    JIM CRIVELLI CHEVROLET INC
    I called Chevrolet to file a complaint about my concerns. I was assigned a lady named Shaneequa to handle my case. I was told to have my car towed to Jim Crivelli for a SECOND diagnostic test by Chevrolet. However, whatever findings were founded was NOT guaranteed to be repaired. I was also informed I would have to pay for the tow myself and pay for the second diagnostic test. I asked if I could provide the invoice of the first diagnostic tests I have received from Classic Chevrolet and I was told NO. I feel Jim Crivelli purposely misguided me and was trying to make efforts to regain the $2000 that had been dropped from the original re-sale price. There is no reason that I was not informed at the closing of the purchase if the 2010 Chevy Equinox that I could purchase the extended warranty with the payments being made in increments. Furthermore, it is clear they did not properly service the vehicle prior to resale of the vehicle and or Jim Crivelli purposely sold the 2010 Chevy Equinox as it was with the dealership knowing the damages of the SUV. They have not helped me at all but they did a good job at robbing me blind!!!!

    Ourisman Rockmont Chevrolet
    Check engine light was on. I called to schedule a Saturday appointment, which is the only time I can get there. Dropped off the vehicle at 7am (opening time) on scheduled Saturday and went back home. They never called with any info on the status of my vehicle. I had to call them 3 times. Third time I was told "we don't do vehicle diagnostics on weekends," they were short-staffed, and had not done anything. I was furious and went back to get my truck. On the way there by bus, they called again to say that they had diagnosed the problem as a "stuck thermostat" and that they would be able to fix it.  They did; fix worked.
    Their customer service is awful. They do not contact the customer and accept work they are not staffed to complete. I will never go there again for service or to buy a vehicle. They have lost this customer for life.

    I find them good people to deal with. I didn't purchase my car from them but they service it because it is closer for me. I purchased the car way back in 2010 and it was in Monroeville and that is too far for me to travel for oil changes and repairs. I found this one in Moon and they're nice to deal with.

    I had called around and priced different companies to come out to take out my currently cracked windshield and  install a new windshield in my 2011 jeep grand cherokee. Many companies were all within the same price range with or without discounts or coupons many of them were within a $40 range.  I am more and more going to the large volume businesses which seem to do a better and more consistent job than some of the smaller contractors.  I booked the new windshield replacement with safelight auto glass over the phone. The scheduler was quite good by checking the inventories for my particular windshield with the radio antenna built in and a precipitation detector built in.  She found the windshield in the inventory and we scheduled a replacement time. Adam Bryan was the technician and he did show up during the scheduled time.  He took off the old windshield and put it in his truck and very carefully installed the new windshield. As he finished the windshield he informed me of the care of the windshield for the first 24 hours and the first 48 hours of the windshields life. The repair was done with great care and the new windshield was installed flawlessly.  I wish I could keep it as clean as it was when it was installed.

    l Bought a used car from them. I did not purchase the warranty as it was almost half of what i paid for the car. Almost 3 months to the the day the transmission failed.  The cost to repair it was almost 4000.00  When I called the sales manager  to see if they could help me, They would not return any calls or emails.  the SUV also needed all most 1800.00 of other work to it. after the had sol it to me with new stickers.  I would not ever buy or tell any one to deal with them

    Burt and his crew at Pine Hollow Service are the best. They're not the cheapest, but they are fair, and their work is top-notch. Burt never tries to sell you a service or product you don't really need. They are speedy, too...if you drop your car off in the morning, you'll have it done later that day. Highly recommended.

    The owner Chad is a very smart man and a real gentleman. Simply Saab gives free estimates and the garage is immaculate. I could not find anyone that would work on my Saab, they don't know how to. I found Chad out of luck. I have a family member who works on cars and Chad offered to bring my family member out and explained what needed to be done on my Saab. He explained everything and only asked for a fee for his time consulting. Chad also supplied us with parts that would have had to get out of the country. Everything came together and the car is running like new.

    I drove by this Flash Lube business and saw that they offered $5 off for Sunday services on your car.  I went up there on a Sunday for an oil change.  As with all Florida auto services that I have dealt with, they do offer a number of (upsale items) services based on the age of your vehicle.  I had just wanted an oil change.  They did offer another $325 of servies in addition to the $27.99 oil change. This included a cleanse of the oil system where they put in a cleanser and empty it out and put in fresh oil. They alsoadded $80 for labor to do the cleanse and new spark plugs and other things.  I declined all of the upsale items and happily drove away with a new $24.37 oil change.
