ASWEET SUCCESS CONTRACTORSMy house is a large 110+ year old brick foursquare with a lot of wood trim. It was peeling badly and some of the wood trim was bad. Chris responded promptly to my inquiry. He was very helpful in helping me choose colors for the trim. This was an involved big 6 week job. His crew was prompt, polite and hardworking. They scraped, sanded, primed and painted the trim. They replaced bad wood when needed, even re-creating dentil molding when necessary. There was lots of debris from sanding and scraping, and they kept it contained. They pressure washed the aluminum sided enclosed back porch and repainted it. They removed ugly outdoor carpet from my front porch, pressure washed the cement and did masonry repairs and parging. They scraped the painted beadboard porch ceiling to reveal the detail before repainting it. Chris has dealt with old homes a lot, and I wanted someone who would appreciate my old house as much as I do. He did a great job and I would not hesitate to hire him again.- Vanessa R.

Joe & his team came to our house last month to repair old crumbling foundation blocks. The team was fantastic! The old broken blocks in our foundation were repaired quickly and efficiently. Thank you! The team power washed the side patio above our garage per Gary, the owner's, suggestion. We're grateful Gary suggested removing the old rubber coating on the cement. We ended up finding numerous hairline cracks that were causing water to leak into the basement. After finding the source of the problem, Gabe and Dan returned two weeks later to seal the cracks and paint the patio above the garage with a fresh coat of paint. ALee's crew completed the job as expected, and we are very pleased. They showed up early and stayed all day for almost 5 days. Every day they cleaned up, and kept everything as orderly as possible. We had a challenging scaffold setup on one, and his crew erected a large scaffold setup to go over a fence and not hurt a blueberry bush. Lee kept me up to date as he applied for a COVID variance, but then had to wait for PA to go Yellow before he could return to work.
