    Dryer stopped working at night and added to project list. In the morning received phone call from Frank at Home Appliance repair to answer any questions I might have and set up an appointment. He was up front with prices and was very prompt with meeting arriving on time (we agreed on 1pm and he called me at 12:49 to let me know he was 10 minutes away). He got the dryer apart and fixed within the hour and stayed true to the price he quoted on the phone, no extra charges. He was polite, worked clean, and did a great job overall. Could not ask for better service.

    Quick Fix Appliance Services LLC
    The repair man arrived on time. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He explained that he did not have the part, and that it may be difficult to get, but it could be done. He also suggested that I should consider looking for a new cook top, in which he would be happy to be of assistance. He asked that I give him a couple of days to look for either the necessary part, or possibly a new cook top altogether. I paid him $49.00 for the home visit and never heard another word from the company. It has been over a week, and I have moved on to searching for a new cook top on my own.

    They were great, showed up when said, repaired the fridge after diagnosing and ordering the part. The only thing is the hours, you have to take 2 days off from work, one for the technician to come out and one for the repair. They only work until 3 pm

    Been waiting since December 1st for someone to come back out and repair our dishwasher. A tech came out ordered the part and said we should have it for a week. A week goes by and no part had arrived! We started calling only to get transferred to person after person who barely spoke English. They were in the Philippines. The after a few days of being on the phone and told we would have the part we were told it was on back order from Samsung & That it would be another week. It took me 2 minutes to find the part from a company that would ship the same day and was a genuine Samsung product. We were told not to order that part it had to come from sears. Another week goes by and NO PART! We start calling being told it was still on backorder. In the meantime my mothers credit card was charged just over $300 for services we didn���t even get! She only authorized a little over $100 the original day the techcame out. So finally a tech shows up on a Monday to fix out dishwasher... WE STILL DIDNT HAVE THE PART! He went out to his truck & told us the part was ship that day it should be here in a few days! THAT WAS ANOTHER LIE. So after a few days of not receiving the part we start calling again. Once again the Philippines who barely spoke English. Then my mother was told it was still on back order! Why were we told it was shipped already, she asked? So now it���s been a month and still no part, no dishwasher over the holidays and still taken $300 of the money with no services!! Finally the part comes.... that was a week ago and still after being told today someone would be out, they called and said it wouldn���t be until Monday til a tech would come! meanwhile we were told after 30 days we were entitled to a new dishwasher. So she started calling again today... Only to be transferred to Florida, then the Philippines, Columbia South America and then she was hung up on.... This is the worst service and customer service I have ever experienced!After being a reputable company they are a joke and don���t care about its customers. Here it is January 4th and still no dishwasher. Can���t get any answers and only to be transferred around the world and passed off to the next illiterate customer rep!

    A-EXPERT MEL'S APPLIANCE SERVICE
    Mel was great, fair, prompt and reasonable, but he passed away not too long ago. Someone named Justin who said he was not related to Mel, is using this name and is very unprofessional. He made an appt and did not bother to show or call to change/cancel appt. I should be able to send him a bill for sitting here waiting for him.

    Tom showed up to look and discuss the job so he could provide an estimate. Unfortunately, it took nearly 3 weeks, 2 emails and a phone call to finally get him to actually work out the estimate. The estimate was 38% higher than the other estimates we received for the same job. Perhaps the job was too small and he wanted to discourage us from hiring them; perhaps they are too busy to respond to a customer in a timely manner. Tom was very personable, but the service turn-a-round time was WAY out of line and the price WAY TOO high compared to comparable companies.

    I called and they were here in less than 10 minutes and had the refrigerator fixed in 15 minutes.  The refrigerator was up and running again in one hour.  The repair man was very professional and polite.  He had the needed part with him.  We will use them again if we need a large appliance repaired.  So glad I called instead of replacing the appliance.

    Justin was great! He fixed my oven and stove top. There were parts that he required that were not readily at his disposal and he went out on his own to a nearby appliance supplier to pick of the needed items in order to finish the repair. Was very professional and the service was great!!! Would highly recommend him!!!!

    This provider is a sub contractor for my warranty company. They scheduled an appointment to repair my refrigerator and subsequently cancelled the appointment at the time that the service was scheduled to be done. I was given the excuse that workers called out. I'm sure this was known early in the morning, however I was notified at 12:30. My service was scheduled for a window of 12-3. I was also not offered a reschedule and told that the job was being sent back to the warranty company. In my opinion, they didn't want to do the job. This resulted in me losing a vacation day and a delay in repair. Very unprofessional! Oh, and to top it off, they never called the warranty company!

    Mister Service
    My refrigerator was not getting cold and the freezer was not freezing anything. I called Mister Service who came in and repaired my refrigerator. The repairman said that there was a blockage which prevented the refrigerator from operating properly. He cleared out the blockage and added Freon. The serviceman was honest and told me that if the compressor had gone bad that it would be better to buy a new refrigerator rather than waste the money on the repair.  He also told me a few things to look out for when purchasing a new refrigerator.  Fortunately, I won't have to do that any time soon. And an added plus is that my refrigerator gets colder than it did when it was new. Excellent service.
