AA+ PLUS CONCRETE & FOUNDATION REPAIRThis is truly an A+ company for concrete repair and we had an excellent experience from start to finish for two jobs. Patty is very professional in handling the calls to schedule appointments and answered all of my questions. Gary was very direct and honest when he looked at the problems and recommended repairs. We also appreciate that he recommended that we hire a structural engineer for some problems with the house. We had 2 contracts that were completed by Joe and his team. They did a great job sealing some significant cracks in the garage floor and then sealing the entire garage floor. It looks like new. Especially to the crew, I liked their professionalism, courtesy, and communication. The supervisor Joe was very clear and quick in understanding the scope of the work, and in explanation to my questions. He communicated very clear before the work started and after the work was done. The crew worked hard, and no loud music which was greatly appreciated as my whole family worked and studied at home at the time. What I liked the most was that both Joe and the crew were happy to do what I requested, such as a little bit of extra caulking and patching here and there, even after they already used up the mixed concrete. AEmergency Door ServicesMy garage door sounded like it was dying a slow death. I purchased Garage Door Tune-Up and Roller replacement through Angie's list. The crew arrived on time and finished the job quickly. They were very friendly and did a great job adjusting the door, spring and chain on the garage. It sounds like new. They also spent some time with me going over appropriate maintenance and lubrication of the door. Definitely would hire again.- Daniel B.

AA+ PLUS CONCRETE & FOUNDATION REPAIRWhen we started looking for a company to repair our steps and foundation, we had a difficult time getting companies to call us back. We would leave messages and no call back. When I called A Plus, the owner's wife, Patty, told me she would talk with her husband, Gary and he would get back to us with a date and time to give an estimate. True to his word, he showed up on time and checked out the job and gave us a great price via email later that evening. We accepted his offer and scheduled a date for the work to be done. On the day the work was scheduled, the weather was not conducive for the repair and we had to reschedule. We were concerned about the delay since it was getting later in the season. I called and spoke to Gary's wife again and she assured me they would be able to reschedule in a reasonable time. They were very accommodating and 2 days after the original date, the work was done. The weather even cooperated. Joe, the supervisor, Logan, and Elijah did a great job repairing the steps and the foundation under the top landing. They were prompt, conscientious, polite and addressed concerns we had while the job was being done. Joe answered all our questions and gave us instructions on how to care for the steps. We are very pleased with the results and would highly recommend this company. They care about doing a good job and put their customers first, unlike the other companies that did not even have the courtesy to call us back. Great job, guys!!! AIt went very well. Jason showed me what I needed to do to oil the hinges and other moving parts of the garage door system when it needs to be done in the future.. When asked about installing an outside keypad to open the garage door without the remote, he asked a series of questions and recommended that I didn't really need one! He is definitely a keeper!

DSad to say, but it seems like it’s amateur hour at this company currently. I am a repeat customer and have been very pleased with them in the past, however my recent attempt at working with Jelly’s couldn’t of been more unfulfilling. It wasn’t their actual labor, I’m sure that is still fine...it was the scheduling part of it that was so frustrating. After being told 4 different times over a span of 3 weeks that somebody would be servicing my home...nobody ever showed up. I was also asked to text with the scheduler and the response time was also very subpar as sometimes it took multiple days to hear something back. Due to this, I have taken my business elsewhere.
