Chris and Eileen were very welcoming and friendly. Chris took the time to search for a used door that would match my car's body color to minimize cost. The job was done very well, it looks like new! They also cleaned the inside and outside of the car, which was a very thoughtful touch and made the car look even spiffier after the repair.

The entire process was great! I got my estimate as a walk-in customer, and they negotiated directly with my insurance company, saving me a ton of time and frustration. The work was done beautifully within a week.

SYNOPSIS: shoddy, rushed, incompetent work that had to be fixed 2X.  No attention to detail.
The vehicle was brought in for work two times.
    First Time (38 Days):
During this time I was in regular email contact.  I expressed that I did not mind waiting a longer time for quality work.  I was in a rental which was covered by the insurance company, and I had an almost new car, which I wanted returned to its previous glory.
When I picked the car up everything looked good initially.  Then I hand washed it and started to notice the defects.
1.) There was a huge scratch across the front bumper.  It definitely was picked up in the shop during the vehicles extended stay in the shop. This was extremely infuriating as it was not even in the same location as the rest of the damage.
2.) There was a 1/2" gap between the driver side quarter panel and the trunk lid.  I later found out that instead of replacing the trunk lid, the tried to repair it in place. This caused many seam alignment issues.
3.) The trunk lid was pushed to the right causing the gaps of the right to be MUCH smaller than the gaps on the left.  The impact was to the driver side rear, pushing everything to the right.  Since the trunk lid also holds the tail light, this too was horribly misaligned.   It was about 1/2" too high and 1/4" too far to the right.
    Second Time:
1.) The trunk  needed to be align correctly, and all the seams at the correct tolerances
2.) Fish eyes in the paint needed to be fixed
3.) Trunk pistons damaged from the initial accident that should have been replaced, were not and failed.
4.) The bumper and quarter panel never matched up.  The manager, Jim actually said I don't know what to say. I have tried everything i can think of.  Really? You are body shop and you cant fix the bumper and quarter panel that you put on the car? He also said he would like to "leave it in the sun"  to see if heating it up would help. W**? Its body work, not Voodoo.
The fixed the fish eyes and pistons on the trunk, finally re aligning it correctly.  Although the bumper did improve, it was never right.
7/1/2014:  I got hit in the same area again and another shop had to replace the quarter panel.  When they started to take it apart they mentioned even more issues that I did not notice.
1.) The spot welds in the driver side door jam that attach the quarter panel were never filled with bondo.  They were just painted over leaving 1" wide depressions that were then painted over.
2.) An faulty weld was identified hidden under the rubber trim on the driver side triangle window.  I guess Grand Sport figured out of sight, out of mind.

I took the car to another body shop and discovered that Grand Sport Auto did not fix all of the damage from accident.
The neglected to fix something called a quarter panel extension, which directly resulted in the bumper alignment issue.

On top of that, every weld on the replaced quarter panel and chassis was not primed or bondo-ed, so they were all rusting through.

    Amateur hour, through and through.

I met Troy (the owner) for an estimate.  He explained in detail the work that was to be performed.  He even recommended wetsanding and buffing the scratches on the front bumper as opposed to completely repainting the bumper, which would obviously cost more.  When I called Troy to schedule the work, I was able to bring my car in the next day.  The repairs were professionally done and turned out great.

Their service was not up to par considering the amount of money they charge. One of the front desk lady was not very friendly or helpful. However, the actual men who were on the case were good and professional.  When I went to pick up the car on the promised date, I was surprised to see that the color they applied was of a different shade and thus I had to leave the car there for another couple of days. They did rectify the problem but I was disappointed. A body shop of that caliber  can't afford to make such a mistake and the fact even the supervisor didn't notice it  make me question the sincerity towards customer's needs.

I scraped the front bumper of car on cement piling and it left a gash on the bumper where the paint was removed. When I took it to Penn Dell auto for repair they also noticed that the side panel had a small gap from impact. I was presented with two options for fixing the damage so I could decide what I could afford and the pros and cons of each option which I very much appreciated. The work was done on time and the bumper looks great. The owner, Mike B., his Assistant, Florence and the technicians who did the work on the car are all very knowledgeable and helpful.

THEY DID A NICE JOB  CLEANING UP MY CAR.  They scheduled me when it was convenient.  They took me in on time.  I didn't waste a lot of time dropping my car off as you do at some places.  They picked me up at work and dropped me off  in Media to pick up my vehicle.  The people there were friendly and competent!

I thought their price was reasonable, they're generally okay. I always go there because they are the dealer where I got the car and they have generally been good. When I want something done on my car, I don't go to anybody else, I go only to them.

Chris and Lisa were a pleasure to work with.  They're extremely customer-focused and put the quality of their work above any concerns for catering to the insurance companies.  My SUV was involved in a front and rear end collision.  The front end work was not too bad, but the rear end was another story.  The rear bumper and the entire rear lift gate had to be completely replaced.  My car has all the electronic upgrades, cameras and sensors, so I was very concerned about the quality of the repair and reassembly.  I couldn't be more pleased with how the work came out.  It looks like it did the day it rolled off the dealer's lot.  Everything was put together seamlessly and is functioning perfectly.  I am very appreciative of the attention to detail and true quality of work they put into the repair.

The job went very well!  They performed a quality job for a very reasonable price.  Rick drove over an hour to come pick me up because I didn't have a ride to his shop to pick up my car when it was finished.
