One item wasn't working properly, so they sent a technician over to check out the problem and discovered that it was a manufacturer error, so Kieffers fixed the problem at no cost to me.

    They even let me store my purchase there while waiting for my custom
    bedroom furniture to be completed (by another company). When I was
    finally ready for delivery, they arrived on time and were very pleasant.
    The gentlemen who assembled the bed (sorry, can't remember their names
    as this was a couple of months ago) worked together like a fine machine
    and were pleasant and informative during the installation. They left me
    with such a wonderful impression of the company i wanted to give a
    review even though the work was done a couple of months ago.  I wish
    every company would treat its customers as pleasantly as Heavenly Bedrooms does. I would recommend them to anyone and would certainly use them again in the future. A pleasant experience.

    It was awesome- we explained the problem with the chair and they were many include broken and missing springs ,dog abuse, and general neglect for many years because no one would restore this. We could never find a reliable source we trusted (found on these guys on Angie's list)

    Excellent service all around! From start to finish, we were very impressed with Duffy Piano Movers and would definitely recommend them. We received a response to our initial inquiry almost immediately, and a very reasonable price to move a standard size piano from my parents' house to our new house. The movers kindly called us 30 minutes before they arrived, and completed the move easily and without any problems. The crew was friendly, knowledgeable, and clean. Everything went perfectly and we were very pleased with the service!

    My GE Profile refrigerator died after just 6 years and I was in a panic to replace quickly since I have a diabetic cat and his insulin must be stored at 36 - 45 degrees F. Went to Dand K upon recommendation from my sister (and from the reviews here!) and could not be more pleased. My salesperson (Jesse) was incredibly kind and responsive and never once tried to oversell. I went with a basic Whirlpool and best of all, Jesse matched the current lowest price in the area. The installers arrived ahead of schedule and took great care hauling out my old fridge and installing the new one. They also picked up all packing materials leaving my kitchen spotless.
    Bottom line -- Dand K is the best place on the Main Line to buy major appliances. Ditch the "big box" retailers and give this family-owned, well established business a try. You will get quality merchandise and excellent service.

    I purchased a refridgerator on Saturday for a Monday delivery. I specifically said I will only purchase the unit if it can be delivered on Monday. They called me on Sunday to confirm a window of time for the delivery on Monday. In the window of time of the delivery, the delivery person called me and asked and quot;what I was expecting them to do today?and quot; He informed me they did not have a refridgerator for me on the truck. I called the company to ask what happend and recieved a major run-around on the phone. After several hours and several phone calls, I was given an answer and my first appoligy. They told me that they scheduled a delivery to me, but they did not schedule the item. They told me it would take two more days to get the refrigerator deliverd. They told me I could have had it in one day if I would have let them know earlier. {Please get this fact that they had already charged me for the item and the delivery. They would be sitting around fat dumb and happy thinking they did a great job, if I had not called them. They have a major flaw in their system and they know it and don't do a thing about it except ignore it.} There was no direct answers to my questions, no creative thinking on what to do, no options were given to me other then wait. They gave me such a run-around on the phone, I lost count of the people I spoke with. Some of the staff would simply transfer me to someone else and not even say a word. I left two voice mails to Rich the owner and have never heard from him. In thier defence they did refund my delivery charge (after I called them again) but they did nothing else. This was a lot of aggrevation that I did not need. I would recomend them to my enimies, but to anybody else. Do yourself a favor and pay a couple more dollars some were else.

    Horrible.  The refrigerator freezes all of my food.  The service I received was appalling and the service personnel rude.  The parts took over 2 weeks to arrive at times and didn't fix the problem.  I had to call them to see if the parts had arrived. Every time I called them, it was a 2 part proposition.  I would have to give them a 4 hr window and therefore be home from work, they would come out, diagnose, order parts, 2 weeks would go by and then they would come to try to fix it.  Meanwhile my food was freezing all of this time and I threw out hundreds of dollars of food unnecessarily.  Knowing what I know now, there is no doubt in my mind that they should have diagnosed and fixed the problem right from the first visit.
    I will never use them again for anything.

    Accurate Piano Service
    They are excellent. You get the feeling they generally love the instruments. They are realistic and they teach you about your instrument. For example, I have a 90 year old piano. They explain that it's worth maintaining. Also in the past, I had an older piano, about 50 years old; they indicated that it wouldn't be one to invest in because it's not going to last over time. I appreciate they are honest and responsible with their advice.

    The value of the cooktop and the value of the services provided are like night and day. We went to Lowe's to purchase a new gas cooktop to replace an old electric on that we had. We chose a Dacor unit that was on display, but not in stock. The person that helped us in the store wasn't very knowledgable on the product and it actually took 3 salespeople and several tries to get our information and order the cooktop.
    Before we could actually buy the cooktop, we first had to have a contractor (supplied by Lowe's) come out and measure our existing spot to ensure the new cooktop would fit. This was a $25 charge. If it indeed fit, we would then have to come back into the Lowe's store (in person) and order the Dacor and sign the agreement. They said it might take as much as 2 weeks for the unit to come in, but they'd be sure to call as soon as it arrived. After 2 1/2 weeks passed with no call, we called them and found out that it had not only come in, but had been placed into their stock for anyone to buy.
    We opted for the Lowe's to come out and install the cooktop through a general contractor of their choosing. I believe there was another $100-$125 charge for this. It happened to be the same contractor that had come out before. We actually know this particular contractor and trust him thoroughly. He told us that Lowe's never contacted him about setting up an installation time with us. We called Lowe's back and they told us that they would call and quot;tomorrowand quot;. and quot;Tomorrowand quot; came and went and we rec'd no call, so we call Lowe's again and this time asked for a manager who assured us we would get a call and quot;tomorrowand quot;. When that call failed to come through, we had the contractor call Lowe's directly to set up the time. Once we were able to set up a time, it all went rather smoothly. All in all, the entire process took about 4-5 weeks when it should have taken no more than 2. I would not recommend anyone use Lowe's installation service as it was really an enormous headache. The product itself is quite nice and if I had just ordered it from Lowe's and done the installation ourselves, I doubt it would have been a problem.
