    I like the way he handles everything and the way he treats me. Everything is fine. He has a definite interest. If anything comes up, he'll call me at home. I haven't had any problems getting appointments, but I can't speak to new patients. I'm not sure if they're taking new patients or not.

    I am very satisfied with my treatments and highly recommend Lebanon cardiology. They are very prompt in returning calls after hours if needed. I also highly recommend Lebanon Good Samaritan Hospital for cardiac surgery and the great treatment Lebanon Cardiology provided in the follow up care.

    I do not like that this is a large group of physicians, and you can't choose which doctor will deliver your child. They assured me that this is how most practices are doing it now, but this was the first time I had experienced such a thing in almost 10 years of seeing obgyns. Because I had a very young child when I was going for prenatal care, I didn't really have many other options besides this local option. Overall, most of the doctors are knowledgeable and approachable. I only encountered one doctor who seemed inexperienced, and I personally was not comfortable with the male doctors (just personal preference). I also felt like the doctors didn't get a chance to know me since I was always seeing different ones. Thankfully, I had the opportunity to schedule an induction, so I had a little say in who would deliver my baby. It went well and I recovered quickly.

    I was very happy with Melnick Moffitt and Mesaros ENT. The doctor was very thorough, he spent time talking to me to understand what my issues were, he was then very careful to explain what I needed to do and then we booked a follow up appointment. I would tell people that this is a positive professional environment where people are caring and they will receive goot treatment there. What I liked was that the doctor was willing to spend time to explain and to listen. I called for an appointment and got one the following week and I wasn't kept waiting at all. It was my first visit there and I was very uncertain and it was very pleasant.I didn't have to pay anything out of pocket because they accepted my insurance.

    The appointment went well; after a brief wait I was escorted back to the exam room and Dr. Spotts saw me soon after. He provided me with the diagnosis and we chatted briefly before I headed back out to the receptionist area. I appreciate the approachable and personable manner he uses with me; he listens well and responds to my concerns.

    We have been to a lot of different places due to my husband's occupation and he really is the best doctor I have ever been to. He actually does a da Vinci surgery with a robot with only two little incisions to do the whole surgery. He was great. He was very compassionate and his nurses were very punctual in returning calls. Dr. Harkins is very sincere, open to questions, and has a great sense of humor.

    Our surgical experience went well with our 15 month old son. The appt.times are too packed, i.e.) you will wait for a while in both the waiting room and the exam room, and this can be very annoying when you have a child or toddler that does not have a lot of patience however we understood the doctor should never be rushed with patients so we tolerated that, as we would want time to talk as well. I just think they should plan appt times more spaced apart.Our billing at this office was where we experienced problems. We thankfully have good health insurance but I was still concerned about my 15 month old having the surgery and also if the surgery would be covered. The doctor told us not to worry and all would be ok. After the surgery, we had to take our 15 month old two weeks later for a post operation appt. to make sure all was well. Our 15 month old was fine and I was so grateful all worked out. We then received a bill approx. one week later for this post op visit. I never had to pay for a post op visit for any other doctor I ever visited and I called the billing dept. to question this. I was told to hold and after some minutes I was told this was their policy. I then informed the billing dept. I would be calling my health insurance provider to inquire why a post op visit/check up would not be covered for a 15 month old child. I filed the appeal with my insurance which took approx. 30 days to review. We were denied medical coverage for the post op check and told we had to pay the office charge. I kept the Urology Billing Dept. informed about this and yet they still turned our charge/unpaid visit over to a collection agency. I called the billing dept and left a very terse message that I do NOT appreciate them turning our bill over to a collection agency and I certainly intend to pay it, I was fighting the reasons why I feel we should have to pay it. Quite honestly, why would the Urological Office charge for a post op check for a 15 month old child? I find that ludicrous and I told them so.

    Everything is great there except that sometimes you have to wait for your appointment because he is extremely busy. There is no other allergist in the area and so it gets packed out. However, the good side of it is packed up because he is talking to his patients. He sits down and talks to you and he does not care how long your appointment takes. When you get in there, you are going to have a nice time talking to your doctor and that is very special. I cannot say anything negative about him.

    I used to work there. They are the best. They specialize in cardiology. They order tests and run them there. They are great. They see you as a person, not a patient. I was recognized and really mattered.

    I was there for my annual appointment in December. At the appointment they gave me my last injection when I see the doctor. Typically I expect to be there for 40 minutes or so. I ended up being there for 2 hours or so and I had my poor dog in the car because I didn't expect to be there that long. When he came into see my I complained about it and he apologized and told me he had an appointment with another person. So I said unless you can give me my time back there really isn't anything you can do. So I told him I would of appreciated it if somebody called me or warned me in some way. Then he said that they are starting to do that now. Well at that time it was already the end of the day so he was calling to cancel which wasn't for the patients convenience, but for his own convenience. So he decided that since I was doing well that I didn't need to come back for a year. I think it might of been because I spoke up. It was just kind of ridiculous. I have friend that sees someone else in the practice and she doesn't like him at all. She thinks he is arrogant, and he is. I just thought it was kind of weird that he told me that I have been taking checks for years, they say you shouldn't be doing it anymore. Well why am I hearing this now? I just thought it was kind of weird that it came up at the same time I was complaining. If I went back here, I wouldn't go back to him.
