When asked about installing an outside keypad to open the garage door without the remote, he asked a series of questions and recommended that I didn't really need one! The days leading up to the repair he was incredibly responsive to any questions I had. The day of, he showed up on time and got right to work. He converted the old broken spring system on my immobile garage door, adjusted the tension and even oiled the contact points. My garage door has never operated so smoothly. DSad to say, but it seems like it’s amateur hour at this company currently. I am a repeat customer and have been very pleased with them in the past, however my recent attempt at working with Jelly’s couldn’t of been more unfulfilling. It wasn’t their actual labor, I’m sure that is still fine...it was the scheduling part of it that was so frustrating. After being told 4 different times over a span of 3 weeks that somebody would be servicing my home...nobody ever showed up. I was also asked to text with the scheduler and the response time was also very subpar as sometimes it took multiple days to hear something back. Due to this, I have taken my business elsewhere.

ABob did an excellent job on both our master bathroom remodel and finishing our unfinished basement. This was the second major renovation Bob did for us and we won't hesitate to call him again for any future projects. Our new master bathroom shower is fantastic! He worked with the designer at ProSource in Cranberry to help us select the perfect tile. The demolition of our old fiberglass shower and walls was done quickly and as cleanly as we could have imagined. He worked through some construction issues quickly and kept us informed throughout the project. He's an honest, dependable, and skillful craftsman. He stayed within budget and persisted with our projects from start to finish without delays or interruptions. Bob gets our HIGHEST recommendation!
