    Apex TV & Appliance Service
    We called Samsung and was given this companys name as an authorized repair company and then checked Angie's list to see what their rating was. We were out of warranty but since it is a plasma TV which they don't make anymore, we thought it was worth fixing. On Jan 3, 2018 they came and took our TV to their shop after paying a pick-up and redelivery charge. The 3rd week in January we called to find out the status of our repair and was told it would be done in a few days; however the TV couldn't be delivered until Jan 26th! The delivery person came by himself and asked if there was someone available to help carry the TV into the house, even though we paid for this service. My answer was no, but he was able to bring the TV in. Once it was set up and turned one, he was ready to take my payment and leave when the TV turned itself off, just like it did before they "repaired" it. The delivery person took the TV back to their shop once again. Several days later we called to find out the status but the phones were crazy and we couldn't talk to anyone. Once we finally got hold of someone we were told that all the repairmen had gone home but we would be called back the next day. No call came. We waited another week and called again. The person who answered the call couldn't tell us the status nor could she tell us if parts had been ordered. Again the tech was not available for our call. This went on for over a month and finally in the beginning of MARCH (2 months after they first picked up the TV) we started to get really persistent in trying to find out the status. We never did talk to the tech but were told the parts supplier was at fault, not APEX. They were finally going to order the part from a different supplier. A few days later we called for the status and were still not able to get answers. My husband demanded he stay on the line until he could talk to someone to see if the part had been reordered. The part had been shipped and we were told the TV would be fixed in a day or two. FINALLY after 2 1/2 months, we got our TV back. I gave them a "D" rating in all categories even though I could have given them and "F". Very poor customer service! Severe lack of response or knowledgeable employees on the desk. We never got an itemized list of parts ordered so we aren't sure if we paid for parts that were replaced that didn't need to be. Angie's List said the company gives a 10% discount to Seniors but when we asked for it, we were told that it didn't apply to TV's, only appliances. The person finally agreed to give us a 5% discount anyway; we felt somewhat disappointed. Not a good experience all around.

    Their price is too much. They sucker you in with a low price and then they raise the price. I am going to get rid of them pretty soon. The price is ridiculous; they don't have to charge that much.

    I have no complaints about them at all. My experience there was excellent. I had no problems with the doctors at all. They kept coming into the room saying they are waiting for tests. I was in the emergency room for a long time. I had no problems with the environment. They are very busy there, but you were not isolated from finding out what's wrong with you. They kept you posted. I would definitely go there again.

    He was efficient. He took extra care to make sure it was correctly installed and leveled and perpendicular. It wasn?t just standard wooden post and metal. He took extra care to make sure that that was installed properly. He had us check it to make sure that it was correct. He was conscientious and took his time in doing the work so that it was done correctly. We also had deck work done by him. We were having the deck power washed and wanted to have it painted. We needed to replace some boards. He got the materials and did it. He did it right away and I think he did a good job. He is a good worker and a hard worker. The mailbox is pretty expensive and he was careful during installation not to bang it somewhere. He had read the directions which is something that is not usually done. He was pretty reasonably priced too.
