Horrible customer service. Don't answer phones at lunch time. Waited 9:30 on Friday to speak with a person, they promised to call be back at 7:30 a.m. this morning. When they hadn't called back, I called and waited 9:50 to speak with a person. Ended up tell them I'd be taking my business elsewhere.

Dr. Massimini was excellent. She took the time to listen to my description of my symptoms, asked a few follow-up questions, and informed me that I had a simple corn. But because it was in an awkward location, it did not present itself as a typical corn. She also found a small plantar wart on her inspection of my foot. She treated me immediately and gave me simple care instructions, which I followed to the letter. I went back one week later for a check-up and was done. I would gladly recommend her services for anyone needing a podiatrist. The only downside to the whole experience is the small waiting room. There's only three chairs. So if you come at a busy time or at a time when several patients have care-givers waiting for them, you are going to stand.

I had a terrible experience with this practice when I was nearing the end of my pregnancy and one of the doctors decided he was not going to be supportive of our desire to attempt a natural birth. It is important to note that my pregnancy had been completely without incident and everything normal up until this point. He was using scare tactics to try to get us to schedule an induction and was basically mocking our relaxation technique that we had been practicing for months. The situation became so bad, that we ended up switching care providers at 37 weeks! Warning- if you want a natural delivery make sure you speak to EVERY doctor at this practice- some are more supportive than others and make sure they are informed about whatever birthing technique you intend to utilize. Because of this incident, the last four weeks of my pregnancy became an extremely stressful situation as I had to find a new Doctor that would take me this late in the pregnancy.

It went really well.   They are very in touch with the newest technology available.  This is important for me, as i do presentations for work.  They take a lot of time with you with the testing and when the hearing aids come in.  To me, this is the most important, and they  work to make it the most comfortable and greatly customized sound were extraordinary.
They setup different settings for me and really wanted my feedback after I used them for awhile.  They are very accommodating and willing to work with your schedule.  They are kind and really want to help.

All of the Doctors at Riddle OB/GYN Associates are well-practiced in their field. You feel safe knowing that they really do know their stuff and they have your best interests at heart. They are very caring and very good. I've had two deliveries with that practice in the last two years and everything was excellent.

I have been seeing Dr. Lewis for about 8 years now. He is an independent doctor, that is, he does not receive a salary from any hospital or medical conglomerate. This means that he is free to recommend any specialist regardless of their affiliation. More importantly, Dr. Lewis spends as much time with you to understand everything going on with you, healthwise. Dr. Lewis keeps up-to-date with latest procedures and what specialist has the best results.
I highly recommend Dr. Lewis and Lisa Broody, Nurse Practicioner

I had already downloaded the required forms from Dr. Williams' website before I went to my appointment. So my interaction with the staff went quickly and smoothly. I waited in the waiting room for only a few minutes before I was called back. The nurse took all of my information and medical history and entered it in her computer, asking me questions for clarification. After she took my blood pressure and pulse and recorded it, she left. I was alone again only a few minutes before Dr. Williams entered. He consulted the computer records, asked me what the trouble was, and visually inspected my foot. He identified my problem as a thick callous that was causing my foot bones to spread as I walked and informed me that he wanted to scrape it down. He also visually identified a mysterious growth on my foot as a plantar wart and suggested a treatment for me. After he finished scraping the callous off, I felt no more pain, but I could see just how deeply the callous had intruded into my foot. We talked about ways to prevent further problems and maintain good foot health, and I felt that all my questions were answered. I also felt that I could competently follow his advice because he was quite clear in his instructions. I set up my next appointment for a simple check-up and his staff submitted my bill to my insurance. Because I had not yet met my deductible for the year, the cost of the visit was less than $100. A week later, when I returned for my follow-up, I was still pain-free, and my plantar wart had disappeared. He suggested that I continue my therapy on the wart for another week for good measure and he visually inspected my orthotics. He supplied me with a heel lift for my left foot to help me with the shoes that the orthotics did not fit well. Overall, I would say that I would gladly return to Dr. Williams for any foot problems I experience. One of the reasons I waited so long before consulting a podiatrist was that I had visited another podiatrist in town a year before the initial incident and did not feel that provider would competently treat my issues. I never had that sense about Dr. Williams. He was a true professional.

My experience with him was very good and I like him a lot.  He helps to stretch the bottom of the esophagus so that the fluid can go through by getting an air construction there.  He is extremely good but is hard to sometimes understand him since he is somewhere from South America.  My husband usually talks to him over the phone and he knows what to do.  I have no problems with his billing and administration department.  I would use him again in the future.

The facility was dirty and there were medical records all over the floor.  The doctor talked down to me and I didn't go back.  From my experience, and I was a new patient, it took me 4 or 5 weeks to get in there.  For a new patient, I would say the availability is low.  I think that's pretty common to have difficulty getting in to see a specialist.  I didn't have any problems with the billing and administration and they were fine as far as I know.  I never saw a bill because my insurance takes care of it, other than the copay.

2/20/12        The Dr. was very personable and professional.  He seemed to have excellent skills.  He treated the affected areas and relieved the pain.   He also advised me on other problem areas.
