    Worthington took time to identify the problem and educate us, the homeowners. The presented us our options and helped us choose the most effective and budget-conscious solution. They were extremely professional in every aspect of their service and we couldn't ask for more out of a company.

    Their performance was stellar throughout the entire project which took about 2 weeks. All material used was E.P. Henry manufactured products. Everyone was very honest and personable. Mark Sr. gave the initial estimate ($22,500) and was very helpful with design ideas. Mark Jr. stopped by daily and continued to monitor every detail. Antonio showed he is a master of his craft and ran the job seamlessly. Steve and Sean were part of the work crew as well. They all worked together like a well oiled machine. Unfortunately, they discovered I had an unexpected but serious drainage problem which required a large drainage pit and underground pipes leading to it which Greenstone Gardens was well equipped to handle. This added $3,100 to the job. We also increased the dimensions of one set of steps adding another $900. It only took a few days to realize I did not need to be present every moment of every day. They showed pride in their workmanship and that they are committed to upholding E.P. Henry standards. They also backed their workmanship for 3 years. There was one thing that caught me off guard. It rained a couple of days before the first day of work. Because there was so much mud Mark Jr. ordered 16 ton of large stone to line the bottom after digging out. I just thought this was part of the job done and was not aware this added another $1,500 more until I wrote out the final check. Because they showed such integrity during the installation, I attributed this to a miscommunication. I would hire them again in a second and would tell anyone NOT to think twice about hiring them.

    The overall job and experience went better than I imagined. Surefire was not only a pleasure to deal with, but they even finished a week before the completion date given. Surefire's employees were courteous and took time to explain each construction phase step by step. They made it a point to protect the rest of my house from the dust caused by construction, by not only taking the time by covering everything with plastic, but as well as vacuuming the entire house after the job was completed. I would feel %100 confident in recommending Surefire construction to all my family & friends in the event of any construction needs that may arise in their future.

    The sales guy showed up about 20 minutes late for the estimate. He was recommending less than other contractors that had come by but he seemed knowledgeable in what he was describing. When it came to the estimate they were very high for less work. After providing estimates i received from other contractors he said his company would match it but explained that he needed to get approval because the company would lose money on the job. I highly doubt that the company is in the habit of taking jobs that lose money, but somehow he was able to get approval. He was able to get me on the schedule quickly which was appreciated as this was a rental property and i had tenants moving in quickly.
    The workers were on time the day of the job and the foreman on the job was very professional. They work was completed on time and they were very neat. During the inspection after they were done i was not happy with the appearance of some of the work that was completed. I expressed this to the foreman and he was upfront and told me that he didn't think the job was sold properly and he would have recommended more work such as encapsulating walls and installing the drain around the whole basement, exactly what was suggested by the other contractors for a lower price. He offered to call his manager and make him aware of my concerns. The manager was very helpful and worked with me to find a solution that would make me happy.
    Within a day or two a second crew came to the house and completed additional work. Again, the foreman on the the second job was excellent and very professional. He was a perfectionist that took great pride in his work and explained exactly what they did. They also left the area cleaner than when they arrived.
    I am extremely happy with the work they did and I have had no issues since. While I was not thrilled with the sales process, and would advise getting multiple quotes before contracting ValueDry to at least get a base, I still had to give them an "A" rating because of the quality of work they did for me and the willingness to work with my to fine solutions to the problems i had initially. I plan to use them in the future for other properties that i own.

    The representative who came out was very thorough in explaining the reasons why water gets into the basement as well as detailing all of our options. He also went over financing which is a very nice option to have for a project such as this. The workers were prompt every day they were working (3 days) and were also very professional throughout. They also made sure I was well informed of the steps. They also left the basement and work area in great condition. It was probably cleaner than before they came. I was highly satisfied with the work completed as well as the professionalism of all of the employees.

    Whatever you do, get three estimates.  B&B's estimate was over twice the amount of the other estimates for the same work. 
    Be very careful and do your homework before hiring this company.  Whatever you do, be sure to get three estimates. Ask a lot of questions for all companies.

    Contract not awarded, written estimate amounted to step one remove old steps and railing. Step 2 pour new steps. Price quoted was for $2200.00. Not exactly what I would call a detailed estimate.

    Wally and his team are the exact people you want doing work in your home - they care about what they're doing, their work is top quality, and they are professionals in your home - always courteous and cleaning up after themselves.  

    The job took about 10 weeks to complete and consisted of finishing a 1,000 square feet area - dividing up spaces into unique rooms, sheet rocking walls, painting, floor installation and constructing an egress as required by the township.  Wally's price was reasonable, and the quality we received for the job far exceeded our expectations.

    With the finishing touches just being completed, we have this terrific new space just in time for the holidays, and we have Wally and his skilled team to thank.  Their work is fantastic, and we are overjoyed with the results.  Thank you, Wally!  We look forward to working with you again in the future.

    Back half of my grandmother?s property was overgrown with what started out as a rogue rose bush. Then it spread and some trees, poison ivy and who knows what other bushes took over ? see picture. We nicknamed it ?BushMonster?.
    Called three landscapers for quotes to clear the property completely. Ryan at R&J was the only one to not only discuss clearing it, but also the need to bring in the equipment (roto tiller?) to go down past root level to keep it from coming back next year.
    He brought 3 guys with him  and it took them a whole day. I wasn?t there, but from what I understand they took away minimum 5 truck loads and cut down at least 2 trees they found in the middle. They went down approx 4 inches into the dirt and pulled what looks like every root there was. I would be shocked if anything grows back next year. He also offered advice on how to seed, and knowing we  were on a budget did not push us to hire them to do it for us. 
    They didn?t leave anything behind for us to clean up. Not a branch, a leaf anything. Great service and worth every penny to do the job so completely and quickly.

    While doing ?emergency? renovations to my 95 year old grandmothers house we found standing water in the basement. Evidently every time it rained the basement would flood, but no one was the wiser. Mold was starting to show on a few of the
    rafters, and the bottom half of the walls were that disgusting gray-brown of old water stain.
    I contacted 3 different vendors from Angie's List, and set up appointments for estimates. Basement Pros was absolutely the best
    choice. Pete was able to come out within 24 hours to meet my limited schedule for the estimate. He was extremely thorough and explained things very well, with follow along idiot proof pictures and everything.
    I called the next day to schedule the work. This is where I had the only fly in the ointment of the whole process. It took over 2 weeks (and several phone calls) to get the contract by e mail so I could mail my deposit and schedule the work.
    Once I signed off and we scheduled the work though things went smoothly. I was not personally there the days they works, but my family members advised all the workers were polite, efficient, and worked their butts off. Hauling buckets of concrete up the stairs and around the building to their truck. The whole process took 3 days, and the basement looks great. I chose to pay a little more to have the Dura Wall panels extended to the rafters, to give the basement a brighter semi finished look. Normally I think they only come up 20-24 inches.
    Best of all, I have not seen a drop of water in the 5 weeks it has been done. And the new sump pump is nearly silent.
    *Bonus ? they broke up and removed a giant wooden work bench my grandfather built in 1954 for no additional cost. I had no idea how I was getting that out of there. It was way too big to put out for big trash, not to mention the prospect of moving it myself. Pete offered to have it done when he came to do the estimate, but it wasn?t listed on the contract anywhere. Thankfully the foreman didn?t blink when it was mentioned.
