ABella Brothers Construction IncDO NOT HESITATE TO HIRE BELLA BROTHERS!! Bella Brothers is top notch when it comes to home remodeling. I hired them to complete a full home remodel on my house which included new plumbing, electrical, floors, installing all new ceilings, roof, windows, painting, HVAC, dry walling the house which was down the to the studs, kitchen install, you name it, it was on the contract for Bella Brothers to complete. From my first meeting with Tom (he walked through the house with me to see what I was looking to have completed) he was amazing. He listened to what I was looking for and offered excellent options and ideas to keep me within my budget while still ending up with the vision I had of the completed project. He is a true professional who did exactly what he promised his team would do (leave my house gorgeous!!). Tom was always available when needed and was VERY fair with pricing. Shortly before the starting date I met with the project manager assigned to my renovation, Mike. He was also amazing! He took care of everything and always kept me up to date with what was happening, the next steps, and making sure things were getting done, he never missed a beat. He was also always there for my questions and took the time to help me understand things that I just didn’t know about (this was my first remodel). The team that remodeled my house was continuously at the house working, I never had to wonder if someone was coming. Once the work began it was always a priority. I myself did not live in the house since it was full remodel so going back to the house daily was exciting to see how much progress was done daily. I am not sure what I would have done without Bella Brothers. The home remodel process can be stressful but I was always in good hands so it made the process very easy. To sum it up… Bella Brothers is a team of professionals who care about the work they complete and left my house better than I had ever imagined! ABasic Basement CoAfter receiving multiple quotes, we chose the Basic Basement Co. to finish our basement including adding a 1/2 bath. Right from the start, they were very professional. The overall process was extremely efficient and well-coordinated. Gail, our project coordinator, was superb. She kept us informed of next steps and was very responsive to any questions we had. AatticrawlI used Atticrawl for one of my historically old buildings, thought raccoons where entering to the attic. the smell of death was horrendous!!!! Luckily into the incredibly thorough cleanout and removal down to the insulation they found it to be squirrels . they sealed all access points and shared photos. Fantastic customer service communications with Ryan Abraham before during and after the job! He even shared photos of the chimney seal so my husband didn't have to go on the roof !!!! AMr. Contractor IncWe were connected with Steve @ Mr Contractor through our realtor to fix a buckling stucco wall, replace two lintels in the front, and install star bolts. When they opened up the exterior wall, it became clear that the scope of the project wasn't merely cosmetic, they would need to reframe the side of the house. Steve very patiently walked us through our options, explained the extent of what needed to be done and why, and made helpful suggestions as to how to proceed. The work itself was extensive and took about a month but the side and back of the house look incredible. We're very happy with their professionalism and the quality of the work. ALast Detail Custom CarpentryLast Detail supplied a comprehensive list of all phases of the project and outlined what was to be done by each trade. All construction workers were experienced, skillfully carried out their jobs. Even the subcontractors had worked with Last Detail for years. AMr. Contractor IncWe hired Mr. Contractor to remodel our basement and are very pleased with our choice. It is clear that good communication is a priority for them – they always respond to questions promptly and never disappear for long periods, as was often the case with other contractors with whom we have worked in the past. Mr. Contractor employs a whole team of skilled specialist who obviously truly take pride in their work. At the project’s conception, they demonstrated great innovation and creativity in finding solutions to various particularities posed by an almost 150 year-old basement. A general openness and flexibility allowed for crucial adjustment to be made as the project developed. A particular plus is Mr. Contractor’s know-how in doing construction work in a city like Philadelphia. Oftentimes in the past, people we have worked with have complained to us about parking and other complexities that come with doing work in an old city such as Philadelphia, with its crowded, narrow streets. That was refreshingly not the case with Mr. Contractor. DNeeded insulation blown into the ceiling of my attached garage. John was easy to work with leading up to the job and very personable. He did a good job while here but there was a lot of pieces of insulation throughout the garage within all of our personal belongings after he left so we had to empty the garage and clean it. We asked if we should have emptied it but he said he would cover everything and it'd be fine, I assume the machine backfired at some point. We also had John add proper ventilation for our bathroom fan to vent out of the attic but after he completed that and left there is now a weird sound coming from the fan whenever it is turned on, I tried to reach out to have him come back and fix the issue but he has not done so yet and it's been about 3 weeks.

AIt was fantastic. Wonderful. They were great. They cleaned up. They are one of the few people who has a 50 year warranty. They kept that warranty. The warranty was transferred to the next person who will be living in the house. The warranty is transferable for only one time.

AWe were so overwhelmed after experiencing an electrical fire and water damage to our home. Someone suggested to us to hire a public adjuster. It was the best advice we received. We searched around and decided after reviews to hire Funari Public Adjuster. They took charge of our claim and used their experiences and expertise to get our home livable again. Then the impossible happened, the pandemic, need I say more. Chris Funari went the extra mile, during the pandemic, as well as Joe Funari, Lauren and many others behind the scene. Even through all this, the Funari’s made sure that all communications to us, our insurance company, home inspectors were arranged. What a relief! AI've lived in high rise condominiums for 14 years in two different buildings. I have needed general contractors multiple times over those 14 years, but I just met and hired Jerry Aversa in July of 2018 when I bought a condo in a building in Philadelphia that was built in 1940. Jerry is the best contractor I've ever hired. His fees are very reasonable. Jerry is professional, knowledgeable, honest and trustworthy. He and his staff have excellent craftsmanship. He hires good crew who share his work ethic. He is gifted at creative solutions to unexpected problems, and he has a very calm temperament and demeanor. He was respectful of the fact that he was working in my living space. Incidentally, i broke my elbow during the most significant part of the rehab job. This is really when I learned of his kindness and compassion, as he was very accomodating, and his even-tempered demeanor was very helpful to me, as i easily became frustrated with vendors and suppliers, but he maintained a balanced attitude throughout the project. I could not be happier with the work he did for me. I will hire him for any further jobs that I need done in the future, and I would recommend him highly to anyone that asked me for a recommendation for a contractor.

Andrew (Jeff and Joe) came to our rescue to help address a myriad of problems with our rehabbed home. Andrew was very easy to work with from the start. He was extremely responsive and provided a detailed estimate itemizing/outlining all of our projects and associated costs. He also listened attentively to our concerns, always took the time to answer our questions, and walked us through the work he was doing - addressing any issues as they arose and providing alternative solutions. Andrew, Jeff, and Joe were also just really nice guys to work with. They were all very professional, trustworthy, friendly, and take a tremendous amount of pride in the work they do. AMunz is a great company to work with. We had them do some work for us a few years ago on our bay window and were really pleased with the quality of work. When we needed some repair work done on our dormer we immediately called them. Tim did the work on the dormer and again we were very pleased with the quality of work.
