  • Went by to get a quick oil change. Though I wasn't on the schedule, they fit me in within an hour. They pointed out some severe tire wear and offered to get me some quotes for tires. Called me back the next day to give me the prices. Much better prices than I could find at three other locations. I informed them of my tight schedule and they procured the tires and had me back on the road in just over an hour. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I was treated with respect, The mechanic even took me into the garage and with my van on the lift, showed and explained to me exactly what needed attention in the future. He also showed me the part that another garage wanted to charge me over $600 to replace and explained that it passed inspection and did not need replaced.

  • The price was reasonable and they put the customer first. They ride me home and pick me up. They're friendly, and seem willing to work with you. You could probably get your work done cheaper, but the service that's involved there is why I go back.

  • Their customer service is great. They take you home and pick you up to take you to your vehicle. They call before they do any work. We just took our car in for inspection and I knew there was going to be a problem. He explained everything to me and why we needed it. He got my approval before he did any work. We have been using them since 2001. They wash the car and detail it when it's done.

  • They checked the code and diagnosed the problem as a solenoid valve. They replace the solenoid and had me back on the road in less than an hour. The light came back on the next day. A problem was discovered with the gas tank vent valve. They were very efficient in this repair, also.I should add that even though additional parts were required to conduct the second repair, there was no charge from Randy's. He said that I had already paid to have the problem repaired and shouldn't pay twice.Everybody at Randy's is always so very nice. They are small enough to care about each customer but big enough to be able to accomplish the jobs.I have had numerous repairs completed on both of my vehicles by them and will always use them for any auto issues.

  • My car engine had an internal head gasket leak (exhaust gas into the cooling system). Both head gaskets replaced. Given a repair estimate of $850. Actual bill was $1100. One week later, rear head gasket was leaking antifreeze to the outside. They replaced the rear head gasket again and billed me $750. They claimed my rear head was cracked. If the leak was caused by a crack, why was the second lead different? Why didn't they see that crack the first time? Several weeks later, my serpentine belt broke. I replaced it myself and discovered the failure occurred because they had put one of the pulleys on backwards. About a year later my car began to run very badly. I discovered they had left several of the ignition wired lying directly on the exhaust manifolds and the heat had ruined them. I replaced the wires myself. Recently my car has been losing antifreeze again. I discovered my front head gasket is now leaking antifreeze!

  • It was an expensive one. It was 2 days for the appointment but that's because inspections are crazy here in PA then 1 day to do the repairs.
