  • Dr. Hneleski  is generally on time, with the exception  of an emergency.  His office staff and assistant could not be more personable. A pleasure to go to his office. Dr. Hneleski takes time to ask if there are any questions, if so takes time to answer and speaks/ explains in layman's terms.

  • The receptionist, the Doctor and the Office Manager were very nice. The other office staff were pleasant, but unprofessional. They discussed other office personnel in a negative way in front of me. I notified the Office Manager after my appointment. She assured me she would review and correct their behavior.

  • I saw Dr. Sinclair for several months (still see him frequently) to receive treatment for a leaking blood vessel in my eye. He has always been more than willing to educate me on my eye, lets me look at his machines and computers. He has a cool program that lets him overlay pictures of my eye so I can see the changes. Once the vessel stopped leaking he gave me a choice on how to proceed bc this is a condition that is never completely healed. He gave me the information and let me make the decision, he didn't try to influence me one way or the other.
His staff is excellent and follow his model of patient education.
I would recommend him to anyone who needs a retina specialist!

  • It was a clean office and the staff was friendly. They were very helpful. I had to fill out forms since it was the first time that I had been there and they were very helpful with filling out the forms. We had switched insurance and they explained to us on what would be covered and what would not. They were a good team. The place is close to my house. I liked the way they scheduled the appointment and we really didn't have to wait. There wasn't a backlog of patients and that was good. It was a good experience.

  • She is a really great ophthalmologist. I like working with Dr Pasion and she has really good bedside manner.  To be honest she is very thorough and you just have a good sense going in there knowing that she is doing what she needs to do and she is spending enough time with you.  She is very thorough and efficient. The staff are very flexible and help you with getting your contact lenses and so on.

  • You have to wait there for hours in his office. He is a scientist. He is a friendly and warm guy. I have been going there over a year. He is totally impressive with his knowledge. His staff is very good.

  • He is an amazing guy for an ophthalmologist.  He found something that any ophthalmologist typically would find in my eyes.  He also cured it.  He also does cataracts and other surgeries.  There is no long wait there in the office and the waiting room in intact.

  • He is an excellent and patient doctor. He will explain everything that is going to happen beforehand if I am going to have surgery. He will talk with me and tell me what my problems are in a language that I can understand and not in medical terms. He is very punctual and one time I was running late and he told me not to worry and to just come on in. He is a people?s person, but it is hard to get an appointment with him because he is so good. I called the practice and asked them which doctor had the most patience and they gave me two of them. I also asked who had the longest wait time and I think I had to wait about two months to get an appointment with him. I had a problem and I went in to see another doctor and he told me not to do that but to call him on the telephone. I would definitely say that he was still available even though he was off duty.

  • There are not a whole lot of retina doctors around, as I have found out. He was recommended to me by my own doctor. And I have been going to home for about 5 years now and my eyes are holding up pretty well.

  • It went well.  I would grade there office a B.
