    Couldn't be happier - and our pup couldn't be either! Kristen and her team are professional, responsive, knowledgable, trustworthy and true animal lovers. Super easy online scheduling, regular text updates with photo while you are away, a client meet and greet before to introduce your pet plus a very thorough questionnaire before you get started to ensure your pet caregiver knows everything to keep your pet safe and happy. Worth every penny!

    I was pleasantly surprised at how well they handled her. Nobody got hurt, including her, when they examined her and for the first time I didn���t feel embarrassed or overly apologetic. Since then she has had some big health problems pop up. She had a massive bladder stone which they removed without any problems. Last fall, they saved her life from ketoaciddosis which put her in hospital for nearly a week. Now she is on insulin and doing better. Her doctors are always a phone call away. We love Dr. Woodcock! He���s so patient and loving to her,even when she���s behaving terribly. Dr. Parkman and Dr. Chizmar have also taken great care of her too. The fact is that it���s a whole staff effort that creates these great outcomes. I���m forever thankful to them.

    Sometimes we were very frustrated with them; other times they seemed great. They got bought out by VCA, which is a big company and it felt like they were cross selling us every time. Every time I would go in there they would try to frighten me and tell me I really should spend all this money on such and such thing. It seems to be the trend of these small veterinarians that start out good and then being bought out by these big companies and then it all about money after that. I would avoid them. I don't know that for sure that their prices are higher for the exact same purpose but I just felt that their cross selling was really annoying. They also have a lot of turnover. We felt like there were different vets every time we went because I think, maybe, the corporate culture was not very satisfying.

    We hardly ever got out of there for about $200, usually more. My pet loved going to the vet, she loved all people. They were really good with getting us in on time and we always did make an appointment. They do have emergency hours so I think you could just go in.

    Robin Croce is phenomenal! I have been a customer since 2004 and cannot praise her and her crew enough. With my work and meeting schedule, I need dependable service to help reduce my stress level on a regular basis.

    She is available any and all seasons, holidays, treacherous weather conditions, etc. If I am working, vacationing or traveling for business purposes, I have peace of mind knowing that she is coming in/out of my house, picking up my mail, bringing the trash cans down the long driveway and taking care of my precious pet.

    I trust her (and her employees) implicitly!

    She has become a reliable friend and member of my family over the years.

    We have been using Five Paws for the past year to care for both our cat and sometimes our dog while on vacation.  Five Paws always came, but for much less than the stated and promised times this past time. Our door knobs, as well as the doors, have 2 separate sensors that determine and log when they are unlocked, locked, and opened and closed.For our last trip of 13 days, 6 of the visits were for 11 minutes or less, with 2 visits logged in at 6 minutes. This is unacceptable. In conjunction with our last experience where Five Paws was staying overnight to care for both cat and dog, we returned home early to find the pet sitter and boyfriend BOTH sleeping  over. We expressed our dissatisfaction to the owner who understood that we had to find another service, but blamed the issue on our technology, not her sitter. We are still awaiting a promised refund check for a portion of the fees.

    All of our dealings with Steph have gone very well. We have used this pet sitter for over a year and have been very happy with her service and level of professionalism. She is great with a range of different animals (cats, rodents, even a pigeon one time). I'm a wildlife biologist so I sometimes have a strange variety of animals at my house. We have always been pleased with Steph's service and it didn't bother us to pay a little more for piece of mind. She is not just a standard dog-walker type, she has a vet tech background. We found Steph when our original pet sitter seemed to be afraid of the pet rats. Also we have a cat with mobility issues and I knew I'd feel better having someone with vet experience caring for him.

    Danielle promptly responded to my voice mail and scheduled an appointment the same week. This was a happy surprise since they've been booked all month and it was the week before Thanksgiving. I explained that my dog is a rescue and nervous in new environments but the staff was very attentive to her from the moment we arrived so it wasn't an issue. One complication was something I forgot until we were almost there - our dog has been sprayed by a skunk months ago and though she'd had several baths since the smell is horrendous when her fur is wet.  I explained this to Danielle and she assured me it wasn't a problem, and she used a special shampoo that helps with the odor.  It can take a year of baths to eliminate the skunk oil completely. Our dog smelled fantastic after grooming but I know that it couldn't have been pleasant for the staff.  Bonus:  The fee was very reasonable, I could pay by credit card, the dog was wearing a beautiful scarf, and we received a toy for being a first-time customer. I plan to use Spoiled Rotten exclusively in the future. Oh, and the groomer came out to the car to thank me for the tip.  Outstanding service!

    It was fine. I like their waiting room-its designed so that the dogs don't face each other. The doctor is very professional and made me feel comfortable. They made special arrangements so I wouldn't have to leave him there because he has to be sedated. I will use them again.

    My long haired 10 year old cat's first time at a groomer.   I took her to have her 'cleaned' up after she developed areas with severe matting from lying on a heated pillow.  Sam took her out of the carrier and while talking proceeded to clip her front claws (that's the 2' aggression assessment mentioned on the website).  She passed the test and was placed in the queue.  In the end it took a little longer than advertised but I am not taking points off as my ever so shy and docile feline companion turned out to be the "cat from h***".  She bit into the neck collar so hard that Sam had to pry her loose and use another type of head restrainer.  Bathing was not her thing and Sam had to further open her bag of tricks and put on an old fur coat to protect herself from being scratched.  When I picked her up, Sam apologized for the state she was in: "not a finished product".   When I let her out of the carrier at home, she went straight for the food bowl as if nothing had happened.  All mats are gone, and her fur looks fantastic.  A finished product to me!  Will absolutely go back in the future.
