    Worst  Spa  I've ever had

    All  was not very friendly

The front desk did not ask why we we're unhappy and when we explained why, the manager Brian had an attitude about and basically said he didn't care

the manager was again extremely rude about it

I would avoid this place and I'm looking for a new spa.

Very cursory exam, didn't even ask me to undress.  Listened to my heart, took BP and looked in ears.  I told her I was going through menopause and having a bad time of it.
The NP called me back and said my blood work showed my "thyroid was all messed up".  I questioned her and she said they would start me on Synthroid.
My own fault - I assumed she did a complete panel on my thyroid which they didn't.  FYI --  always make sure a full panel was done as thyroid as very tricky.  After about 10 days, I started having tremors, insomnia, racing thoughts.  I went to the Sythroid website and these were listed as lesser side effects.  I called and explained my issues.  The receptionist asked me if anything else (diet, meds, etc) changed other than the drugs and I told her no - everything was the same except for the synthroid.  She called back 3 hours later and asked again if I was taking anything new and I told her no.  She called back at the end of the day and asked if my diet changed.  I said I was tired of playing telephone and I wanted to talk to the doctor or NP directly.  She said everyone was gone and I had to wait until the next day.
When I called the next day she AGAIN asked if I was taking anything new or if my diet changed.  She said that my side effects weren't normal.  I told her they are listed on the website - although they aren't among the most frequent, they were listed as less frequent.  She told "don't believe everything you read on line".  I told her I would suspect the drug company, WebMD,UPMC, Mayo Clinic would know and I checked them all. She called back and said the NP said it was my menopause and call my gynecologist.
I did get upset and told her I was not happy at all and I was going to stop taking the meds. She said that's on you not us.
I did call my gynecologist and spoke to the nurse.  She knew exact what I was talking about and said she would call them.  That is when I found out (from my gyne's nurse) they didn't do a full panel and I had a slightly elevated TSH level.  She talked to my gyne who recommended I see a endocrinologist (I had to wait 30 days to get the synthroid out of my system).
The NP called me back and said she did nothing to hurt me.  I was crying and very upset due to the meds and how I was treated.  She then said she felt bad and asked me if I needed Xanax.  She asked me to come in to get blood drawn to double check and I said why -- you'll get false readings with the drug in my system.  I told her I would not be back at all.
I did see the endocrinologist and had normal readings -- just a slightly elevated TSH which is very common in menopausal women and can fluctuate on a daily basis.
Bottom line -- make sure you ask question, don't take a drug without doing some research and discuss alternative treatments.

He is very easy going. He's very knowledgeable on different things. I give him a symptom and he knows exactly what it could be. I don't wait more than 10-15 minutes in the waiting room and maybe 10 minutes or less in the exam room to be seen.

Dr. Ana Busquets is a highly qualified dermatologist and is clearly very knowledgable about her field.  She is very good at explaining different skin conditions and takes the time to answer your questions.  I found that she had excellent bedside manner, especially when talking to me about a skin cancer that she'd found on a previous visit.   I also asked about some more cosmetic-type procedures and she was able to recommend things based on my own specific needs and concerns.  It definitely did not seem that she was trying just to sell me procedures to make a quick dollar.
I am relatively young still and to have experienced skin cancer at this age was very scary, but Dr. Busquets has helped to ease my fears.
The staff and nurses are all very friendly and helpful as well.  Occasionally it takes a while for someone to answer the phone, but I've never had a problem getting an appointment when I needed one.  They accept many insurance providers and so I've never been billed for services outside of my copay.
I have always had about a half an hour wait at the Wexford office, but other than that my experience has been positive.  The waiting area is quite pleasant at least, although the decor does include some modern nude sculptures I don't care for.  But it's a plastic surgery office as well as a dermatology clinic, so you have to expect that to some extent.  But there are TVs, magazines, and coffee, so sitting around for a while isn't too bad as lon
I would also like to mention that it's nice they don't seem to mind when I have to bring my toddler son to the appointments with me. As a stay at home mom with a limited income this is very appreciated.  Everyone is very nice about having him there and they make sure to interact with him to make him comfortable too.

The physician I have been going to for the last 20 years retired, so I went to another doctor in the practice (Dr. Krivinko).
He was just as nice and knowledgeable as Dr. Chalfant.
He introduced himself, went over my history. I was having a really bad hot flash when he came in so he double checked by BP.
He questioned me in detail and said that I was obviously suffering with menopause and it was affecting me.
He presecribed HRT patch for me, went over the side affects very carefully and noted that I didn't have the precursors for blood clots, etc, was on BCP for many years without problem or otherwise he wouldn't prescribe the patch.
I go back in 3 months to see how it is going and if I need another mix.
    I was very happy! :)

I broke a foot bone 18 months ago which was not visible on an xray and went untreated by a walk in clinic with the exception of a special shoe for sprains. I went to a different orthopedic doctor for a follow up visit when it wasn't healing and, again, nothing showed on an xray and he gave me a walking boot. After third visit, he said it was just muscles that needed to heal. After a few months of constant pain, I went to Dr. Saar for a second opinion and he agreed I shouldn't be having pain and ordered an MRI. As I suspected all along (having broken bones in my ankle 3 times before), I had a fracture in a very small bone that was not healing. Dr. Saar had me in the boot again for 6 or 8 more weeks. Unfortunately, I now have arthritis which set in due to the months the fracture went undiscovered. I just wish I had seen Dr. Saar the first time since he listened to me and investigated my instincts instead of dismissing my complaints. So yes, I recommend Dr. Saar.

This Cardiologist is the best in Butler County! If you are looking for someone that is knowledgeable, competent, and not influenced to meet numbers (by racking up unnecessary medical costs) then you want to consult this Cardiologist. He is by far, the best doctor that I have EVER come in contact with. No nonsense, just GREAT health care!!!

These doctors are the best!! I have been going there for 15 years now.
All are very skilled, have excellent communication skills and bedside manner. They really care about the patient as a whole person.
I had an episode of heavy bleeding back in 2006. Dr. Chalfant saw me within 36 hours of calling. As soon as he saw me he ordered stat blood work and told me not to eat anything until I heard from him. He called within an hour to tell me my blood count was very low and I needed a Dand C immediately - mind you this was on a Friday evening. His nurse had already booked an OR and he told me to meet him at the hospital. Now that is a caring, compassionate doctor.
After the Dand C, he discussed several options with me and the pros and cons of each ad gave me his recommendation. Being a nurse I have seen MANY doctors just to a hysterectomy rather than fit the treatment to the patient.
He put me on Lupron for 3 months to get my blood count up and did an uterine ablation. I haven't have any further issues.

We like her. She is great. She is highly recommended. I have had good experience with her too. From my experience and from what other people told me in terms of having procedures I like delicate hands and she is very gentle. I had my tonsils out and septoplasty done and she is fantastic. For my son getting his tonsils out, seemed to be a very quick and a trouble free procedure. She is just very sweet and very nice. She is very calm and relaxed and has a great personality. Her chair side manner is very good.
