ATri County KitchensThe kitchen in my 110+ year old house was small and difficult, with multiple doors and windows below countertop height. I went with Tri County Kitchens as they specialize in difficult kitchens. Todd (the owner) worked with me as I didn't want to change wide woodwork or expand the space. He came up with a very usable design. His installation crew was prompt, polite and very meticulous. There was a brief delay in finishing due to the pandemic, but that could not be helped. AChris Jackson's ContractingOver a year ago, I wanted to install a washer and dryer upstairs in my bathroom. The job required a 220 and 110 electrical line and new plumping. I had 3 contractors come to my house to ***** the job. For various reasons, each contractor said the job couldn't be done and recommended the washer and dryer be placed in the basement. I didn't give up. I searched and searched the internet until Angie's List recommended several names. I went with Handyman Chris Jackson. I sat down with Chris and explained my frustration and intentions. He listened, explained what he could do and gave me a very good price. In addition to major work in the bathroom, he also completed 13 other jobs around the house. The entire job was completed in a week. Everything that I imagined turned out absolutely outstanding. I am truly impressed with Chris' professionalism, knowledge, work ethic, and ability to envision what I wanted without trying to dissuade me. His crew was very polite and skillful. I am fortunate and grateful in acquiring Chris. I'm planning on hiring him in the spring and would recommend him to anyone. This old house will never be the same thanks to Chris Jackson!- Dolores P.

THE PROJECT COST A BIT MORE THAT WAS BUDGETED FOR, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MINOR CHANGES THAT I ASKED FOR. AAll Star Custom KitchensIt's difficult to describe how pleased we are with our fully remodeled kitchen and the work of Tom and his crew. From our initial contact with All Star Custom Kitchens through the fine screw in the final switch plate, Tom was a joy to work with. We had sketched out some rough ideas of what we wanted to have done, and Tom was able to take these ideas and, after several consultations, turn them into a beautiful and much more functional kitchen that has transformed our home. For any service that Tom couldn't directly provide, he put us in touch with experts who were professional and excellent at their craft. I've heard from so many who complain about contractors and the many delays they face when completing a remodel--Tom set a timeline in the era of coronavirus at five weeks, which we thought was optimistic, but he and his crew were done five days short of that. Each member of his crew was courteous, helpful, kind, and patiently answered every question. I can't recommend All Star Custom Kitchens highly enough. AEvery one was Professional and very punctual. Had no trouble staying late if a job needed to be finished. Very easy to work with and get along with working along side them as I remodeled other parts of the house. Kept everything tidy each day and respectful of the things that were already there. Very I’m impressed with quality and keeping on schedule and making sure everything was don’t to standards and not leaving till every one as satisfied. Very good pricing and value. AWe first Hired NSKD to do design work for a major remodel of our kitchen. We were really looking for ideas at that time, as we knew we wanted to refresh the kitchen and change the layout in a major way. Paula and Sara patiently worked with us through possible layouts and options – maybe as high as 10 different potential options. Once we chose a few options and started to consider the details and costs of the finalists we did decide on a layout, and refined it slightly more based upon cost and on some dimensional challenges. North Shore ended up with the remodel contract and used Elite Construction to do the work. They were both professional, attentive to detail and timely in their responses. The project finished in what both said was the most aggressive time they could hit - ahead of the expected time and in time for us to host a family Christmas gathering. Scope of the job included gutting the kitchen; removing a 45 degree corner to open up the kitchen; shortening a wall between the kitchen/family room; running the same tile flooring through both rooms; adding to the electric box; replacing a hot water tank; and in the kitchen implementing a new layout while replacing all cabinetry, plumbing, electric, lighting, countertops/backsplash and appliances. We have been using the kitchen now for two months, and could not be happier with the finished product.

AJim and his son are a pleasure to work with. They listened to what I was looking to do and offered suggestions on how to achieve my goal. They show up on the days they say they will and will call to let you know if they are running late. I was pleased with their attention to detail. Items I didn't think of were pointed out and had options to choose from. Reasonable price, excellent work ethics and an absolute pleasure to collaborate with. They did one half of my kitchen and I will have them back to do the other half. Jim is working a quote for another project I have at the house. I look forward to working with him and his son again. I guarantee if I have other projects, I'll be giving this team call.

AFrom the initial consultation with Larry, through the completion of the project, Larry and his team worked diligently to meet all of our expectations. The communication was excellent throughout, and the attention to detail was extraordinary. Having worked with other contractors in the past, Elite Renovations sets a new standard for us with regard to customer service and setting, managing, and meeting expectations. Larry worked with us to design our new space, provided sketches for the new layout, and worked with all of our suppliers to ensure a custom and finished look. They completely gutted the bathroom, including the sub-floor, built a magnificent new shower with marble tile, installed new porcelain tile on a heated floor system, installed new vanities and mirrors, new lighting throughout the bathroom and bedroom, reworked and installed new electrical circuits. They also removed and moved walls and doorways to allow for a beautiful walk-in closet. We couldn't be more thrilled with our new master en-suite. The fit and finish of the final project is everything we wanted. We look forward to working with Larry and Elite Renovations on our next home remodeling project.
