    Mineroff, Dr. Allan D
The office staff is good and fine. He is pleasant. He does annual skin check. He helps monitor looking for suspicious moles and things like that. I usually schedule him a year in advance. I haven't tried to schedule anything for any issue. I know that he is pretty packed.

I arrived a litle early for my appointment. The office has a pleasant waiting area. I filled out five (5) pages of forms, much of which asked for the same information repeatedly - like address, DOB, etc. They already photocopied my driver's license and insurance card - it seemed a waste of time. At the time of my appointment a nurse came out and took me to Dr. Fitzgerald's office. She then asked me many of the same questions so she could type the answers into the computer. She asked what I was here for, and when I told her skin cancer screening, she said the appointment had been made only for an examination of two areas (arm and ear). Wrong. But I was already there so I thought I might as well get that checked out.
After that, she told me what clothing I had to remove and gave me a gown. She left the room. While I was still undressing, Dr. Fitzgerald opened the door and entered. No knock, no identification who was going to open the door. I thought that very unprofessional. I was glad I had the gown on at least!
I had seen Dr. Fitzgerald several times before. While I would say she is somewhat abrupt in her conversational style (I don't mind a and quot;no nonsenseand quot; style) this time she seemed really rushed. She talked pretty much non-stop repeating the same things about the trouble areas on my arm (nothing to worry about) and my ear (whatever was there was gone) and especially about another area on my back that I asked her to quickly check since I couldn't see it to see what was going on back there. After giving me the option, she removed the spot on my arm and on my back.
The entire visit with the doctor took seven (7) minutes.

The check out process was smooth. It wasn't a terrible experience (I wouldn't give it an and quot;fand quot; grade), but considering the time it took me to get there and the rushed visit, I think I should check Angie's List for dermatologist closer to home.
FOLLOW-UP VISIT REVIEW: Two weeks later I had my follow-up visit. This went quickly, and that was fine with me as I was there just to have stitches removed and hear the results of tests on the trouble areas.

Their office environment was nice, and the staffs were excellent. Their availability was pretty good. They worked with us. They treated very well. We were accurately billed. We knew what to expect. It was an out-of-pocket expense, and it was pricey.

The service is great. You don't have to wait long for an appointment. She's always out there to please. As a patient, she's always available. The staff is very nice also. They all go out of their way to make you comfortable in the office. You may have to wait to see the doctor, emergency's pop up, but you're never left waiting and not knowing that there's a wait, someone will come in a update you on the wait.

    Mineroff, Dr. Allan D
He is very personable, has a great bedside manner, listens to you, and answers any questions you have. I've asked him to do a full body check, he does it quickly, and is not quite as thorough as the previous doctors I've had. The longest I've had to wait is 15 minutes. I give him and his staff high ratings and will continue to go there in the future.

    Fairfield, Dr. James C
I have been using his services for about fifteen years. He is a very thorough, good physician. He is friendly and spends as much time as you need with him. He doesn't try to rush you out of his office like other doctors do.

He is very friendly. He answers your questions if you have any questions. I am still working on it with him. I think he is normally pretty booked up. I took over 6 months to get my first appointment there. I would see him again in the future too.
