AAce Handyman Services S Pittsburgh (formerly Handyman Matters)Early in 2020 we decided to get our house ready to put on the market and needed people to do electrical work, fine carpentry, flooring. We looked on Angie’s List and found Ace Handyman of South Hills. They sent a craftsman the next day to look over the work we needed to have done. His professionalism and directness prompted us to ask to have someone assigned to come for several full days. We explained our wish to get the work done promptly, and the very helpful lady who handled scheduling did her best to support us. We had help from several craftsmen with special skills, all of them very attentive to our wishes and very efficient. We especially appreciated the way they explained things to us. They helped put our house in the shape we wanted, and it sold very promptly. In all, this was a happy association, and we would engage Handyman again if we still lived in Pittsburgh.- SANDY N.

AEd Lampl - Environmental & Home InspectionsWhile under contract on our first home in the city of Pittsburgh, we received recommendations from numerous friends and colleagues to obtain the services of Ed Lampl for our home inspection. When we arrived at the home for our scheduled inspection window, Ed had arrived early and already conducted an extensive external review the property including documenting drone footage. Ed was very detailed in his evaluation of the property, and walked us through each area of concern in an easy to understand fashion. Given our short contingency period, having the comprehensive inspection report findings provided to us upon completion of inspection was very comforting and prepared us to quickly being next steps of obtaining estimates from licensed contractors for fixes needed. Although we were not able to reach mutual agreement with the seller after inspection, we would were happy to walk away from this experience well-informed with added peace of mind. AMold MedicsThaddeus called to set up appointment for quote. He wore a mask and removed his shoes when entering a house my husband and I flipped for sale. Within a week the technicians, Adama and Cam came to remove the mold in the attic. They were courteous and efficient. AEAGLE HOME INSPECTIONSKelly and David were very friendly and knowledgeable. They found many issues that I would not have noticed, explained exactly what the issues were, why the issues would need to be fixed, and let me know a recommended time-frame and level of urgency for the future repairs. The Inspection report the Eagle Inspection team wrote was extremely detailed, easy to understand and included clear pictures of the issues often from multiple angles. I was impressed with the Eagle team's process. One great example is the sewer line inspection. Not only did Kelly let me look through the camera video feed to let me see the issue while he explained it, he made a video with the explanation. This allowed me to re-watch it later and gave me the ability to provide the video to the plumber so they would have great information up front about what the issue was and could show up prepared to help fix it. Overall I was very impressed with the service and would highly recommend Eagle Inspection to anyone who needs Home Inspection services.- Neil C.

CDrain and sump pump installed under concrete floor. Seepage continued, barely wet the sump pump well. Dehumidifier was provided which kept the area dry. Seepage continues. Works but not what I expected. Unable to paint the wall.
