    Gibbs, Dr. Brian C
The staff and waiting room are good; there were no problems.  He books up pretty quick, so typically for a cleaning of that kind of stuff I really need to make my appointment three to five months in advance. Usually they are pretty punctual once I get there and there is no problem with that. Obviously, on a emergency basis they see me fast. I have been using them for six or seven years.

    Bear Creek Dental
Wonderful.  Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.  Dr. explained everything thoroughly.  This visit saved me a lot of pain, money and frustration.  It turns out that the recommended implant was not necessary.  I also did not need a crown on my broken tooth,  It was repaired the same day. Dr. explained that his philosophy is to provide the least invasive treatment that will maintain dental health and function.  It was my lucky day.

    Nicole Miller, DDS PC
    Wow, worst professional
experience I've had...ever.  First, the staff would not honor a
coupon that was intended for first time customers that I found on the White
Pages; no big deal initially.  In fact, I
was pleasantly surprised that the receptionist offered a free x-ray if I needed
it (a nice consolation for not allowing me to use the coupon).  Dr. Miller found a cavity and recommended x-rays.  I asked the hygienist to please confer with
the receptionist to ensure that I would be able to get the free x-rays.  The hygienist returned and exclaimed, ?It?s
you?re lucky day, x-rays are 50% off today.?
I asked her to please check again as the receptionist assured me that
they would be free.  The hygienist came
back with a frustrated attitude and explained to me that they would do a free single
x-ray shot of that tooth and the surrounding area, but not a full bite-wing.  It turns out however, that this type of x-ray
is not designed to locate cavities, rather it is designed to observe what?s
going on beneath the gums, despite the fact that I had no symptoms of anything
aside from a simple, minor cavity.  So,
they gave me this useless x-ray more or less to shut me up about the promised ?free?
x-ray, despite the fact that it had no clinical purpose.  When Dr. Miller came back to review the
x-rays, she confirmed that she saw the cavity on the x-ray.  I asked her to see the x-ray, and then she
placed it in front of a light and tried to explain where the cavity was.  I was not able to see the cavity, and I asked
her a few probing questions, and then she explained that I might be able to see
it if she would put the image up on the TV, but then she quickly dismissed that
and said that she had to go, dismissing my questions, and leaving the
room.  I knew at that moment that I would
not be coming back to Dr. Miller to fill the cavity, so I requested the x-ray
so that I could take it to another dentist (a patient right under the HIPAA
law).  I was informed at that time that I
would not be able to do so.  After
researching this, I learned that I was entitled to the x-ray, so I called back,
and the office manager happily made copies of the x-rays that I picked up the
next day.  The copies were not clear, so I
requested the originals, and after a heated discussion, I was denied the
originals, but told that my new dentist could request them (which creates an
inconvenience for me?having to potentially set up another appointment with the new dentist
if he?s not able to read the copies).
Anyway, I brought the copies to a new dentist, and he immediately
scrapped them stating that they were useless in diagnosing cavities.  He then proceeded to use much more advanced
x-ray technology and even micro-camera technology to take pictures of potential
cavity-areas.  These were displayed on a
screen in front of me, and my experience with the new dentist was extremely
pleasant from there on out.  But, this
experience with the new dentist reminded me that the technology that Dr. Miller
uses is ancient, and further, her communication of her findings could be
considered poor at best.  What makes Dr.
Nicole?s business even worse is that she and her staff are outwardly and
deceptively nice and pleasant.  I call this deceptive because while the staff are polite and friendly, I believe their true intentions are somewhat less genuine.  Based on
my experience, and in my opinion, they are out to make as money as possible, filtering
patients in and out as quickly, and in my case, as carelessly as possible, not spending
time to address patient concerns, and not even using the right procedures and
technologies to diagnose and treat a routine cavity.  Their friendly demeanor is in my opinion a way to disguise the true motivations of this particular business.  If you want to feel like you?ve met a new
best friend, this is the office for you.
If you want to get good dental care, go somewhere else.

    Pellegrino Cosmetic and Family Dentistry
Have been using Dr. Pellegrino's office for about two years now. All of the staff is very friendly and knowledgable. Recently had an older filling replaced due to recommendation due to potential decay beneath the cavity. Though there was no decay (but better to be safe than sorry) the process took max 25 min from the time I sat in the chair till I walked out the door. Even when I go for cleanings, there is little to no wait and I'm in/out within reasonable period of time.

    Allentown Dental Associates
They just recently changed their name. They used to be called Asen & Associates.  I think that the dentists there are topnotch. They present lots of different options to you when you have to make choices. The office staff  is very friendly.  Dr. Wicke is the dentist I see most of the time and he is a real gem, one of the best!

    Allen Valley Dental
I love my dentist. He's great. It's a brother and sister team and they're great. I never have a problem. There's never any pain. They explain everything what they're doing to me. She's very nice. She's available for me anytime. They're not open after 5:00. The office environment is really nice. They have TV and everything. I'll probably use them for a long time.

    Brookside Dental Care
The hygienist cleaned my teeth which took two visits. She was very knowledgeable and very skilled. I felt comfortable and was able to talk about my dental issues with both her and the dentist. I am now a regular patient and would recommend the dentist and his hygienists to my friends and family.

    Pellegrino Cosmetic and Family Dentistry
I have been going to Dr. Pellegrino's office for the last four years. I
go twice a year for my regular cleanings and had two issues with having
to have fillings filled. All my interactions were handled
professionally and in a timely manner. The staff is pleasant and I have
been seeing the same hygenist for the last couple of months. So it is
nice to have a familiar person looking over my teeth and making the
appropriate recommendations associated to my dental health.

Staff is very friendly with a very relaxed at home feel to the visit. The doctor has a wonderful bedside manner and truly cares about the patient regarding general health and costs. The hygienist is very thorough, great bedside manner. Overall the experience is/was a pleasure. No worries.
