    Not good. It looked ok at first, not including the pergola, The pergola was not done and it was part of the job! Also, she was supposed to come back and move all the stuff back to the deck. She said she could not do that because she had another job. Instead, she asked a teenager to contact me to do it. One important note: she asked me to pay her in advance because she was short on money. My mistake there!

    Annabella and her helper Mark arrived on time, reviewed everything I wanted done, and both got to work immediately. They consulted with me as they performed the job, making sure I was happy with the placement of everything, i.e. towel rods, desk, etc. They cleaned up after they were finished. I couldn't have been more satisfied with everything. I would definitely use Annabella's services again.

    Mike helped us complete a number of home projects, including painting a large bay window, interior door and trim. He also replaced a piece of rotted exterior wood and nailed up some flashing that came loose. He was very good at communicating, was always on time, and was very careful to keep his work areas clean. We plan to have Mike back for some additional projects.

    Daryl worked very diligently to install camera in the best location and fixed each issue that came up from the viewers along the way. When lighting became an issue he found a great deal on the lights and set them up as well. Couldn't have asked for more to be done or for it too have been done better!

    I had a hard time getting in touch with them to begin with. They didn’t do a very good job with the water line. I’m frustrated that they installed the line in the bottom of the pipe instead of the top. If I have to move my fridge, I'm worried that it will cause a leak. I really wish they would've communicated better before they put the hole in the pipe. If there had been a problem with them installing the line in the top as opposed to the bottom, we could've discussed solutions, or they could've taken the time to explain why their method worked better. I'm also not thrilled about the fact that I had to pay them for an extra 30 minutes when they were only here for an extra 15, which was when they were installing the water line. I feel like I paid them to do the work wrong. Be careful if you work with them. I've tried to call them a few times and only got their voicemail. I never got a call back. The grade for Quality reflects the work with the pipe only.

    First I called a few days before the special ended as I wanted to make sure that he was able to do some of the work I needed done. And if he came to our area.I got no response.I bought the special on 3/13/17. I got no response after a couple of weeks of waiting for a call.I decided to email and Camila wrote that he is on a big job and has limited phone service.She asked me if 4/11/17 would be good for me that she would schedule me for that day. I wrote back and said yes it would be good for me. A few days before the 11 th I called and wanted to check what time they were coming out on that day. Again no response. On 4/18/17 Bill emailed me saying he was sorry and wanted to know if he could schedule me for that week I responded that any day was good for me. I waited the whole week and again no response. On the following week my daughter did text him for me and told him I would like him to get back to me. Once again I got no response. So here it is the end of the week and I have nothing but unanswered calls and unanswered emails. I have paid for the big deal but have nothing but aggravation showing for it. I certainly would not recommend this person for any job.

    My experience with Kip and his team was exceptional. From the first contact Kip was professional. He was responsive, easy to get a hold of, and he was accommodating to my schedule. We agreed to a price, signed the contract, and set up a schedule with the understanding that both ($ and time) may change depending on the degree of water damage behind the shower. Dealing with contractors in the past I expected the worse, you know the overly inflated add on price you have no choice to take since your home is torn apart and an undetermined amount of time added on, but that was not the case at all. The job originally was scheduled for approximately 4 days and only took 5 1/2 days total! Mike, our tech, even came out on Saturday to be sure that the job stayed on schedule. Obviously, due to the extent of the damage the total cost of the job did increase but Kip and Mike worked together to be sure they stayed as close to our budget as possible and I am confident in the decision we made. Mike was friendly and very respectful of my home and belongings. He communicated with me through each stage to be sure I was in the loop. In between times when Mike had to wait for something to dry and such instead of standing around doing nothing, he offered to complete minor projects, like replacing 2 or 3 electrical outlets that my Husband kept putting off doing (haha). He even helped my husband move a rather large and bulky Arcade game from the basement! I work in Property Management and have dealt with many contractors of all kinds and I must say Millenium Kithcen and Bath Remodeling proved that there are still good, hard working, honest businesses/people out in the world, and that not all contractors are alike. I look forward to hiring Millenium in the future for any projects we may have.

    We just bought a home and the washer/dryer were set-up in the mud-room (1st floor). While convenient for some, we need that mudroom for the kids jackets, shoes, the dog bowls, etc. We set out to find a contractor who would provide us a quote to install the washer/dryer (new plumbing, new drainage, new electrical, new vent) in the basement). Our first quote sounded all over the place, the guy was a "used car salesmen" and rather than listen to our questions and answer them thoughtfully, he simply just said "yep, yep." His quote was high, and the fact that we didn't have a gut feeling that we could trust him, he wasn't the guy for the job. Upon making several phone calls we found Dan, who was eager to answer all of our questions with thoughtful responses. His quote was in-line with our expectations and reasonable. Furthermore he is knowledgeable and we could trust him. The job was completed and we are more than satisfied. Dan is coming back to start on two shower remodels in the coming weeks. He is more than a 'handyman,' and might as well be titled a GC. We will recommend to any/all friends and family - although after our projects are done so his schedule doesn't block us out.

    Overall, I found JJ's quote the most affordable and they stayed on budget at the end of the day. They were also able to accommodate the start of the project in weeks as opposed to month(s). I consider John and Nick honest professionals and I would go back to them again for other work.
    All the work turned out good and visually acceptable. This is a general comment about other contractors as well as a specific comment for JJ:
    As someone who isn't as home repair savvy, I appreciate knowing how a job is going, if there are any issues or what the challenges may be in advance. I think maybe John is a man of few words, but I didn't get that much from him without probing and I don't always know if I'm asking the right questions. As a home owner, I want to make sure that I'm making the right long term decisions for my house. If I ask for work on job X, but it could actually be less expensive in the long run if a bigger job Y was performed. Maybe job Y is more expensive and I'm not willing to do it, but I would like to know what job Y is... maybe job X will only be good for a couple years and I'll have to do job Y in the future to sell the house anyway. That kind of thinking is something that I'd appreciate when someone is working on my house.
