  • He arrived early evening and I was impressed with his overall professionalism and concern. We discussed the previous companies overall diagnoses of my problem and he assured me he would and could determine my problem and fix it in a timely manner. He then proceeded to examine the refrigerator by reaching underneath pulling out the diagnostic schematic hidden underneath the dust coils. He then went through the steps of prgramming the refrigerator to run its own self testing to determine the problem. Unable to find a problem he then called the manufacturer and they gave him a few reccomendations of how to proceed he put a water nipple on the drain tube which stopped the warm air from affecting the freezer sensor inside. It been running fine ever since. While he was here I asked him to also look at the faulty switch on the stove he did and ordered the part return a few days later to check out the frig and repair the stove. Quite a PROFESSIONAL they are so few and far between.

  • The technician arrived on a Friday at 3:45 pm with his flashlight and a voltmeter. I had the stove pulled out away from the wall and the panels removed. I then proceeded to explain that the dual burner ring inside the glass top was not functioning. He checked to see if their was power coming out from the wall outlet. (Which we know is working because the other burners work) He then looked inside with the flashlight and proceeds to tell me that the "CIRCUIT BOARD" needs replaced. He will go to the shop and they will tell me how much one will cost at a later time. He then ask for some water and a place he "CAN HANG OUT" until at least 4:20pm because, he explains "IF I GO BACK TO THE SHOP TO EARLY THEY WILL JUST SEND ME OUT ON ANOTHER JOB" MY family used this business for years without instance I bought my appliances there I WILL NO LONGER they sent me a bill for 89.00 for the service call. I paid it after letting them wait for 3 months.

  • The technician arrived at the appropiate time and brought tools of the trade.   He defrosted the refrigerator and thawed out the freezer after listening to the frig and NO OTHER METHOD OF TESTING   he tells me that the "CIRCUIT BOARD needs too be replaced"  he will contact me from the shop with a price.   He left after collecting a check for the service call and sai he would call me later with the completed estimate of the total cost to repair.   He called back with the estimate in the afternoon and said they would have it in and fixed by the weekend.   That time frame has came and went.
