they haven't shown up and haven't called. They did let me know that the owner was in the hospital and I understood that they were having issues with management and employees, but three missed appointments is unacceptable.

    As soon as I submitted an inquiry I had a response within minutes, they booked within one day, showed up a few minutes ahead of schedule and cleaned the house to perfection.  My house has never been so clean and smelled so lovely.  There were two girls, one named Jennifer (I didn't get the other name - sorry!) and they were both sweet and professional. They were such a joy to have in my home. I know sometimes it can be uncomfortable being home and having "strangers" in your house, but it was not uncomfortable and they were completely professional and trustworthy. If my house doesn't sell quickly, I will absolutely have them back.  I almost wish I wasn't moving because they would be my team for life.

    I called them and they weren't sure if they serviced my area. They said they would call me back within 24 hours. They never called me back so I called them this morning and they told me they don't service my area and Angie's List is giving me a refund for the Big Deal.

    When they walked in the door, my wife showed them which areas she wanted done and within minutes they were working.  They went at it non stop from then on.  The end result brought a smile to our faces.  I especially liked the way the hardwood floors picked up a nice bit of shine.  My wife's favorite was the cleanliness of the baseboards.  
    Overall, the house looked good and had that freshly cleaned smell throughout.  I would recommend them and I would use them again.
