We hired dRemodeling to both design and carry out a full remodel of our kitchen--we fully gutted the room and made significant changes to its footprint. We found the people at dRemodeling to be honest and fair, and their finished product to be top notch. dRemodeling was respectful of the budget we set for our project, and never attempted to up-sell us. To the contrary, they worked with us to achieve the look were going for within our budget. We would absolutely work with them again. At the start of the process, we met with Devin, dRemodeling's designer. Devin developed a layout that vastly improved the flow of and work space in our kitchen. She was also extremely helpful in identifying materials and finishes that captured the look we were going for. The crew that performed the work was very professional, and listened to questions and concerns we had throughout the process. Our only criticism is what we perceived to be slow progress at points during the project. However, Dan (who I believe is the owner) was always quick to take calls about our concerns, and the final product was worth the wait. I still recommend dRemodeling, but if you engage them, I encourage you to set clear expectations about the timeline for your project. In sum, dRemodeling does great work, at a fair price, and is staffed by honest and friendly people. I recommend using them.

This was our second renovation with Andre and we're so happy with the results. Andre is a skilled craftsmen; from demo to completion he works cleanly and efficiently and with attention to every detail. Remodeling an older home like ours isn't always an easy business, but Andre has a great talent for troubleshooting and problem solving any tricky issue that comes up and the results are always beautiful!

Excellent. We chose to completely gut the kitchen and redesign. Steve was immensely valuable in this. Steve's advice and knowledge really helped steer us on the right course and not make mistakes and saved us money. We worked with top notch kitchen designers for cabinets and counter-tops at his recommendation. He only works with reputable people. He knows his stuff and so do the people he works with. We put in a new floor, a new ceiling, new counter-tops with custom back-splash (which required extra attention) and of course new cabinets. The one counter-top design required custom carpentry from Steve which he did perfectly. The job started on time, cabinets came on time with no hassle, and the job finished on time. His crew is thorough, careful to details, clean and meticulous. Very professional. I highly recommend him. We are now planning our bathroom renovation!

On a scale of 1-10, I would rate the dRemodeling team that executed the renovations to our home an 11! Led by Tudor, our foreman, the team was professional, respectful and skilled. It is always hard having someone you dont know virtually moving in with you for 3 months, but I believe I speak for the entire family (except, perhaps for the cat who had to be restricted to a bedroom during the day) when I say that we truly missed having them around after he job was completed. Our job was pretty extensive, involving the entire first floor of our home and the end-result far exceeded my expectations. As one of our friends commented, this looks like something you would see on HGTV! Though I had a pretty good idea of the design I wanted to implement, Devin, our dRemodeling designer, was insightful and resourceful at taking that plan to the next level. She was also immensely patient! While the scope of the project expanded during the course of construction, along with concomitant cost, the cost increases were fair and equitable. My husband and I have already recommended dRemodeling to friends who are considering renovation work and will gladly continue to do so.

It was a pleasure working with John. He was extremely responsive to any questions we had and quickly addressed any issues/concerns that came up during and after the project. He offered helpful suggestions. We found John and his team (tile guy, plumber, electrician) to be professional and trustworthy. They all took steps to ensure our home and day to day life was minimally impacted by the project. John and his team performed quality work at what I thought to be a fair price. We are happy with how our bathroom turned out, and would strongly recommend Santilli Construction to anyone.

This is our 2nd time we used dRemodeling. I really loved that their designers are in house and part of the package. As both my husband are pretty busy with our jobs, it was great to be able to talk design with the interior designers remotely, give them ideas of what we want, and have them put everything together and also order everything for us. Made this process so easy for us! Dan and his crew really do a wonderful job renovating the bathroom. The crew is very knowledgeable, courteous, and do excellent work. We love our new bathroom.

Steve performed really nice work in replacing our shower tile floor. Knowledgeable and helpful in in providing direction, professional, and high-quality work. Completed the work when he said he would, and price was reasonable.

I requested epoxy grout for the job & asked if they were familiar with the material. They said they were. In the end, they failed to properly clean off the epoxy residue left behind after application of the grout. That happens to be a huge problem since epoxy residue is extremely difficult to remove. That difficulty increases with time. They said they would return & use a special product which would remove the epoxy from the tile & not affect the grout. A workman did return with a bottle of water & a scraper and went to work scraping off the gritty residue. I asked him what happened to the special product I was informed of? The workman said he did not want to use any harsh chemicals even though the product was designed specifically for the intended use! As a consequence, I asked the workman to leave. I wanted to talk with his boss before proceeding any further. I was also afraid that the scraping could potentially affect the tile in a negative way. I did then contact the boss & told him they could return only if they could assure me that there would be no damage to the tiles. I never heard back from them. TILE SURGEONS was rarely on time & broke the initial install date.

It started July of last year, the trim board and didn't nail it to anything, they put nails in but they didn't hit any wood to hold it. The shower, didn't do what they said they were going to do, they just put up a piece of plastic. They went to put the door up, after several appointments and its installed crooked and you have air coming from the outside, a few months later and several appointments later they got the storm door up and its crooked and still hits the soffit so the door wasn't installed properly. They didn't fix the soffit and didn't put the finish board. This is after several appointments. I have tried reaching them several times and they still haven't fixed the issues nor have they given me back the money when I requested. They were wanting to do the windows, and I wasn't wanting them to do since it was winter and I didn't want to have any missing windows since it could take them a couple months before they would install them.

Overall we are very happy with the final product. The kitchen looks and performs phenomenal as does our new mudroom. The whole family loves being in the kitchen now and everyone feels inspired to cook (not necessarily clean though) new dishes on our amazing Dacor oven that they recommended. We opened up the mudroom and now all of the kids stuff goes there when coming home from school rather than sitting on the kitchen counters or other random areas of the house. Stephanie did a great job taking our many design ideas and turning them into a very detailed plan that maximizes form and function. Dan's crew implemented the design and paid attention to the smallest of details (the project manager Tudor (sp?) was very detailed oriented and treated this project like it was for his own house). Like in any major reno project there are times when things don't go perfectly but Dan and his team made sure we were very happy with the end result which is all that matters when choosing a company for such an expensive and important project. As a side note we originally contacted DRemodeling to quote our master bathroom and basement project and went with other companies because of cost but in the end would have been much happier had we chosen DRemodeling. If you are considering a big kitchen (or bathroom/basement) you should definetly contact DRemodeling.
