  • Waited about 15 minutes. Was called in and had vitals taken by attendant, with asked questions so that my info updated on computer. Then waited about 5 minutes for nurse practitioner. She came in, assessed me, talked about prescription, then sent it via computer over to the local pharmacy. Efficient, conscientious, kind, knowledgable. Had a $20 co-pay with my insurance.

  • The office staff is not friendly and abrupt. He is somewhat accommodating with schedules, but only if you can get through to the doctor himself. The staff is not. The test results are not reported to the patient unless the patient calls and hounds the staff to get results. It is a highly unorganized office. They do not keep track of their patients. It can be dangerous if you are using a medication based on the use of another medication.

  • Everything is good about this doctor, his people are good, the atmosphere is good and he has a wonderful bedside manner and he is a good doctor.  I would recommend him to my friends and family members and I will definitely continue to use his services in the future.

  • . There have been times I have walked in 5-10 minutes late, or early yet end up there for hours. The office receptionist immediately say's loud and clear so the whole waiting room can hear, "Oh your late, I doubt we will be able to fit you in", forgetting it is the patient who ends up sitting in an office for hours waiting to be seen. if it weren't for the loud, rudeness of office staff there are no other issues, even when I have to wait. The care, and empathy of Dr.Garrison absolutely outweigh the rudeness of his staff. I want to express that not the medical assistance are part off the office staff I am speaking of when I say rudeness, they appear embarrassed at times by the office staff behavior. It is so important to remember th first person a patient meets is typically behind the office desk, that interaction holds a great deal of weight when a patient decides to return or not. Nobody appreciates being reprimand by a receptionist, when there is a full waiting room, (or not). Sometimes the person behind that desk can make or break a business, no matter how good the proprietor is.

  • Smart. he listened to me. Didn't tell me to have a million tests. Made an appointment within the month for followup. He was right, I didn't need a million tests. He is one of the best doctors I've ever met. And I had Doctors in NYC and Boston.
You couldn't go better having a doctor like him.

  • Dr. Garrison is upbeat, innovative, continually educating himself, and open to new ideas, yet with a solid and highly intelligent medical background. I always feel that he gets to the gist of what is wrong, and straightforwardly fixes it. He spends lots of time with me, with great communication and kindness, and he imparts lots of interesting information, even when the small waiting room is crowded, as it often is. He is in demand. When a routine matter is to be attended to, it is likely to be done by his nurse-practitioner instead of him - such as a simple checkup to fill out a form, or a sore throat. I feel that if anything were ever really wrong with me, I would feel very comfortable going to Dr. Garrison, and trust that he would steer me to excellent referrals if necessary. He doesn't make a mountain out of a molehill, though he is very astute in gleaning the difference.

  • OK, Dr. Vergara diagnosed my condition and unfortunately there was nothing he could do for it.
