Keystone Basement Systems & Structural Repair Inc
I met with the company representive very professional. He was not pushy, didn`t try to up sale me. The company sent out a crew that was top notch. The crew leader name was Wesley. He and his two guy were punctual, neat, carried out everything the way I was explained it would be done by Aaron. Wesley and his guys got right to work got on the job and got it done. Wesley was able to explain the procedure and answer any question I had I a professional way. They were a trust worthy crew that I didn't have to worry about in my home. I would use keystone again if needed in the future. I would ask for Wesley and his crew if keystone is needed in the future, they were top notch. im very satisfied with their work.

    John Haughey and Sons Plumbing
I am a repeat customer, having used them before to handle a gas leak in my laundry area. I had a stack pipe leak. They assessed the problem, explained what needed to be done. Performed the work in a timely, professional manner providing great care to the bathroom and to the surrounding work area, using drop cloths as needed. This work required cutting an opening in an adjoining bedroom wall to reach pipes needing replaced. An access panel was constructed and installed and the finishing work was excellent. There was also some other minor plumbing that was done. The men were courteous and kept me informed about the work. This a fine, family run business and a pleasure to work with. I definitely recommend them and would hire them again.

Job was done in a professional manner and was completed in one day. Shawn was very polite and courteous and when he finished the job, he explained everything he did. The guys cleaned up the area very well, with little for me to do.I would recommend Aqua Guard to anyone that has water problems.

    Foundation Station Inc
I was very pleased with the work provided by Jason Sim's crew at Foundation Station. Matt, Justin and the others were friendly, prompt and very competent. The fee was reasonable considering the amount of work that had to be done. I highly recommend Foundation Station.

    Professional Plumbing and Heating Co
They installed a faucet for my utility sink. When he came I informed him that there was insulation and asked him I needed to remove it. He burned the insulation, vapor barrier and other items. When I called them he stated that he would take care of it. He stated that he would come today about 1230pm and I have been sitting here waiting. I am frustrated because I feel the owner should come out and take care of this. I cannot believe they burned all of this material they could have burned my house down. This is the second day that they were supposed to come out and they did not show up.

Sullivan Super Service Plumbing Heating & Cooling
Tried to upsell me on a service plan. Gave me astronomical estimates. The Angies List coupon gave me a $100 credit toward repairs, but they conveniently charged more than the credit for the simplest of repairs. I felt like I was dealing with a used car salesman. However, the faucet leak was repaired, I think..

Keystone Basement Systems & Structural Repair Inc
I had Keystone come out to give a quote in late Dec. Two gentlemen were sent out to assess the situation and draw up a bid. They had full access to my basement, and all the walls they needed to go through and pipes they would have to maneuver around. The guys were very nice, informative, and knowledgeable so that left me with a good feeling. Now, getting a comparable quote was difficult because of the extra tech that Keystone wanted to provide. I determined that having a sup pump with an app was not very critical to myself and the situation that we had. We reached an agreement on price, equipment, and a date after about a week or so. They came on time, set up a work area, and protected my belongs from the dust and debris that could occur from the work they were about to doawesome! Now is where I am unhappy with the work provided. I come down to my basement to speak with the team and they told me that I wasnt required to be there while they worked and that was a relief due to the tremendous noise of the jackhammer (thats not the problem, I cant blame them for a loud jackhammer!) they needed to use, so I left with my daughter while they worked. About an hour after I left I get a call saying there was a problem with how close my main stack and drain sat next to the wall and they would need to cut the pipes and move them to install the drain properly. This is AFTER the two employees came to my home, took measurements, took in consideration what needed to be done to complete the work.those pipes never came up. So, either the two guys that come out to give me a quote didnt know what the work would entail OR I was being held hostage, so to speak, with a giant hole in my basement floor spanning the length of my house. The worker said that Id have to call a plumber to do the work and it would cost around $1500 or he would gladly do it for me since he was there and just happened to have the necessary equipment and replacement pipes and he would do it for half of what the other guys would charge me. I felt at that point I had no choice but to allow him to complete the work now rather than wait for a plumber to come out, leave the trench in my basement for a period of time, and reschedule for the work to be completed at a later date. One of the reasons I chose Keystone was because they claimed that they follow the Army Corp of Engineers standards and proceduresIm no expert but when I looked at the drain pipe they were installing, it did not follow a downward slope to the pump, it looked like a rollercoaster, going up down and side to side. At this point I was just ready to be done and not bring anything up in fear that I would be told I would need to pay extra to have the drain follow a downward slope. The guys worked hard, and later that day, and when it was all said and done I took at tour of the work and it looked fine to me until we get outside to go over the drain pipe coming from the pump to the exterior of my property. When I was with the two original guys drawing up a quote I was told that the drain would run underground and go past the front edge of my homes foundation. Well, when the work was complete that drain pipe came right out of the side of my house about 4 ft and would shoot water right at my neighbors house. It was about 8 at night so I wanted to let these guys get home to their families so I just left it be. I received a call a week later asking if I was pleased with the work completed, I brought up the additional costs that I had to pay (and was told initially there would be NOTHING additional), the drain pipes location not being what we discussed, and the fact that I was told there would be a mold remediation spray applied to my basement walls that wasnt taken care of the day of the work. They sent someone out to spray the walls in my basement and to assess the drain pipe outside, as far as the additional money I had to fork over to their worker (who requested the check be made out to him, personally, and not Keystone) they said that it was an agreement between me and that worker which essentially was like saying tough luck bud, we got you. The person who came out to go over what they had missed with the drainpipe said they would come out, no problem, to dig a trench and do it the way we had agreed in the first place. Well, he left that day in January and I havent heard from them since. I understand that they couldnt dig in January with the ground being frozen and all, hence why Ive waited until April 22 to write this review. I have not heard from them since that day and it shouldnt be on me, the customer, to pester them to do the job right. They should be ready and willing to do what they said they would do in the first place. It took everything I had to give them Cs and Bs and not Fs out of frustration. Ive come to terms that I will have to fix the drain myself, they are probably glad to get rid of me and my expectations of them.

First I was told that it would cost $1400.00, when I went to their office to place a deposit they puled a switch and bate, and claimed It would cost $2400.00 that I needed to place a $1000.00 deposit. This was a emergency so I placed the deposit. Didn't get a contract trusted their repatriation! They arrived early in the morning and I asked them not to break up my sidewalk! I was told no problem the can go under it. First thing they did was jackhammer the sidewalk I went out and said It needed replaced now. The contractors said no problem. They replaced the waterline and left the sidewalk broken up now all the dirt and stones are falling under the road! I called to complaint and was assured they would have the problem fixed but their sub contractor was busy and they would have the problem fixed. Nothing was completed as promised. I never signed a Proposal filed a charge back and contacted an attorney. My attorney asked for a copy of signed contract and they couldn't provide a signed contract. I feel this is fraudulent and this company Pozzuto & Sons Inc at 635 Walnut St McKeesport Pa 15132 needs to complete the job! The credit card company said to take it to court to try to settle this matter. .

    B & J Plumbing and Home Remodeling
We've had Bruce out to our home for various plumbing issues and he always does a fabulous job. He works well through unexpected problems; is very knowledgeable, personable, & completes projects quickly. For those who have complaints about the professionalism of B & J's communication: Bruce runs a small business without an answering service. If you call-- you'll talk to him directly. We like that. We also don't mind at all having to wait on a return call or give him one back. When you get quality service like this & are supporting a local small business, that's not a big issue.
