I’ve worked with them for almost 3-years regarding chimney and brick pointing. And they always give 110% performance! A few weeks ago, I noticed water was beginning to leak around the ceiling area of our chimney. The heavy rains were very unusual for the winter months. Nonetheless, I was concerned the problem would get worse if I waited until spring—so I called Dorin. He responded within 20-minutes! And two-days later he had workers on my roof making repairs. Today, my chimney and ceiling areas are “dry as a bone” (Smile). Thanks Dorin!- Larry P.

AAquaGuard Systems IncExcellent job. They did a much bigger job in similiar situation (involving 2 big walls) at our home about 8 years ago. They first had to clear out the building of accumulated items; we worked with them. They completed the job in a few weeks in spite of working in temp's close to 0 some of the days. Foreman Keith is very responsive and helpful. The job has held up perfectly. Very happy with both these jobs. Highly recommend.- Helen H.

A3 Rivers Brick Pointing & CleaningTheir team was very professional and fast. We needed all our our lentels replaced and much of our chimney re-pointed and they had everything done in 3 days. There were no complications or mistakes made and we are very please with the work we had done. My husband and I would hire them again for any future needs, but are satisfied that thankfully we probably will not need to hire them in the near future because of the sound and stable work they completed on our home.- Caelin R.

AA+ PLUS CONCRETE & FOUNDATION REPAIRGary came to the house to inspect the porch and cellar well. He took the time to answer questions and explain his plan to make the necessary repairs. He provided an estimate the same day. Joe (supervisor) and his work crew were easy to work with. Joe kept me updated and answered questions as the work progressed. When they close to finishing the work, Joe walked me through all the repairs made and sealed some additional areas at my request. ASWEET SUCCESS CONTRACTORSMy house is a large 110+ year old brick foursquare with a lot of wood trim. It was peeling badly and some of the wood trim was bad. Chris responded promptly to my inquiry. He was very helpful in helping me choose colors for the trim. This was an involved big 6 week job. His crew was prompt, polite and hardworking. They scraped, sanded, primed and painted the trim. They replaced bad wood when needed, even re-creating dentil molding when necessary. There was lots of debris from sanding and scraping, and they kept it contained. They pressure washed the aluminum sided enclosed back porch and repainted it. They removed ugly outdoor carpet from my front porch, pressure washed the cement and did masonry repairs and parging. They scraped the painted beadboard porch ceiling to reveal the detail before repainting it. Chris has dealt with old homes a lot, and I wanted someone who would appreciate my old house as much as I do. He did a great job and I would not hesitate to hire him again.- Vanessa R.

The in-person, email, text, and phone calls needed to estimate and set up the work were timely and responsive. Dorin, Jimmy, Gerad, and Lamar did excellent work cleaning and pointing my bricks. They were punctual, orderly, and respectful. I was impressed that they left the work areas so clean considering they were removing old debris and prepping/applying mortar.
